背景技术
由于时代的进步,人们的生活水平不断提高,进而对穿着要求也进一步的提高,人们对面料的花形的选择水平也日益提升。双面呢是由两种纹理不同的面料织成的一块面料,双面呢面料整体手感细腻、质地紧密,挺括而有弹性,适合不同年龄层次。现有的双面呢一般都为粗纺提花方式制成,提花通常利用提花机才能生产出来,而提花机的价格较为昂贵,对于中小型企业而言成本太高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种不需要提花机进行提花,只需要普通的编织机通过设计独特的编织方法即可实现双面花纹效果的圈圈竖条纹大衣呢的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种圈圈竖条纹大衣呢的制备工艺,大衣呢的组分重量百分比为:70%羊毛、10%粘胶、10%锦纶、10%涤纶;所述大衣呢的经纱排列为:2A.1C.(8A.1C)*3.2A.6B.1C.(8A.1C)*2.6B;所述大衣呢的纬纱排列为:2A.1D.1A;经纱排列和纬纱排列中所用的毛纱分别为:A纱是支数为10.5S,颜色为A色的毛纱;B纱是支数为10.5S,颜色为B色的毛纱;C纱是支数为40S、2合股的涤纶连接纱;D纱是支数为10.5S的绞染A色圈圈纱,面料的工艺正面显示为圈圈纱A、B两色竖条纹,工艺正面作为服用正面;工艺反面显示为A色竖条纹,工艺反面作为服用反面。通过该编织方法可编织成正面为圈圈纱和A、B两色竖条纹间隔排列的面料花纹,且A色竖条纹间断,反面为A、B两色竖条纹间隔排列的,A色竖条纹连续,实现了一种面料具有两种花纹效果,花型大方、具有一定的设计感;同时该双面花型效果不通过提花机进行提花,在一定程度上降低了双面花纹效果面料的制造成本。

S1:原料准备,按照面料的组分和重量百分比选择羊毛纤维、粘胶纤维、锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维原料,并将各纤维进行混纺纺制成A纱、B纱和D纱,所述D纱为圈圈纱;
S2:染色,将A纱、B纱和D纱分别进行不同颜色的染色处理;
S3:整经织造,将S2所得的纱线进行整经,将A纱、B纱、C纱和D纱按照门幅和经纬纱排列顺序在整经机上进行整经;然后再剑杆织机上进行织造,上机纬纱密度为233根/10cm,总经根数为5022根,筘号为30,穿数为9,上机筘幅为186cm,坯布克重为1055g;
S4:后整理,对S3所织得的坯布依次通过缝边、缩呢、洗呢、脱水、烘干、起毛、烫剪及蒸呢工艺制成成品。
为了提高面料的花纹效果,使该面料不仅仅具有A、B两色,增加颜色数量,形成夹花效果,进一步优选的技术方案为,所述S1步骤原料准备过程中,还包括对羊毛纤维的阻染预处理工序,阻染预处理后的羊毛纤维与其他纤维混纺制成混纺毛纱或将混纺制成的毛纱进行阻染预处理。一般夹花效果,只能是先将毛条染成各种不同的颜色,再将不同的毛条的合理的搭配进行拼色复精梳工序,再经过纺纱等工序生产出需要的夹花纱线,但是这种夹花纱的生产方式从毛条染色到拼色复精梳再到纺纱,工期长不利于客户抢占市场的需求;通过阻染预处理将羊毛纤维或混纺毛纱中的羊毛纤维的氨基先与活性基团进行结合,形成稳定结构,然后再进行后续混纺毛纱染色时,混纺毛纱中的羊毛纤维经过预处理,羊毛纤维的氨基已经与先前的基团结合,再也没有基团与染料中的基团结合,所以羊毛纤维不会被染色,而混纺毛纱中的涤纶、锦纶等纤维被染色,从而得到一条具有夹花效果的混纺毛纱,缩短了工序,减少了织造工期。
进一步优选的技术方案为,所述阻染预处理工序包括配制甲酸溶液作为预处理液,配置后预处理液均匀的喷撒到羊毛纤维或毛纱上,20-25℃,静置1-2h,再将预处理溶液轧出,清洗、烘干,烘干温度为70-80℃。甲酸与氨基进行甲酰化反应,脱去氨基的一个氢,醛基替代氨基被脱去的氢,形成稳定的结构,提前对羊毛纤维的氨基进行占位;20-25℃的处理温度,减少甲酸的挥发,同时低温处理,减少预处理过程中的能耗,降低成本。
进一步优选的技术方案为,所述预处理液的溶剂为乙醇。采用乙醇作为溶剂,既可以更好的与甲酸混溶,乙醇的杀菌作用还可以对羊毛纤维进行杀菌处理,同时,在后续的烘干处理过程中,还可以对乙醇进行高温去除,工序简单。
进一步优选的技术方案为,对羊毛纤维进行阻染预处理包括对部分羊毛纤维进行预处理,然后再将预处理后的羊毛纤维与未预处理的羊毛纤维进行和毛工序后再进行纺制成毛纱,其中处理过的羊毛纤维与未处理的羊毛纤维的重量比为1:0.5-2。对部分羊毛纤维进行预处理,减少羊毛纤维的处理量,同时对处理过的羊毛纤维与未处理的羊毛纤维之间的比例关系进行不同的调整,能够搭配出不同夹花程度的面料,进一步增加了面料的种类,以适应不同的需求。

4.根据权利要求3所述的圈圈竖条纹大衣呢的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述阻染预处理工序包括配制甲酸溶液作为预处理液,配置后预处理液均匀的喷撒到羊毛纤维或毛纱上,20-25℃,静置1-2h,再将预处理溶液轧出,清洗、烘干,烘干温度为70-80℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的圈圈竖条纹大衣呢的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述预处理液的溶剂为乙醇。
6.根据权利要求5所述的圈圈竖条纹大衣呢的制备工艺,其特征在于,对羊毛纤维进行阻染预处理包括对部分羊毛纤维进行预处理,然后再将预处理后的羊毛纤维与未预处理的羊毛纤维进行和毛工序后再进行纺制成毛纱,其中处理过的羊毛纤维与未处理的羊毛纤维的重量比为1:0.5-2。
