Description

Konjac seed coating agent with disease control and seedling protection effects
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of seed coating agents, and particularly relates to a konjac seed coating agent with a disease control and seedling protection function.
Background
Due to high yield and economic value, in recent years, the bacterial soft rot of konjak is the most serious disease in konjak production and the most difficult disease to prevent and control, can be diseased in the whole growth period and storage period, can damage leaves, petioles and tubers, generally causes yield loss of 20-30%, can cause yield loss of more than 80% when the disease is serious, even causes no harvest, and seriously restricts and threatens the safe and sustainable development of konjak industry in China.
The initial infection source of the soft rot of konjak is infected seed taro and bacteria-carrying soil, the disease often starts from underground tubers, and the disease prevention function of chemical and biological agents is quickly weakened due to the complexity and unpredictability of the soil environment. The seed taro treatment is the most important link for preventing and treating soft rot in the production of konjak. The soft rot control of konjak is to treat healthy seed konjak with a bactericide before planting; or 72% agricultural streptomycin, 20% copper thielavide, 20% taro fuberine and other medicaments are used in the early stage of the disease. Chemical agents are not only difficult to control, but also pose a potential threat to safety of humans, livestock, crops and the environment. The coating agent for the konjak seeds is added with a certain bactericide, so that pathogenic bacteria on the seed konjak can be effectively killed, the infection of germs in soil to konjak seedlings can be hindered to a certain extent, and micro-fertilizer and hormone in the coating agent play roles in fertilizing and stimulating root system growth, so that plant diseases and insect pests in seedling stage of crops can be effectively prevented, and better disease control and seedling protection effects can be achieved. The seeds treated by the seed coating agent have the advantages of fast emergence, strong growth vigor, high plant height, green seedling color and high fresh weight of hundreds of plants, and lay a good foundation for the later growth of crops. Meanwhile, seed coating is adopted, so that the application mode in the seedling stage is changed from open spraying to concealed application, and the environmental pollution can be reduced.
