随着人们生活水平的提高,工作节奏的加快,饮食结构有了很大的改变,其中肉类增多,油脂加大,蛋、奶类供给充足而造成营養比例失衡,从而导致“富贵病”的发病增长迅速,我国患有糖尿病和高血脂症者日渐增多,长期服用治疗药物,多会产生各种不同程度的副作用。
据文献报道,人体内的自由基能造成胰岛β细胞的损伤,导致胰岛功能下降,使血糖升高。植物胰蛋白提高了人体体内抗氧化酶的活性,对脂质过氧化物又有一定的清除作用,提高了机体抗自由基的能力,因此具有延缓衰老和降血糖。
“医食同源,药食同源”证明饮食不仅可以预防和治疗疾病,食疗是预防和治疗糖尿病和高血脂症的最好方法。

(2)将鹰嘴豆、大豆、苦荞麦经去杂精选、去皮脱壳、熟制灭菌、再经制粉、制粒;
(3)、加入经精制的魔芋粉、食盐及调味料搅拌;
(4)、各种料按比例混合均匀搅拌不少于15分钟;
(5)、均匀定量包装。

本发明的组方中:鹰嘴豆是生长在新疆海拔1500米以上的一种珍稀绿色植物。由于其富含蛋白质、亚油酸、纤维素、多种微量元素以及为人体易于吸收的氨基酸,因此,被誉为“黄金豆”。《中华人民共和国卫生部维吾尔药分册》《维吾尔药典》记载:鹰嘴豆具有:“补中益气、温肾壮阳、主消渴、解面毒、清除异常体液、清肺止咳,用于病后体虚,糖尿病等症。”2500年来,在维吾尔民间广为流传,被推荐为体重超重、肥胖、血糖血脂偏高、糖尿病人的首选食品。
苦荞麦属蓼科双子叶植物,俗称苦荞,学名鞑靼荞麦(Fagopyrumtataricum)。苦荞麦喜凉爽,耐瘠薄,多生长在高寒山区,籽粒供食用。彝族同胞长期以苦荞麦为主食,身体健壮,肌肤红润,很少有人患有高血压。祖国医学《本草纲目》记载:苦荞麦性味苦、平、寒,有益气力,续精神,利耳目,有降气宽肠健胃的作用。现代临床医学观察表明,苦荞麦粉及其制品具有降血糖、高血脂,增强人体免疫力的作用,对糖尿病、高血压、高血脂等病人都有辅助治疗作用。
大豆具有高蛋白、低热量得特性。大豆中蛋白质含量高达60%-40%,相当于肉类的2倍、鸡蛋的3倍、牛奶的12倍;大豆含有18种氨基酸,特别是人体必需得8种氨基酸;大豆还含有19种油酸,其不饱和脂肪酸含量达80%,吸收率高达95%以上,除能满足人体对脂肪得需要外,还有降低血中胆固醇得作用。大豆基本不含胆固醇,只含植物固醇,而植物固醇不被人体吸收利用,又有抑制人体吸收胆固醇、降低胆固醇在血液中含量得作用;大豆含有大豆异黄酮,它有“植物雌激素”的作用可使女性皮肤光润、细腻、柔滑、充满弹性、焕发青春光彩,可起到延缓衰老的作用。异黄酮可以有效地改善肠内钙的吸收,因此,就会较好地防止骨质流失,起到预防骨质疏松的作用。大豆异黄酮,可以提高雌激素的水平,这对预防老年性痴呆具有重要作用。大豆异黄酮可有效降低血液中低密度脂蛋臼的浓度,无形中等于提高了高密度脂蛋白的浓度,可起到防止动脉粥样硬化的形成,达到预防心血管疾病的功效。
因此,常食大豆,能软化血管,滋润皮肤,延缓衰老。特别是对高血压、心脏病等患者有益。
魔芋粉,经研究证明它具有降脂、降糖、防癌通便等多种功用。魔芋含有的葡苷聚糖,是一种高分子化合物,具有很强的吸水性,吸水后体积可膨胀80-100倍,食后不易被消化吸收。并能吸附胆固醇和胆汁酸,对降低血压减少心血管病发作有一定效用。魔芋还含有可溶性膳食纤维,这种纤维对抑制餐后血糖升高很有效,魔芋精粉是糖尿病患者的理想降糖食品。应用后可减轻胰岛负担。尤其令人注目和感兴趣的是它所含的葡苷聚糖,这种葡苷聚糖可形成凝胶,在肠道中可以形成各种不同孔径的半透膜附着在肠道粘膜上形成一个防卫屏障,阻挡致癌物质的侵入,起到防癌的作用。因此魔芋具有多种防病保健功用,经常食用魔芋食品对身体大有好处。
