s4, putting the hemp seeds into a coating machine, starting the machine, and adding an aqueous solution of a binding agent and a drying agent into the coating machine until the seeds reach the pelleting times needing to be expanded;
s5, spraying the pelleted seeds with the multiple expanded by using an adhesive aqueous solution, adding a pesticide-fertilizer matrix, wherein the addition amount of the pesticide-fertilizer matrix is 35-40% of the weight of the added seeds, and rotating a coating machine until the coating is uniform;
s6, continuously adding a small amount of drying agent into the coating machine during the rotation process of the coating machine until the coated hemp seeds are not adhered to each other;
s7, taking out the pelletized and coated hemp seeds and drying the pelletized and coated hemp seeds at the temperature of 35-45 ℃ for 2-3 h to obtain the pelletized and coated hemp seeds.
9. A pelleting technique as claimed in claim 8, wherein the binder is an acacia resin, sodium carboxymethylcellulose or other viscous water-soluble material.
10. A pelleting technique as claimed in claim 8, wherein the drying agent is talc or bentonite fines.
