Description

Seed coating agent suitable for blanket seedling of rape and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of seed coating agents, and particularly relates to a seed coating agent suitable for blanket seedling of rape and application thereof.
Background
Rape is an important oil crop in China. The traditional rape cultivation needs artificial seedling and transplanting, which is not only labor-consuming and time-consuming, but also not beneficial to mechanized operation, and becomes a bottleneck restricting the rape production development in China. The mechanical transplanting technology of the rape blanket seedlings, which is jointly developed by Yangzhou university and Nanjing agricultural organization research institute of agricultural department, utilizes a plastic hole tray to cultivate the rape blanket seedlings, and then uses a rice transplanter to carry out rapid transplanting, better solves the problems of high labor intensity, low efficiency and the like of artificial seedling transplanting, effectively relieves the contradiction of season tension in three-cropping regions, and is a major breakthrough of the mechanized transplanting technology of the rape in China in recent years; compared with the traditional artificial seedling raising and transplanting, the efficiency of the rape blanket seedling machine planting can be improved by 100 times, and the cost can be reduced by two thirds.
In order to realize the planting of the rape like the rice, the high-efficiency transplanting planting can be carried out by a transplanter, and the key point is to cultivate high-quality blanket seedlings suitable for mechanical transplanting, because the biological characteristics of the rape and the rice are greatly different, and the root systems of the rape and the rice are completely different. The rice is monocotyledon, has no main root but has a plurality of thick and long side roots, has developed root systems, is easy to be tangled with soil into a whole to form seedling pieces, and long leaves grow on the stem of the seedling, so that the seedling can be sowed in high density, the sowing density is high, and more seedlings in unit area are easy to form the seedling pieces; while the rape is a dicotyledon crop, the main root of the rape seedling is developed, but the lateral root is thin and short, so that the seedling piece which can be moved to a transplanter is difficult to form, and the quality of the rape seedling is difficult to ensure when the seeding density is high. Therefore, in order to realize the transplanting type transplanting of the rape, the problem of blanket seedling raising of the rape must be properly solved.
However, the prior art cultivated rape blanket seedlings are often accompanied by the occurrence of various pests. The planting time of the rape is mostly from 9 to 10 months in the last ten days, so the time of carpet seedling culture is 8 to 9 months. In this case, the carpet-like seedling raising method is more under high-temperature and high-humidity environmental conditions due to hot weather. High temperature and high humidity easily induce and cause various diseases, such as damping off, downy mildew, clubroot, aphid and the like. Once the diseases appear in the seedling stage, the damaged plants can grow slowly and even die, and adjacent plants can not form a compact carpet-shaped root layer, so that the transplanting and the field planting of rape seedlings can not be normally carried out by a machine in the later stage; in addition, the diseased plants, once planted, expand the diseased area. So that the later period of drug control becomes more difficult and the crop yield is influenced. The prior art mostly adopts a method for sterilizing and preventing soil of a culture substrate, but still cannot effectively control and prevent the seedling-stage diseases in high-temperature and high-humidity areas.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that the blanket seedling diseases are difficult to control, the invention aims to provide a seed coating agent suitable for rape blanket seedling and application thereof.
A seed coating agent suitable for blanket seedling of rape comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of cyazofamid, 1-5 parts of imidacloprid, 1-5 parts of uniconazole, 80-100 parts of auxiliary agent and 0.1-0.5 part of water-soluble boron compound.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of kaolin and 40-60 parts of diatomite.
Preferably, the water-soluble boron compound is at least one of boron oxide, borax and boric acid.
Preferably, the coating agent is applied to disease control of rape blanket seedling seeds.
The using method comprises the following steps: mixing the prepared coating agent with the wetted rape seeds, and drying the seeds coated with the powder after the powder fully coats the seeds.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the rape seeds to the coating agent is 10-8: 1.
The invention has the innovation points that the seed coating agent is adopted to prevent various diseases of blanket seedlings and inhibit the overgrowth of seedlings and provide nutrient components required by the seedlings. Not only can reduce the influence of diseases, but also can promote the root system adhesive ability of the blanket-shaped seedlings.
The cyazofamid and the imidacloprid adopted in the scheme of the invention are respectively a bactericide and an insecticide, and can effectively control the damage of early clubroot, downy mildew and aphid. The uniconazole is a plant growth inhibitor, can effectively inhibit the overgrowth of seedlings, and avoids the problem that the seedlings are difficult to separate in the later period due to overhigh and excessively thin seedlings and cannot be used in a mechanized planting mode. An auxiliary agent is used as a filler carrier adhesive. The addition of boron can promote the growth of the root system of the crops and enhance the drought resistance and disease resistance of the crops. The raw materials are prepared into the coating agent and coated on the surface of the rape seed, so that the coating agent is simpler and more convenient, has a good effect of preventing and treating diseases, and can inhibit the germination of plasmodiophora brassicae and the infection of root hair from the seed germination.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the application method is suitable for mechanized planting, is simple and easy to operate, and can add and adjust the additives, the dosage and the like of the coating agent according to different requirements;
2. the invention can effectively prevent and inhibit the survival and the transmission of clubroot pathogenic bacteria by coating the rape seeds aiming at the occurrence of various plant diseases and insect pests in seedling stage under the blanket seedling raising high-temperature and high-humidity condition, effectively reduces and blocks the clubroot pathogenic bacteria from root, has higher prevention and control efficiency and better effect;
3. the coating agent prepared by the invention has strong adhesiveness, can effectively improve the root growth and the adhesive capacity of blanket-shaped seedling culture, and is convenient for blanket-shaped seedling culture and mechanized planting; the new plants are more favorably planted and survived;
4. the uniconazole and the water-soluble boron compound are added while the disease is prevented and treated; the seedling overgrowth can be inhibited, and the nutrient and trace elements lacking in soil can be supplemented in time;
5. after the pesticide composition is applied, damping-off, downy mildew, clubroot, aphid and other common seedling diseases and insect pests can be effectively prevented and controlled.
