Abstract
本发明提出了一种具有补肾益精功能的组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:益智仁1~6份、黄精1~6份、茯苓1~15份、莲子1~15份、山药1~15份、芡实1~15份、南瓜子仁1~12份、核桃仁1~6份、白扁豆1~6份、糙米10~40份。本发明以药食同源的传统保健食材进行配伍,既增加食用安全性,保留传统风味和最大营养成分,又能起到对不同脏腑进行营养补充、补肾益精的目的。本发明组合物做成的冲调粉携带方便,口感适宜,利于广大消费者接受,具有广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及药品、食品或保健品领域,尤其涉及一种具有补肾益精功能的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国物质生活水平不断提高,群众的养生意识和保健意识也在不断提高,食品的发展已不再局限于其色、香、味,而是不断探索食品对机体的调节及改善,“药疗不如食疗”的理念已经深入人心,食疗是目前较受欢迎的一种大众养生方式。
当前市场上的冲调粉品种繁多,但多数是以果粉、奶粉、蛋白质粉等制成,其营养单一,不具有特殊功效。如果能以科学配伍的方法将药食同源的原料制成一种方便冲调食品,保留传统风味和最大营养成分,起到既能满足人们日常饮食的需要,又可以起到补肾益精的保健作用,无疑将具有广阔的市场前景,而且对提高人民生活水平具有很大作用。
发明内容
本发明意在针对一些亚健康人群,提供一种药食同源又能补肾益精组合物,以期帮助亚健康人群提高身体综合素质。
具体来说,本发明涉及一种具有补肾益精功能的组合物,该组合物可以直接研磨成粉,也可以是经过常规手段制得的提取物或其它形态等,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:益智仁1~6份、黄精1~6份、茯苓1~15份、莲子1~15份、山药1~15份、芡实1~15份、南瓜子仁1~12份、核桃仁1~6份、白扁豆1~6份、糙米10~40份。
优选的,所述的组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成:
益智仁1~4份、黄精1~4份、茯苓1~6份、莲子1~6份、山药1~6份、芡实1~6份、南瓜子仁1~5份、核桃仁1~4份、白扁豆1~4份、糙米10~25份。
进一步优选的,所述的组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成:
益智仁1.5~3.5份、黄精1.5~3.5份、茯苓3.5~5.5份、莲子3.5~5.5份、山药3.5~5.5份、芡实3.5~5.5份、南瓜子仁3.5~4.5份、核桃仁2.5~3.5份、白扁豆2.5~3.5份、糙米16~20份。
最优选的,所述的组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成:
益智仁2.5份、黄精2.5份、茯苓5份、莲子5份、山药5份、芡实5份、南瓜子仁4份、核桃仁3份、白扁豆3份、糙米18份。
本发明还提出了上述任一项所述的组合物在制备补肾益精药物、保健品或食品中的应用。
本发明还提出了一种含有上述任一项具有补肾益精功能的组合物的药物、保健品或食品。优选地,该保健品或食品选自冲调粉。
本发明还提出了一种前述保健品或食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:剔除益智仁、黄精、茯苓、莲子、山药、芡实、南瓜子仁、核桃仁、白扁豆、糙米中的杂质,将益智仁、黄精、茯苓、莲子、山药、芡实清水洗净;
(2)原料干燥:洗净的益智仁、黄精、茯苓、莲子、山药、芡实入电热恒温干燥箱烘干;优选在60-70℃烘干至水分<6%;
(3)原料炒制:干燥后的白扁豆、南瓜子仁、核桃仁、糙米分别焙炒;具体地,置电炒锅中100-150℃焙炒15-30min,炒至表面裂口发黄,口感酥脆,有焦香味为止;
(4)原料粉碎:干燥、炒制的各原料按配比称量,先粉碎成粗粉(20目以上),得原料粗粉;再与辅料、甜味剂和增稠剂按配比混合,经细粉碎机粉碎(120目以上);
(5)总混:将上述物料经小型总混机混匀。
(6)包装:将上述混合均匀的物料按定量进行包装,即得。
具体地,所述步骤(4)添加的辅料包括麦芽糊精、奶粉、微晶纤维素、糊精、淀粉中的一种或几种。优选为麦芽糊精、奶粉、微晶纤维素。
具体地,所述步骤(4)添加的甜味剂包括白砂糖、木糖醇、甘露醇中的一种或几种。优选为木糖醇。
具体地,所述步骤(4)添加的增稠剂包括黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种。优选为黄原胶。
进一步地,原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:微晶纤维素:木糖醇:黄原胶的重量之比为53:10-40:0.1-10:0.1-10:3-30:0.01-2,优选为53:25:3.6:3:15:0.4。
本发明中,益智仁味辛、性温,入脾、肾经,具有温脾,暖肾,固气,涩精的功效。黄精性甘、平,归脾、肺、肾经,具有健脾益肾的功效,常用于精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白。茯苓性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾、肾经,能健脾宁心。山药甘、平,归肺、脾、肾经,能补肾涩精。芡实甘、涩、平,归脾、肾经,能益肾固精。南瓜子仁含有丰富的锌,参与人体内核酸、蛋白质的合成,是人体生长发育的重要物质。核桃仁补肾固精,润肠通便,消肿散毒,常用于肾虚不固,腰脚酸软,阳痿造精,小便频数,肺肾气虚等。白扁豆味甘,性微温,能通利三焦,有健脾化湿,利尿消肿,清肝明目等功效。糙米富含维生素E,能促进血液循环,能有效调节体内新陈代谢,有效维护全身机能。综上,益智仁、黄精、茯苓、芡实、白扁豆、糙米补脾,淮山补脾补气,南瓜子仁、核桃仁补肾,九种原料合用,起到补肾益精的作用。
以药食同源的传统保健食材进行配伍,既增加食用安全性,保留传统风味和最大营养成分,又能起到对不同脏腑进行营养补充、补肾益精的目的。本发明组合物做成的冲调粉携带方便,口感适宜,利于广大消费者接受,具有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
发明人对本发明提供的技术方案进行了实验研究,用来证明本发明的技术效果,下述实验用于进一步说明本发明的技术效果,但不限制本发明。
需要注意的是,如未注明具体条件者,均按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行,所用原料或辅料,以及所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。除非另外说明,否则所有的百分数、比率、比例或份数按重量计。
除非另行定义,文中所使用的所有专业与科学用语与本领域熟练人员所熟悉的意义相同。此外,任何与所记载内容相似或均等的方法及材料皆可应用与本发明。
实施例1中药组合物原料粉的制备
(1)原料预处理:剔除益智仁、黄精、茯苓、莲子、山药、芡实、南瓜子仁、核桃仁、白扁豆、糙米中的杂质,益智仁、黄精、茯苓、莲子、山药、芡实清水洗净。
(2)原料烘干:洗净的益智仁、黄精、茯苓、莲子、山药、芡实入电热恒温干燥箱中,60-70℃烘干(水分<6%)。
(3)原料炒制:干燥后的白扁豆、南瓜子仁、核桃仁、糙米分别置电炒锅中100-150℃焙炒15-30min,炒至表面裂口发黄,口感酥脆,有焦香味为止。
(4)原料粉碎:干燥、炒制的各原料按配比称量,益智仁250g、黄精250g、茯苓500g、莲子500g、山药500g、芡实500g、南瓜子仁400g、核桃仁300g、白扁豆300g、糙米1800g,粉碎成粗粉(20目以上),得原料粗粉5300g;原料粗粉再与适当辅料、甜味剂和增稠剂混合,经细粉碎机粉碎(120目以上)。
实施例2组合物补肾益精功能实验
受试例来源:90例肾精不足型弱精子症患者(来源于某市中医学院附属医院男科门诊),符合WHO《男性不育标准化诊疗手册》的标准,年龄26~36岁,平均(31.45±2.80)岁;病程13~57月,平均(21.55±17.24)月,所选病例在年龄、症状和体征方面经统计学处理均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
诊断标准:根据世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的诊断标准,男性不育症患者为符合下列指标一项以上者:①育龄夫妇婚后同居1年以上,未采取避孕措施,由于男方原因造成女方不孕者;②精子密度<20×106/mL;③精子活力,a级精子<25%或a+b级精子<50%;④活率a级+b级+c级<60%。
注:根据WHO《人类精液及精子—宫颈黏液相互作用实验室检验手册》,a级精子是指快速直线运动;b级精子是指慢或呆滞的前向运动;c级精子是指非前向运动。
排除标准:配偶有不孕疾患;性生活不正常,逆行射精或不射精等;服用抗癫痫病、抗肿瘤等有碍生精及精子活力的药物者;先天畸形,精路梗阻,睾丸萎缩,精索静脉曲张Ⅱ度以上者;染色体检查结果异常者;心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病,精神病患者;对本药物过敏者;因未按规定用药,导致无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效和安全判断者。
实验方法:90例患者给予实施例中的原料粗粉,早晚各食用1次,13.25g/次,5周为一周期,共食用3个周期。观察期间,忌烟酒、浓茶及辛辣刺激之品,避免劳累。
疗效判定标准:参照WHO《不育夫妇标准检查与诊断手册》有关疗效标准进行评价。①痊愈:配偶受孕或精液检测各项指标恢复正常。②显效:配偶虽未受孕,但治疗3个月后,精子密度≥20×106/mL,精子活力a+b级≥50%或者a级≥25%,活率a级+b级+c级≥60%。③有效:治疗3个月后,精子密度、活力、活率,3项中至少有1项提高≥30%。④无效:治疗后临床表现及精液常规检查各项指标无明显改变。
所有受试者的精液采用彩色精子质检计算机辅助精液分析系统检测;治疗后进行疗效评价。
统计学方法:应用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析,双侧检验,P>0.05为无明显差异,P<0.05为差异有显著性。计量资料以表示,采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ2检验。

由表1可知,受试者服用后,总有效率为87.78%,且在治疗期间未发现任何不良反应。说明本发明具有补肾益精作用。

注:与服用前比较,*表示差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。
由表2可知,90例受试者服用3个多月后,与服用前相比,精子活率、精液密度、a级精子、a+b级精子均有显著改善(P<0.01)。说明本发明具有补肾益精作用。
实施例3冲调粉的口感调配及感官评价
冲调粉在冲调时需要有较好的口感及冲调性,不结团,形成的糊状物黏性适度。故需要加入辅料、甜味剂和增稠剂。
具体评价方法:
(1)分散时间:称取样品2.5g,通过漏斗加入100mL去离子水中,水温70℃,以速率30r/min搅拌均匀,记录粉体从搅拌开始到全部分散所需时间,即为分散时间。分散时间越短越好。
(2)沉淀率:称取样品50g,加入70℃水200mL,3000r/min离心15min,弃去上层清液,沉淀质量称重,记为m。沉淀率(%)=m/50×100%。沉淀率越低越好。
(3)分散稳定性:取5g样品,溶于35mL去离子水中,分散均匀后,记录粉体开始静止时间到其分层时间,即为分散稳定性。时间越长越好。
(4)吸湿率:称取适量样品置于30℃,相对湿度为80%的条件下存放24小时,分别记录吸湿前后样品质量。吸湿率(%)=(吸湿后样品质量-样品重量)/样品重量×100%。吸湿率越低越好。
(5)感官评价:取样品50g,加入200mL去离子水进行冲调,选择10名专业人员按照感官评分标准对其香味、冲调性、口感进行评分,总评分为三项评分之和。感官评定见表3。

3.1不同辅料对冲调粉评价结果的影响
称取实施例1中的原料粗粉53g为一份,共11份,分别加入不同辅料,见表4。

由表4可知,优选麦芽糊精、奶粉和微晶纤维素做为辅料,进一步地,当原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:微晶纤维素=53:25:3.6:3时,评价结果最好,故原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:微晶纤维素优选的重量比为53:25:3.6:3。3.2不同甜味剂对冲调粉评价结果的影响
称取原料粗粉53g,麦芽糊精25g、奶粉3.6g、微晶纤维素3g,分别加入不同甜味剂并调试其用量,见表5。

由表5可知,甜味剂优选木糖醇,进一步地,当原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:微晶纤维素:木糖醇=53:25:3.6:3:15时,评价结果最好,故原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:微晶纤维素:木糖醇优选的重量比为53:25:3.6:3:15。3.3不同增稠剂对冲调粉评价结果的影响
称取原料粗粉53g,麦芽糊精25g、奶粉3.6g、微晶纤维素3g、木糖醇15g,分别加入不同增稠剂并调试其用量,见表6。

由表6可知,增稠剂优选黄原胶,进一步地,当原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:微晶纤维素:木糖醇:黄原胶=53:25:3.6:3:15:0.4时,评价结果最好,故原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:微晶纤维素:木糖醇:黄原胶优选的重量比为53:25:3.6:3:15:0.4。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有补肾益精功能的组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:益智仁1~6份、黄精1~6份、茯苓1~15份、莲子1~15份、山药1~15份、芡实1~15份、南瓜子仁1~12份、核桃仁1~6份、白扁豆1~6份、糙米10~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:益智仁1~3份、黄精1~3份、茯苓1~6份、莲子1~6份、山药1~6份、芡实1~6份、南瓜子仁1~5份、核桃仁1~4份、白扁豆1~4份、糙米10~20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:益智仁2.5份、黄精2.5份、茯苓5份、莲子5份、山药5份、芡实5份、南瓜子仁4份、核桃仁3份、白扁豆3份、糙米18份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的组合物在制备补肾益精药物、保健品或食品中的应用。
5.一种含有权利要求1-3任一项具有补肾益精功能的组合物的药物、保健品或食品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保健品或食品,其特征在于,该保健品或食品选自冲调粉。
7.一种如权利要求5所述的保健品或食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:剔除益智仁、黄精、茯苓、莲子、山药、芡实、南瓜子仁、核桃仁、白扁豆、糙米中的杂质,将益智仁、黄精、茯苓、莲子、山药、芡实清水洗净;
(2)原料干燥:洗净的益智仁、黄精、茯苓、莲子、山药、芡实干燥;
(3)原料炒制:干燥后的白扁豆、南瓜子仁、核桃仁、糙米分别焙炒;
(4)原料粉碎:干燥、炒制后的各原料按配比称量,先粉碎得原料粗粉,再与辅料、甜味剂或增稠剂混合,经细粉碎机粉碎;
(5)原料总混:将上述物料混合后即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤(4)添加的辅料包括麦芽糊精、奶粉、微晶纤维素、糊精、淀粉中的一种或几种;添加的甜味剂包括白砂糖、木糖醇、甘露醇中的一种或几种;添加的增稠剂包括黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述辅料选自麦芽糊精、奶粉、微晶纤维素,所述甜味剂选自木糖醇,所述增稠剂选自黄原胶。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:微晶纤维素:木糖醇:黄原胶的重量之比为53:10-40:0.1-10:0.1-10:3-30:0.01-2。
