本发明公开了一种新型布料的印染工艺,步骤一:制得坯布;步骤二:烧毛;步骤三:退浆处理;步骤四:将布料进行煮练,在煮练的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;步骤五:漂白完成后进行水洗,在水洗的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;步骤六:将水洗后的坯布送入含有染液及助染剂的印染设备中,进行轧染后得到有色布料;步骤七:将印染好的布料烘干,再将烘干的布料浸泡到氯化钠溶液中,出水后通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;步骤八:将布料烘干,该发明工艺制得的印染布料着色能力出色,较传统印染布料大大提高,本工艺制得的布料具有良好的耐磨性、韧性及手感。

Description

一种新型布料的印染工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及布料印染工艺技术领域,具体为一种新型布料的印染工艺。
背景技术
布料是装饰材料中常用的材料。包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料。布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用,常常是整个销售空间中不可忽视的主要力量。大量运用布料进行墙面面饰、隔断、以及背景处理,同样可以形成良好的商业空间展示风格。
印染是一种加工方式,也是前处理,染色,印花,后整理,洗水等的总称;早在六、七千年前的新石器时代,我们的祖先就能够用赤铁矿粉末将麻布染成红色。随着染色工艺技术的不断提高和发展,我国古代染出的纺织品颜色也不断地丰富。有人曾对吐鲁番出土的唐代丝织物作过色谱分析,共有24种颜色,其中红色的有银红、水红、猩红、绛红、绛紫;黄色有鹅黄、菊黄、杏黄、金黄、土黄、茶褐;青、蓝色有蛋青、天青、翠蓝、宝蓝、赤青、藏青;绿色有胡绿、豆绿、叶绿、果绿、墨绿等。
目前传统的印染工艺制得的布料着色能力较差,经过清洗后颜色容易脱落,从而影响使用寿命,因此,亟待一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型布料的印染工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型布料的印染工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将涤纶纤维和棉纤维进行绞合作为经纱,再将聚酰胺纤维和棉纤维进行绞合作为纬纱,经纱和纬纱进行混纺,制得坯布;
步骤二:将坯布迅速通过高温铜辊表面,使坯布表面的容貌快速升温燃烧,将坯布表面的绒毛烧掉;
步骤三:将烧毛后的坯布置于退浆溶液中进行退浆处理;
步骤四:将布料进行煮练,在煮练的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出,随后进行漂白处理;
步骤五:漂白完成后进行水洗,在水洗的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,将PH值控制在合理范围内,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;
步骤六:将水洗后的坯布送入含有染液及助染剂的印染设备中,进行轧染后得到有色布料;
步骤七:将印染好的布料烘干,再将烘干的布料浸泡到氯化钠溶液中,持续1~2h,出水后通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;
步骤八:将布料烘干,得到成品。
优选的,所述步骤一中经纱的密度为45~48根/cm,纬纱的密度为33~36根/cm。
优选的,所述步骤三中退浆溶液采用一种碱性退浆剂。
优选的,所述步骤五中PH值为6.5~7.5。
优选的,所述步骤七中布料烘干的温度为120~140℃,时间为1~2min。
优选的,所述步骤七中氯化钠溶液的浓度为3~3.5%。
优选的,所述步骤八中布料烘干的温度为100~110℃,时间为10~15min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本工艺制得的印染布料着色能力出色,较传统印染布料大大提高。
(2)本工艺制得的布料具有良好的耐磨性、韧性及手感。

步骤二:将坯布迅速通过高温铜辊表面,使坯布表面的容貌快速升温燃烧,将坯布表面的绒毛烧掉;
步骤三:将烧毛后的坯布置于碱性退浆溶液中进行退浆处理;
步骤四:将布料进行煮练,在煮练的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出,随后进行漂白处理;
步骤五:漂白完成后进行水洗,在水洗的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,将PH值控制在6.5~7.5,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;
步骤六:将水洗后的坯布送入含有染液及助染剂的印染设备中,进行轧染后得到有色布料;
步骤七:将印染好的布料烘干,温度设置为120~140℃,时间为1~2min,再将烘干的布料浸泡到3~3.5%氯化钠溶液中,持续1~2h,出水后通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;

本实施例制得的印染布料,通过多次清洗实验,未发生褪色的情况,且布料具有良好的耐磨性、韧性及手感。
实施例二:
一种新型布料的印染工艺,本实施例包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将涤纶纤维和棉纤维进行绞合作为经纱,经纱的密度为48根/cm,再将聚酰胺纤维和棉纤维进行绞合作为纬纱,纬纱的密度为36根/cm,经纱和纬纱进行混纺,制得坯布;
步骤二:将坯布迅速通过高温铜辊表面,使坯布表面的容貌快速升温燃烧,将坯布表面的绒毛烧掉;
步骤三:将烧毛后的坯布置于碱性退浆溶液中进行退浆处理;
步骤四:将布料进行煮练,在煮练的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出,随后进行漂白处理;
步骤五:漂白完成后进行水洗,在水洗的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,将PH值控制在6.5,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;

本实施例制得的印染布料,通过多次清洗实验,未发生褪色的情况,且布料具有良好的耐磨性、韧性及手感。
实施例三:
一种新型布料的印染工艺,本实施例包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将涤纶纤维和棉纤维进行绞合作为经纱,经纱的密度为47根/cm,再将聚酰胺纤维和棉纤维进行绞合作为纬纱,纬纱的密度为35根/cm,经纱和纬纱进行混纺,制得坯布;
步骤二:将坯布迅速通过高温铜辊表面,使坯布表面的容貌快速升温燃烧,将坯布表面的绒毛烧掉;
步骤三:将烧毛后的坯布置于碱性退浆溶液中进行退浆处理;
步骤四:将布料进行煮练,在煮练的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出,随后进行漂白处理;
步骤五:漂白完成后进行水洗,在水洗的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,将PH值控制在7.5,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;
步骤六:将水洗后的坯布送入含有染液及助染剂的印染设备中,进行轧染后得到有色布料;
步骤七:将印染好的布料烘干,温度设置为130℃,时间为2min,再将烘干的布料浸泡到3.2%氯化钠溶液中,持续1.5h,出水后通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;
步骤八:将布料烘干,温度设置为105℃,时间为13min,得到成品。
本实施例制得的印染布料,通过多次清洗实验,未发生褪色的情况,且布料具有良好的耐磨性、韧性及手感。
综上所述,将实施例一~三制得的成品布料均进行多次清洗实验,均未发生褪色的情况,本工艺制得的印染布料着色能力出色,较传统印染布料大大提高,且本工艺制得的布料具有良好的耐磨性、韧性及手感。

1.一种新型布料的印染工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将涤纶纤维和棉纤维进行绞合作为经纱,再将聚酰胺纤维和棉纤维进行绞合作为纬纱,经纱和纬纱进行混纺,制得坯布;
步骤二:将坯布迅速通过高温铜辊表面,使坯布表面的容貌快速升温燃烧,将坯布表面的绒毛烧掉;
步骤三:将烧毛后的坯布置于退浆溶液中进行退浆处理;
步骤四:将布料进行煮练,在煮练的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出,随后进行漂白处理;
步骤五:漂白完成后进行水洗,在水洗的过程中用张紧辊对布料进行撑开和松弛的操作,将PH值控制在合理范围内,出水后,通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;
步骤六:将水洗后的坯布送入含有染液及助染剂的印染设备中,进行轧染后得到有色布料;
步骤七:将印染好的布料烘干,再将烘干的布料浸泡到氯化钠溶液中,持续1~2h,出水后通过碾压辊将布料内的水挤出;
