Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
The plateau seed coating agent provided by the invention, and the preparation method and the application thereof are specifically explained below.
Some embodiments of the present invention provide a plateau seed coating agent, which comprises the following components by weight: 27-35 parts of a medicament, 35-45 parts of a micro-fertilizer, 195-205 parts of a phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer, 0.6-1.5 parts of a plant growth regulator, 2000-3000 parts of a water-retaining agent, 200-300 parts of an antifreezing agent, 100-200 parts of a penetrating agent, 100-300 parts of a film-forming agent, 250-500 parts of an adhesive and 10000-15000 parts of a filler; wherein the medicament is a bactericide or an insecticide, and the plant growth regulator comprises gibberellin and ABT rooting powder.
The inventors have found that the Qinghai-Tibet plateau requires reseeding of deteriorated grassland with the influence of grazing on the grassland. However, for the reseeding of the native grass seeds of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, the reseeding of the naked seeds is often poor in effect. Because of the damage of underground pests, rats, rabbits and zokors to the reseeding grassland. The effect of replanting naked seeds is not good enough, and the roots of the plants are usually eaten by birds or zokors. In addition, due to the severe environmental conditions, the growth vigor of the new seedlings is weak, and the dominant species on the grassland are difficult to form. Thus not contributing to turf establishment. Based on this, the seed coating agent is designed by fully considering special climatic conditions and conditions on plateau, and the technical scheme is provided.
The annual accumulated temperature of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau is low, and the seed plants need sufficient water to ensure the germination of the plant seeds when sprouting in the previous period, so the water-retaining agent and the antifreezing agent with proper proportion are added into the coating agent to ensure that the seeds can normally absorb water at a certain range of temperature for the germination of the seeds. Furthermore, in consideration of severe natural conditions in plateau, if seeds sowed on deteriorated grassland can not germinate rapidly, the seeds can be picked up by rats and birds. Therefore, the germination rate becomes a key factor influencing the reseeding efficiency, and gibberellin with certain quality is added to break seed dormancy so that seeds germinate in advance, the seed loss is reduced, and the seeding efficiency is improved. Considering that the plants need to face relatively severe growth conditions when being sowed in the field, the micro-fertilizer and the phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer are added into the coating agent, so that the growth of seedlings can be promoted, the stress resistance of the seedlings can be improved, and the seedling emergence in the field can be ensured. The specific dosage and proportion are shown in the detailed formula of the seed coating agent. In consideration of underground insect pests in plant sowing environments and diseases on the surfaces of seeds, bactericides or insecticides are added to seed coating agents. In consideration of the absorption efficiency of the plant seedling period to water and nutrient components, a proper penetrant is added into the seed coating agent to change the penetration efficiency of the seed coat of the plant seed. The germination speed of the plant seeds is enhanced, and the absorption of external nutrient substances after germination is accelerated. The growth of the plant roots is particularly important for the growth of the plants in view of the fact that during the growth of the plant in the seedling stage, especially in the (poor) environment, the plants are rooted and then germinate. Therefore, ABT rooting powder with proper content is added to promote the growth of plant roots in the seedling stage. Furthermore, in consideration of the coating characteristics of the plateau seeds, proper film forming agents, adhesives and the like are added.
Therefore, through the mutual matching of the components, the coating agent can be suitable for the growth of the grass seeds in the plateau areas with severe climatic environment and lower annual temperature equalization, the emergence rate of the grass seeds in the plateau areas can be improved, and the growth of seedlings is promoted in the seedling stage, so that the robust growth of plants is ensured, the stress resistance of the plants is enhanced, and the seedling protection is facilitated.
In some embodiments, in order to warn some pests and further improve the survival rate of seeds, a warning color can be further added into the coating agent, in some embodiments, the warning color is added in an amount of 9-11 parts by weight of the agent, and the warning color is preferably gentian violet.
In some embodiments, the mass ratio of gibberellin to ABT rooting powder is: 45-55: 10 to 50. For example, the mass ratio of gibberellin to ABT rooting powder is 45: 10, or 45: 20, or 45: 20, or 45: 30, or 50: 20, or 55: 20, or 55: 40, or 50: 30, etc.
In some embodiments, the insecticide is imidacloprid and the bactericide is carbendazim. Of course, in other embodiments, the pesticide may be selected from other species according to actual needs.
In order to achieve better mixing of the various components and better coating, the dosage form of the medicament can be selected as powder.
The binder is used for coating and fixing the coating material, thereby ensuring certain strength and stability of the coating. In some embodiments, the binder comprises a styrene acrylic emulsion and sodium carboxymethylcellulose. The styrene-acrylic emulsion belongs to non-crosslinked emulsion, has good adhesive force, transparent adhesive film, and good water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance. The preservation of the coated seeds is facilitated, and the seed coating is prevented from falling off. The sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is one of the thickening agents, has a certain thickening and emulsifying effect, and is favorable for enhancing the cleaning performance of the coating agent by matching with the styrene-acrylic emulsion so as to achieve a better coating effect.
Further, in some embodiments, in order to achieve a better matching effect, the dosage ratio of the styrene-acrylic emulsion to the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is 250 to 300mL of the styrene-acrylic emulsion per 30 to 50g of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
In some embodiments, the water-retaining agent is a water-absorbent resin, and in the case of a low annual average temperature in a plateau environment, the water demand is greater in the early germination of the seeds than in low-altitude areas, and therefore, a large amount of the water-retaining agent is added to the coating agent, and the water-absorbent resin as the water-retaining agent is a super-absorbent resin, and specifically, the water-absorbent resin may be an acrylic resin.
In some embodiments, the phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer may be potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
Further, in some embodiments, the film-forming agent may be chitosan;
in some embodiments, the filler comprises at least one of bentonite and talc. In general, the filler of the Gramineae family is pulvis Talci, and the filler of the Leguminosae family is bentonite.
In some embodiments, the osmotic agent is a water-soluble thiaketone; in some embodiments, the anti-freeze agent is glycerol.
Some embodiments of the present invention further provide a method for preparing the plateau seed coating agent, which comprises: the components are mixed according to the proportion to obtain the plateau seed coating agent. In the preparation of the coating agent, an appropriate amount of water is added as a solvent depending on the drug concentration.
It should be noted that, in the preparation method, it can be accomplished by using a coating machine commonly used in the market and a basic process flow.
Some embodiments of the invention also provide application of the plateau seed coating agent in coating leguminous forage grass or gramineous forage grass.
In some embodiments, the mass ratio of the seed to the agent in the composition is 1000: 27 to 35. Specifically, the coating is a pellet.
It should be noted that, for coating, cleaning is needed, otherwise coating efficiency and effect are greatly affected, and generally, the cleaning degree of seeds should reach more than 90%.
In some embodiments, the legume and gramineous grasses are both grasses from the Tibet plateau.
The formula of the coating agent is suitable for local grass seeds of the Tibet plateau, is also suitable for a series of local grass seeds such as most gramineous grass besides leguminous grass, and determines the formula of the pill-shaped coating comprehensive seed coating agent suitable for leguminous and gramineous varieties in the Tibet plateau.
