(6) adding the mixed solution 1 and the mixed solution 2 into the rest deionized water, stirring at 500r/min for 30min, mixing uniformly, filtering, filling and packaging the filtrate to obtain the pitaya stem sterol skin firming water.
Example 4
(1) Cleaning fresh dragon fruit stems, removing thorns, removing central lignified stems, cutting the rest fleshy stems into small pieces with the length of 3-5 mm, then carrying out freeze drying in a vacuum freeze dryer under the freeze-drying condition of-75 ℃ and 0.2mbar for 42 hours, crushing the freeze-dried dragon fruit stems into powder by using a high-speed crusher to obtain freeze-dried dragon fruit stem powder, then filling the freeze-dried dragon fruit stem powder into a self-sealing bag and putting the freeze-dried dragon fruit stem powder into a dryer for storage for later use;
(2) adding the lyophilized powder of the dragon fruit stem into 95% ethanol according to a solid-to-liquid ratio (g/ml) of 1:25, placing the mixture into an ultrasonic reactor at 50 ℃ and 100w for ultrasonic extraction for 1h, centrifuging the mixture for 15min at 10000 r/min, removing filter residues, and taking supernatant to obtain a dragon fruit stem sterol extract;
(3) accurately weighing 2kg of tannic acid, 2kg of tannic protein, 4kg of chondroitin sulfate, 2kg of trimethylglycine, 0.1kg of eugenol, 0.1kg of rosemary extract, 0.1kg of tea polyphenol, 18kg of pitaya stem sterol extract and 71.7kg of deionized water;
(4) dividing weighed deionized water into two parts, dissolving tannic acid, tannalbin and chondroitin sulfate in 30kg of deionized water, and stirring at 500r/min for 30min to obtain a mixed solution 1 for later use;
(5) dissolving eugenol, herba Rosmarini officinalis extract, and tea polyphenols in dragon fruit stem sterol extractive solution, and stirring at 500r/min for 30min to obtain mixed solution 2;
(6) adding the mixed solution 1 and the mixed solution 2 into the rest deionized water, stirring at 500r/min for 30min, mixing uniformly, filtering, filling and packaging the filtrate to obtain the pitaya stem sterol skin firming water.
Test examples
Randomly selecting 12 volunteer subjects, numbering 1-12, all women, and using the pitaya stem sterol firming lotion provided by the invention three times every day, wherein the pitaya stem sterol firming lotion has symptoms of various degrees of grease exuberance, large pores, dryness, water shortage, acne marks, acne, spots, inflammation and the like on the face skin, and the products of the embodiment 1 are used for No. 1-3, the products of the embodiment 2 are used for No. 4-6, the products of the embodiment 3 are used for No. 7-9, and the products of the embodiment 4 are used for No. 10-12. Before use, the face is cleaned by facial cleanser, and then the whole face is massaged by the firming lotion sample until the whole face is absorbed. Claims (10)
1. The pitaya stem sterol firming lotion is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-20% of dragon fruit stem sterol extract, 3-4% of astringent, 5-6% of humectant, 0.1-0.2% of natural essence, 0.2-0.3% of natural preservative and the balance of deionized water.
2. The pitaya stem sterol firming lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the astringent is tannic acid and/or tannic protein.
3. The pitaya stem sterol firming lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the humectant is one or a mixture of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, chondroitin sulfate and trimethyl glycine.
4. The pitaya stem sterol skin firming water of claim 1, wherein the natural essence is any one of menthol, eugenol and vanillin.
5. The pitaya stem sterol firming lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the natural preservative is one or a mixture of rosemary extract, ginkgo biloba extract and tea polyphenol.
6. A preparation method of pitaya stem sterol firming lotion is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
(1) weighing various raw materials according to the skin firming standard of the dragon fruit stem sterol according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
(2) dividing deionized water into two parts, dissolving the astringent and the humectant in the first part of deionized water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution 1 for later use;
(3) dissolving natural essence and natural preservative in the dragon fruit stem sterol extract, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution 2 for later use;
(4) and adding the mixed solution 1 and the mixed solution 2 into a second part of deionized water, fully stirring and uniformly mixing, then filtering, and filling and packaging the filtrate to obtain the pitaya stem sterol firming lotion.
7. The method for preparing pitaya stem sterol skin firming water according to claim 6, wherein the preparation steps of the pitaya stem sterol extract are as follows:
1) cleaning fresh dragon fruit stems, removing thorns, removing central lignified stems, cutting the rest fleshy stems into small pieces with the length of 3-5 mm, performing freeze drying in a vacuum freeze dryer, crushing after the freeze drying is completed to obtain freeze-dried powder of the dragon fruit stems, and then filling the freeze-dried powder of the dragon fruit stems into a self-sealing bag and putting the self-sealing bag into a dryer for storage for later use;
2) adding the freeze-dried pitaya stem powder into 95% ethanol according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 (10-30), placing the mixture into an ultrasonic reactor for ultrasonic extraction, and centrifuging to obtain a supernatant, thus obtaining the pitaya stem sterol extract.
8. The preparation method of the pitaya stem sterol skin firming water according to claim 7, wherein the freeze-drying condition of the freeze dryer in the step 1) is-70 ℃ to-80 ℃, 0.1mbar to 0.5mbar, and the freeze-drying time is 36h to 48 h.
9. The preparation method of the pitaya stem sterol skin firming water according to claim 7, wherein the ultrasonic power of the ultrasonic reactor in the step 2) is 80-120 w, the ultrasonic extraction time is 0.5-3 h, and the ultrasonic extraction temperature is 35-60 ℃.
10. The preparation method of the pitaya stem sterol skin firming water according to claim 6, wherein the first portion of deionized water accounts for 20-30% of the total raw material in the step (2).
