本发明的目的在于提供一种夹心皮革的染色工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种夹心皮革的染色工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
原料准备:精选皮革,清洗干净后烘干,称重,并将皮革置于容器中,用蒸馏水对其进行浸泡1.1-1.4h;
脱脂搅拌:将上述浸泡后的皮革置于搅拌缸中,在搅拌缸加入脱脂剂,边加边搅拌,在50-58℃的条件下浸泡32-52min,排液后再边搅拌边加入62-72℃的热水浸泡2-3h,将皮革取出烘干或者自然晾干备用;
染料准备:准备龙胆紫30-50份、醋酸洋红20-30份、水杨酸钾10-16份、己二酸二正辛酯12-18份、油酸亚锡13-17份、六甲基二硅胺8-12份、凡士林1-5份,将其投入至总重量分数10-20%的去离子水中,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后加热至55-65℃,得到染料溶液备用;
初染:将一半容量的染料溶液加入至染缸内,再加入备用的皮革进行浸染,边加边搅拌,此处理持续1-3h;
固色:在染缸中加入三乙烯四胺水溶液,边加边混合,再加入甲酸溶液,浸泡42-60min;
再染:捞出经过初染的皮革,将其自然晾干,再将自然晾干的皮革再加入至另一个染缸,此染缸内加入另外一半容量的燃料溶液,边加边搅拌,浸染1-2t;
再固色:再在染缸中加入三乙烯四胺水溶液,边加边混合,再加入甲酸溶液,浸泡1-3h;
洗去漂浮色:将经过再固色的皮革捞出,待其晾干至7-8成干后加入清水,对其进行搅拌清洗,此过程持续20-30min,洗去漂浮色后捞出;
晾干处理:对洗去漂浮色的皮革进行烘干或者晾干处理,待其8-9成干时利用熨斗将其展平,再进行烘干或者晾干,完全晾干后进行切割处理。

初染:将一半容量的染料溶液加入至染缸内,再加入备用的皮革进行浸染,边加边搅拌,此处理持续1-3h;
固色:在染缸中加入三乙烯四胺水溶液,边加边混合,再加入甲酸溶液,浸泡42-60min;
再染:捞出经过初染的皮革,将其自然晾干,再将自然晾干的皮革再加入至另一个染缸,此染缸内加入另外一半容量的燃料溶液,边加边搅拌,浸染1-2t;
再固色:再在染缸中加入三乙烯四胺水溶液,边加边混合,再加入甲酸溶液,浸泡1-3h;
洗去漂浮色:将经过再固色的皮革捞出,待其晾干至7-8成干后加入清水,对其进行搅拌清洗,此过程持续20-30min,洗去漂浮色后捞出;
晾干处理:对洗去漂浮色的皮革进行烘干或者晾干处理,待其8-9成干时利用熨斗将其展平,再进行烘干或者晾干,完全晾干后进行切割处理。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹心皮革的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述脱脂搅拌的步骤中,脱脂剂在在54℃的条件下浸泡42min,排液后再边搅拌边加入67℃的热水浸泡2.5h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹心皮革的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染料准备的步骤中,准备龙胆紫40份、醋酸洋红25份、水杨酸钾13份、己二酸二正辛酯15份、油酸亚锡15份、六甲基二硅胺10份、凡士林3份,将其投入至总重量分数15%的去离子水中,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后加热至60℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹心皮革的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述初染和再染的步骤中,染缸为带自动搅拌装置的容器设备,其中,初染步骤的浸泡时间为2h,再染步骤的浸泡时间为1.5t。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹心皮革的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述固色的步骤中,浸泡时间为51min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹心皮革的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述再固色的步骤中,浸泡时间为1.5h。
