Description

Seed coating agent for herbicide-resistant millet hybrid and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of crop cultivation, in particular to a seed coating agent of herbicide-resistant millet hybrids and application thereof.
Background
The environment-friendly crop millet is a traditional crop which originates from China and can be used as both food, feed and grass, is an important food crop in northern areas such as northwest, north China and the like, is rich in edible nutrition and has great medicinal value, so that the millet planting shows a trend of rising year by year. At present, most of the planted millet varieties are conventional varieties, the yield is about 500 kg, and the phenomenon of reserving seeds by farmers frequently occurs, so that a series of problems of seed quality reduction, disease increase, yield reduction and the like are caused. The heterosis utilization not only solves the problem of seed reservation, but also improves the yield. At present, the utilization of the heterosis of the millet mainly utilizes a male sterile line to cultivate the millet hybrid, the yield of the millet is improved and can reach more than 700 kilograms, the millet hybrid is popular with farmers, particularly, the herbicide-resistant millet hybrid not only has high and stable yield, but also avoids weeds and saves time and labor. However, 10% -30% of selfing seedlings exist in the production and planting process of millet hybrids, and the yield of the millet hybrids is affected because the sterile lines inevitably have selfing and fructification and are not easily separated from the hybrids in the production process of the hybrids. In the peasant household planting process, only rely on traditional modes such as seedling stage discernment seedling color to carry out the manual work and pull out at first, consuming time hard.
Application No. 200610048242.3 discloses a method for planting herbicide-resistant millet hybrids, which comprises the following steps:
a. selection of millet hybrids: selecting herbicide-resistant millet hybrids;
b. preparation of a coating agent: b, selecting herbicide similar to the herbicide resistant to the paddy seeds in the step a, and preparing a coating agent solution with the herbicide accounting for 3.4-20% of the volume percentage with water or a seed coating agent;
c. coating: and c, putting the rice seeds selected in the step a into a stirrer with the rotating speed of 20 revolutions per minute, adding 4.14-5.0 milliliters of the coating agent solution prepared in the step b into every 100 grams of the seeds, stirring or manually stirring for uniform coating, taking the rice seeds out, drying in the sun under natural conditions or drying at the temperature of 30-40 ℃, and then carrying out field planting.
Although the patent can completely avoid sterile line selfing seedlings in paddy fields, the seedlings are not removed manually, and the labor and the time are saved; however, the coating agent has no growth substance and trace elements, so that the problems of low germination potential and remarkably delayed emergence are caused. In addition, the patent does not design the special film forming agent aiming at the problems of small grain size and easy falling of the grains, and the coating has poor adhesive capacity and is easy to fall off, so that the coating cannot play a role.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a seed coating agent for herbicide-resistant millet hybrids and application thereof, and solves the problems of low germination potential and remarkably delayed emergence caused by the fact that a growth substance and trace elements are not contained in the coating agent in the conventional herbicide-resistant millet hybrid planting method.

Wherein, preferably, the herbicide millet hybrid is Zhangmiscellaneous No. 3.
Wherein, preferably, the herbicide is a herbicide of the same class as that against which the millet hybrid is resistant.
Wherein, preferably, the herbicide is a benzophenone derivative or cyclohexenone herbicide.
Wherein, the herbicide is preferably Nazejing with the content of 12.5 percent of sethoxydim by mass percentage and Quadriamycin with the content of 10 percent of fluazinam by mass percentage.
Wherein, the plant growth regulator is preferably compound sodium nitrophenolate, potassium indolebutyrate or sodium α -naphthylacetate.
Wherein, preferably, the microelement solution is zinc fertilizer, manganese fertilizer and boron fertilizer, and the total content is 0.8-0.9%.
Wherein, preferably, the film-forming assistant is prepared by mixing the following components in a weight ratio of 1: 2: 1 sodium carboxymethyl starch, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol; the dispersant is any one or more of sodium lignosulfonate, calcium lignosulfonate, sodium methylene naphthalene sulfonate and oleic acid methyl amino ethyl sodium sulfonate; the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent.
The invention also provides application of the seed coating agent in planting of herbicide-resistant millet hybrids.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the seed coating agent is added with the chitosan, the plant growth regulator and the trace element solution, and the chitosan shows toxicity against pathogenic fungi and plays a certain role in resisting viruses, bacteria and other pests. The invention takes chitosan, plant growth regulator and trace elements as effective active ingredients, can effectively prevent and control plant diseases and insect pests, promote seed germination, enhance stress resistance, cultivate healthy and strong seedlings and improve comprehensive quality and seedling rate of the seedlings while completely avoiding sterile line selfing seedlings in paddy fields.
The composite film-forming agent is prepared by adopting three different types of film-forming agents, namely sodium carboxymethyl starch, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol as the composite film-forming agent, overcomes the problem that grains of millet are easy to fall off, forms a layer of coating film with compact film pore canals on the surface of seeds, and has good air permeability and water permeability, thereby not only ensuring the normal germination of the seeds, but also ensuring the real slow release of active ingredients of the seed coating agent in the germination and growth processes of the seeds.
