Description

Pelleting composition and pelleting method for German chamomile seeds
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of seed pelleting, and particularly relates to a German chamomile seed pelleting composition and a pelleting method thereof.
Background
The seed pelleting is to utilize an adhesive to adhere pesticides, bactericides, fertilizers, plant growth regulators, fillers and the like on the surface of seeds and process the seeds into spherical single seeds without obvious difference in size and shape. The method is mainly used for small-sized seeds of vegetables, rapes, tobaccos, beet and the like. The particle size of the small-sized seeds is obviously increased after the small-sized seeds are coated by pelleting, so that the sowing performance is improved, and the mechanical sowing is easier to realize. After the small-sized seeds are subjected to pelleting treatment, a micro active substance library without activity is formed at the periphery of the seeds. The seeded pelleting agent absorbs water to expand and form cracks, and the active ingredients are slowly contacted with seeds and surrounding soil through the cracks, so that the active ingredients can better participate in the growth process of the plants in the seedling stage. Because the release of the active substance is a slow process, the active substance cannot be greatly lost in a short time due to leaching or dissolving action, and the toxic action cannot be formed due to instant accumulation of pesticide and nutrient.
Thymol is the secondary metabolite of aromatic plants such as thyme and origanum vulgaris, and has antibacterial, insecticidal, and antioxidant effects. Has wide application value in the fields of food and medicine. Thymol is used as a plant source insecticide and bactericide and is added into a seed pelleting technology, and the current reports are fresh. The thymol plays a barrier role on the surface layer of the seeds, destroys the living environment of peripheral pests and achieves the effects of preventing germs, underground pests and the like. Fungicide such as carbofuran, captan and the like is a common pesticide type in agricultural production, but the fungicide can cause toxic action of the pill coating agent to different degrees on seeds in the processes of processing, manufacturing, storing, using and the like. And the research and development and application of the plant source control agent can reduce or avoid the negative effects of chemical pesticides to a great extent.
German chamomile: belonging to Compositae Matricaria, and annual or biennial herb. The leaves and flowers have apple fragrance, slightly bitter taste, sweet fragrance, open fire, and liver fire clearing away effects, and can be used for treating insomnia, strengthening liver and gallbladder function, improving anemia, relieving migraine, treating sensitive skin, and regulating respiratory system. The dried flower or powder can be directly used as medicine or made into herbal tea, and the essential oil can be widely used in perfume, various daily chemical products, aromatherapy and food industry. Most of German chamomile is cultivated by direct sowing with mixed sand or seedling raising in a greenhouse, and the phenomenon of multiple grains in one hole and no grains in multiple holes is easily caused because the seeds are fine and light, and the problems of irregular seedling emergence, poor seedling quality, poor stress resistance and the like exist. In order to promote the mechanized precision sowing mode of the German chamomile as soon as possible, the development of a pelleting technology of the German chamomile seeds is urgently needed, and meanwhile, a fertilizer, a bactericide, an insecticide and a growth promoter are added. The pelletized seeds are sown in one hole quantitatively, and have neat seedling emergence, strong seedling stage and strong stress resistance.
At present, no report of a formula and a processing method for pelleting german chamomile seeds exists, so that the research of the formula and the processing method for pelleting the german chamomile seeds can effectively solve the problem of mechanical seeding of the seeds, effectively control plant diseases and insect pests in the growth process of the german chamomile, reduce the use of chemical pesticides and improve the yield.

The culture dish is put into a filter paper with proper size, the seeds and the naked seeds of the examples 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are respectively put into the culture dish, 30 seeds are put into each culture dish, each treatment is repeated for 6 times, and the culture dish is put into an incubator at 25 ℃ for culture, and the filter paper is kept wet in the process.
2. Determination of germination index
And (4) measuring two germination indexes of the germination vigor and the germination rate of the seeds. The calculation method of each index is as follows:
the germination vigor is the number of seeds germinated at the germination peak period/the number of test seeds multiplied by 100%
The germination rate (number of germinated seeds/number of test seeds) × 100%
3. Results and analysis
The results of the experiments are reported in table 1.

From the above results, it is clear that the germination vigor and germination rate of the german chamomile seeds pelletized by the present invention are not affected by the pelletization, and the number of heads, fresh weight of flowers, and weight average of dried flowers are significantly increased. Comparing example 1 with example 3, the aqueous solution of the water extracts of the above-ground dry powders of chamomile, hyssop and tanacetum parthenium added with the binder and the bactericide effectively increases the number of heads, fresh weight and dry weight of the seeds of chamomile. Comparing example 3 with example 4, the yield is increased by using thymol instead of traditional bactericide, and the increase is not obvious after adding the insecticide, which shows that the thymol has the functions of both insecticide and bactericide, and achieves the effect of preventing germs, soil insects and the like after adding. Therefore, the German chamomile seed pelleting is carried out, the stress resistance is enhanced, the seedling rate of the German chamomile seeds is improved, and the yield is increased.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
