一种红豆薏仁代餐粉,由以下重量份的原料构成:红豆20-120份,薏仁20-150份、小麦胚芽10-70份、枸杞10-50份和冰糖0-80份,将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用低温烘焙、加热技术并粉碎成细粉,各种组份混合均匀后,灭菌,即获得红豆薏仁代餐粉。
红豆又名红小豆、赤豆、小豆,红豆营养丰富,蛋白质含量约为22.6%,脂肪含量约为0.6%,淀粉含量为53.2,纤维约占4%,富含丰富的钙、磷、铁、钠等微量元素,红豆还富含维生素B1、B2、烟酸等成分,具有补血、利尿、消肿、通便等功效。
薏仁性凉,味甘、淡,有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效,中医常用其来治疗脾虚腹泻、肌肉酸重、关节疼痛、水肿、脚气等病症。研究表明,薏米含有薏苡仁多糖,它具有降糖作用,可以改善糖耐量异常。薏仁中含有丰富的水溶性膳食纤维,能够降低肠道对脂肪的吸收率,从而降低血液中的胆固醇以及甘油三酯含量,进而降低血糖。
据现代科学研究测定,小麦胚芽的蛋白质含量为31%以上,是一种优质蛋白质。含有人体必需的8种氨基酸,特别是赖氨酸的含量占18.5%,比大米、白面高出6-7倍。小麦胚芽中亚油酸的含量占60%,其中80%是多不饱和脂肪酸,而亚油酸正是人体三种必需脂肪酸中最重要的一种,具有降低血脂,防止动脉粥样硬化的作用。小麦胚芽含有丰富的多种维生素,维生素B1的含量分别是面粉的15倍,大米的12倍、黄豆的28倍、牛肉的33倍、鸡蛋的57倍;维生素B2的含量分别是面粉的10倍、大米的8倍、黄豆的1.7倍、牛肉的3倍、鸡蛋的2倍。特别是维生素E的含量,高达34.9mg/100g.,营养学家称它是天然维生素E的仓库,增强脑细胞活力、延缓衰老的功能。小麦胚芽还含有钙、钾、镁、铁、锌、铬、硒、磷、锰、铜等多种矿物质和微量元素。小麦胚芽中色素的成分是小麦黄酮,它是一种水溶性色素,对心血管疾病具有很好的治疗功能。小麦胚芽中的谷胱甘肽,有人称它为抗癌因子,它对抑制癌症有显著的效果。小麦胚芽含有大量的膳食纤维,具有解除便秘、降低血脂、降低餐后血糖等功效,以及减肥、排毒之功能。
枸杞是一种药食同源的常用中药,性味甘、平,归肝、肾经。具有补益肝肾、养血明目、防老抗衰等功效。现在医学研究发现,枸杞中含有一种有效成分——甜菜碱,药理实验表明,甜菜碱具有抑制脂肪在肝细胞内沉淀、促进肝细胞再生,保护肝脏功能。枸杞中另一个主要成分枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,是枸杞中最主要的活性成分,它有改善胰岛细胞的功能,能增加胰岛素敏感性及肝糖原的储备,从而降低血糖水平。另外,枸杞还有防止餐后血糖升高、提高糖耐量的效果。现已有很多研究表明枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。
本发明中红豆薏仁具有除湿消肿的作用,还具有抗癌、减肥、养颜、补肾、健脾、利尿的功效。小麦胚芽具有保护大脑、促进婴幼儿生长发育等功能,它所含食物纤维,有降低血清胆固醇及预防糖尿病、结肠癌的效果。枸杞具有明目、提高机体免疫力、调节血糖,降低血压,防治高血压、心脏病、动脉硬化等作用,直接用开水冲服即可食用,是一种食用方便,营养价值丰富的代餐食品。

实施例一
原料:红豆40份,薏仁150份、小麦胚芽10份、枸杞10份和冰糖10份。
将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用低温烘焙、加热技术并粉碎成细粉,各种组份混合均匀后,灭菌,即获得红豆薏仁代餐粉。
实施例二
原料:红豆120份,薏仁40份、小麦胚芽70份、枸杞50份和冰糖80份。
将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用低温烘焙、加热技术并粉碎成细粉,各种组份混合均匀后,灭菌,即获得红豆薏仁代餐粉。

原料:红豆20份,薏仁20份、小麦胚芽30份、枸杞15份。
将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用低温烘焙、加热技术并粉碎成细粉,各种组份混合均匀后,灭菌,即获得红豆薏仁代餐粉。

1.一种红豆薏仁代餐粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料构成:红豆20-120份,薏仁20-150份、小麦胚芽10-70份、枸杞10-50份和冰糖0-80份,将上述原料分别洗净、烘干,采用低温烘焙、加热技术并粉碎成细粉,各种组份混合均匀后,灭菌,即获得红豆薏仁代餐粉。
