Abstract
The invention relates to a grass seed coating agent which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of a water-retaining agent, 70-90 parts of a filling material, 3-5 parts of an adhesive, 2-6 parts of an insecticide, 3-8 parts of a bactericide, 4-7 parts of a plant growth regulator, 10-12 parts of a trace element nutrient and 1-2 parts of a coloring agent; the grass seed coating agent has the functions of increasing the volume of the common pelleting coating agent to grass seeds, preserving water and fertility, effectively killing pests by adding the pesticide, preventing the grass seeds from being disinfected by the bactericide, purifying the growth environment of the grass seeds, improving the germination rate of the grass seeds by adding the plant growth regulator, and improving the seedling rate by adding the trace element nutrient; the coating process adopts a secondary coating process, the working procedure is simple, and the pelleting efficiency of the grass seeds is high.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of seed coating, and particularly relates to a grass seed coating agent.
Background
The seed coating is a mechanical or manual method, and the seed coating agent containing various components such as insecticide, bactericide, compound fertilizer, trace elements, plant growth regulator, slow release agent, film-forming agent and the like is uniformly coated on the surface of the seed according to a certain proportion to form a smooth and firm medicinal film. Along with the germination, emergence and growth of seeds, the effective components in the coating are gradually absorbed by the plant root system and are conducted to each part of the seedling plant, so that the seeds and the seedlings have the prevention and control effects on seed bacteria, soil bacteria and underground and overground pests.
The seed pelleting coating is to utilize an adhesive to stick an insecticide, a bactericide, a fertilizer, a plant growth regulator, a filler and the like on the surface of seeds and process the seeds into spherical single seeds with no obvious difference in size and shape. The seed pelleting has the advantages of being convenient for mechanical sowing, saving labor cost, improving the stress resistance of seeds and the like.

Further, the adhesive is one or more of hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylamide, acacia, starch and chitosan.
Further, the filling material is one or more of bentonite, vermiculite, attapulgite, diatomite, talcum powder, starch, clay, kaolin and white zeolite.
Further, the pesticide is one or more of imidacloprid, carbosulfan, chlorpyrifos, phoxim, cypermethrin and abamectin; the bactericide is a spectrum bactericide, such as one of thiram, tebuconazole, carbendazim, hymexazol, carboxin, tolclofos-methyl, difenoconazole, metalaxyl, captan, triadimefon, diniconazole, uniconazole and azoxystrobin.
Further, the plant growth regulator is gibberellin, naphthylacetic acid, cytokinin, sodium naphthenate, chitosan, salicylic acid, ABT rooting powder, GGR green plant growth regulator, humic acid and the like.
Further, the microelement nutrient is one or more of potassium sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, monopotassium phosphate, boric acid and ammonium molybdate.
Further, the water-retaining agent is one or more of water-absorbent resin, seaweed, polyvinyl alcohol, starch grafted acrylic acid diluted hydrochloric acid polymer cross-linked substance, acrylamide-acrylate copolymerization cross-linked substance and acrylamide.
A coating process of a grass seed coating agent comprises the following steps:
s1, grass seed treatment: cleaning grass seeds with 10% saline solution, removing blighted grains and impurities, cleaning with clear water, and air drying or air drying for later use;
s2, primary coating: adding a plant growth regulator, a trace element nutrient and a bactericide into a coating machine, and controlling the rotating speed of a roller of the coating machine to be 0.8-1.5 revolutions per minute to enable grass seeds to be uniformly coated with the plant production regulator;
s3, secondary coating: adding a water-retaining agent, a filling material, an adhesive and an insecticide into a coating machine, controlling the rotating speed of a roller of the coating machine to be 10-20 revolutions per minute, uniformly coating the grass seeds with a plant production regulator, screening the grass seeds with the diameter of 4-6 mm by using a separation sieve, and spraying a coloring agent on the screened grass seeds by using a sprayer.
Further, the coating machine is a 5BY type coating machine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the grass seed coating agent has the functions of increasing the volume of the common pelleting coating agent to grass seeds, preserving water and fertility, effectively killing pests by adding the pesticide, preventing the grass seeds from being disinfected by the bactericide, purifying the growth environment of the grass seeds, improving the germination rate of the grass seeds by adding the plant growth regulator, and improving the seedling rate by adding the trace element nutrient;
the coating process adopts a secondary coating process, the process is simple, the pelleting efficiency of the grass seeds is high, an inner coating which is the most important coating of a plant growth regulator, a trace element nutrient and a bactericide and an outer coating which is composed of a water-retaining agent, a filling material, an adhesive and an insecticide are formed on the surfaces of the grass seeds treated by the coating process, the inner coating provides hormone stimulation and purifies the initial growth environment for the germination and growth of the grass seeds, the water-retaining agent is added into the outer coating to improve the drought resistance of the grass seeds, the outer coating also provides an initial seedbed for the germinated seeds, and good growth conditions are provided for the root insertion of the subsequent grass seeds into soil.

Preferably, the grass seed coating agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of a water-retaining agent, 40-50 parts of bentonite, 20-30 parts of vermiculite, 8-10 parts of lime, 3-5 parts of an adhesive, 2-6 parts of imidacloprid, 3-8 parts of azoxystrobin, 1-2 parts of gibberellin, 3-5 parts of cytokinin and 1-2 parts of a coloring agent.

A grass seed coating agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of seaweed, 40 parts of bentonite, 30 parts of vermiculite, 9 parts of lime, 4 parts of adhesive, 4 parts of imidacloprid, 5 parts of azoxystrobin, 1 part of gibberellin, 3 parts of cytokinin and a colorant.
Taking bermudagrass seeds as test objects, taking coated seeds as an experimental group, taking bare bermudagrass seeds as a control group, taking 200 seeds from each group, performing a seed germination test by adopting an indoor potting method, counting and recording the germination rate, the root length and the like when no new seeds germinate for 5 days continuously, wherein the results are as follows:

s1, grass seed treatment: cleaning grass seeds with 10% saline solution, removing blighted grains and impurities, cleaning with clear water, and air drying or air drying for later use;
s2, primary coating: adding a plant growth regulator, a trace element nutrient and a bactericide into a 5BY type coating machine, and controlling the rotating speed of a roller of the coating machine to be 0.8-1.5 revolutions per minute to enable grass seeds to be uniformly coated with the plant production regulator;
s3, secondary coating: adding a water-retaining agent, a filling material, an adhesive and an insecticide into a coating machine, controlling the rotating speed of a roller of the coating machine to be 10-20 revolutions per minute, uniformly coating the grass seeds with a plant production regulator, screening the grass seeds with the diameter of 4-6 mm by using a separation sieve, and spraying a coloring agent on the screened grass seeds by using a sprayer.

Claims (10)
1. The grass seed coating agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of water-retaining agent, 70-90 parts of filling material, 3-5 parts of adhesive, 2-6 parts of insecticide, 3-8 parts of bactericide, 4-7 parts of plant growth regulator, 10-12 parts of trace element nutrient and 1-2 parts of colorant.

The grass seed coating agent according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of a water-retaining agent, 40-50 parts of bentonite, 20-30 parts of vermiculite, 8-10 parts of lime, 3-5 parts of an adhesive, 2-6 parts of imidacloprid, 3-8 parts of azoxystrobin, 1-2 parts of gibberellin, 3-5 parts of cytokinin and 1-2 parts of a coloring agent.

5. A grass seed coating according to claim 1, characterised in that: the pesticide is one or more of imidacloprid, carbosulfan, chlorpyrifos, phoxim, cypermethrin and abamectin.
6. A grass seed coating according to claim 1, characterised in that: the plant growth regulator is gibberellin, naphthylacetic acid, cytokinin, sodium naphthenate, chitosan, salicylic acid, ABT rooting powder, GGR green plant growth regulator, humic acid and the like.
7. A grass seed coating according to claim 1, characterised in that: the microelement nutrient is one or more of potassium sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, boric acid, and ammonium molybdate.
