Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于软卷帘的导向装置，该软卷帘包括构成一马达驱动软卷帘门的帘屏的水平横档，该导向装置可使该帘屏在一关闭位置和一打开位置之间快速移动。
本发明的导向装置特别可用于那些帘门，即软卷帘在一规定空间中绕在一滚轴上或折叠起来、如六角手风琴一样。
背景技术
已知这样一些软卷帘门，它们具有两个呈U或C形的垂向的、平行金属支撑，它们可直接安装在一装有门的混凝土框架中，或者通过置于混凝土框架的垂向门梃和金属支撑之间的弹性元件来安装，就如欧洲专利申请号92 099384中所述的。
各金属支撑包含一直的导向路径，当软卷帘在一关闭和打开位置之间移动时其横边可在其中运行。
导向路径可由通道构成，一滑道置于其中以引导各个方向上的门帘横边。各导向路径包括一滑道，其内部轮廓大致是方的，并且各条边具有一在所述导向路径整个高度上延伸的槽以便软卷帘沿其经过。
导向路径都是由半弹性材料制成的，这样当在软卷帘上施加一个拉力时，软卷帘的横边可从导向路径中释放。
这种类型的软卷帘门存在一些问题，即不可能接近和清洁安装在各导向路径中的滑道内壁。当这些门都安装在加工食品的房间中时，在每个工作日之后必须对门，特别是对导向路径进行清洁。上述的导向路径结构意味着不完全拆除门就不可能进行清洁。
另外，导向路径耐碰撞的能力非常低，这是由于构成截面的半弹性材料的强度因在其整个长度制成的槽而被削弱。
滑道更加通常地是制成为一开口U形截面，其横向宽度从顶到底是相同的，一个问题是它与这些门工作的方式不适合。
因而，对于手风琴式软卷帘门来说，这些滑道使之在门打开时容纳必需有很大的体积以堆叠板条，而在关闭位置时所必需的且足够大的通道却仅限于门的厚度。
类似地，对于卷帘门来说，由于卷帘直径的变化，软卷帘会在其垂向帘屏中偏移，这取决于它是处于打开还是关闭位置。所以，要求滑道的上部应当较宽、以便帘屏不受限制和无摩擦地下落。
发明内容
本发明的导向装置将可改善这些问题。
本发明的导向装置包括，在一软卷帘门的垂向相对门梃上的带子，它们设置成互相相对、以在各门梃上形成一用于水平横档的导槽，同时所述带子各自是可伸缩的并且固定在在对应门梃的两个端之间，以使各带子在受到外力时弹性变形、并且无损坏地恢复到其原来位置。
本发明的导向装置在门的各门梃上具有两条带子，该带子具有为软卷帘提供容纳空间的一倾斜部分和一直的垂向部分，这样带子可相互平行以引导所述软卷帘在一关闭和一打开位置之间垂向运动。
本发明的导向装置实际上各带子在一保持销和一止挡块之间具有一倾斜部分，它与另一条带子一起构成一V形空间以当卷门在下降过程中由一障碍物阻挡时容纳未卷绕的软卷帘。
在本发明中，导向装置实际由这样的带子构成，即各带子具有在一保持销和一止动器之间的一第一倾斜部分，以及在止动器和另一中间止动器之间的第二倾斜部分而与另一带子一起构成一逐渐打开的空间以容纳手风琴式门关闭时软卷帘的折叠部分。
在本发明中，导向装置所具有的带子的宽度取决于门软卷帘的宽度。
在本发明中，导向装置具有其上支承有带子的止动器，这样各带子的定位线沿其整个长度被限定了。
在本发明中，导向装置在门的一门梃的两条带子之间、特别是在其直的垂向部分，具有一与软卷帘厚度接近的距离d。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出了一包括两根横门梃2和3的门1，这些门梃一般固定在所要被关闭的一门洞的垂向墙壁上。相对且为垂向的门梃2、3由一用于软卷帘5的滚轴4在顶部连接在一起。
门梃2和3具有用于软卷帘5的一一体式导向装置6以便软卷帘5在一关闭和打开位置之间运动。
可以发现，软卷帘具有套筒5a，其中插有水平方向的加强横档5b，其端部配合在安装于各门梃2和3的导向装置6中。(图2)
各导向装置6具有两条互相相对的带子6a和6b，用以在各门梃2和3上提供一用于软卷帘5和其横档5b的导槽6c。
为清楚起见并便于理解，以下将仅对门梃2上的导向装置6进行描述，这是因为安装在门梃3上的另一导向装置6是相同的。
导向装置6的带子6a和6b各自在一端具有一环6d、6e，各环配合到由一置于门梃2中的保持销6f、6g所构成的端点上。保持销6f和6g相互相对设置，并且靠近保持门1的软卷帘5的滚轴4。
在门梃2的底部具有构成导向装置的另一端的两个张紧装置6h和6i，它们可分别与带子6a和6b的环6f和6g一起将相对的端与端保持在一起。张紧装置6h和6i两个都置于相同的高度，例如所图所示的，是一六边形结构，这样可采用一扳手张紧由销6f和6g所构成的两个端部与张伸装置6h和6i之间的各带子6a和6b。
在导向装置6的两个端部之间有两个相对的止动器6j和6k，带子6a和6b分别支承在其上。

因而各带6a和6b具有在各销6f和6g与止动器6d、6k之间的倾斜部分，而形成一具体为V形的空间E。
图3和4示出了卷门1的软卷帘5，它在下降过程中由一障碍物7挡住。在这些状态时，软卷帘5继续从滚轴上退绕下来并且容纳在导向装置6的空间E中。然而只需使滚轴4反转就可将软卷帘5再绕起来。
图5和8示出了具有两个横向门梃2’和3’的手风琴式门1’，门梃固定在所要关闭的门洞的垂向墙壁上。
垂向的相对门梃2’和3’在门1’顶部由一卷绕滚轴4’和其上装有一软卷帘5’的横向固定杆4’a连接在一起。
门梃2’和3’与上述的卷门1一样与一导向装置6成一体。导向装置6具有一滑槽6c以当软卷帘5’在一关闭和打开位置之间运动时引导该软卷帘。
软卷帘5’具有带开口5’c的套筒5’a，以便水平加强横档5’b通过。软卷帘5’在底部具有另一水平横档5’d，它由一拉带子5’e连接到卷绕滚轴4’上。藉由设置在套5’a的开口5’c中的带子携带器5’f，带子5’e在各水平加强横档5’b处被引导。还提供了没有开口的套筒5’a，其中可插入其它的加强横档5’b。

为清楚起见并为了便于理解，仅描述了门梃2’上的导向装置6，这是由于安装于门梃3’上的另一导向装置是相同的。而且，主要是描述卷门1中未采用的导向装置6的其它新的部分。
因而，带子6a和6b由其环6b和6c固定并且张紧在置于门梃2’的两端之间，即在销6f和6g和张紧装置6h、6i之间。
各带子6a和6b支撑在一第一上止动器6j、6k和一第二中间止动器6l、6m上的销6f、6g和张紧装置6h、6i之间。
带子6a、6b包括在销6f、6g和止动器6j、6k之间的一第一倾斜部，该第一倾斜部延伸为止动器6j、6k和中间止动器6l、6m之间的不同角度的第二倾斜部。
此结构可使带子6a、6b构成一逐渐打开的空间S、以便接受软卷帘5’打开时的折叠(图7和图8)。
带子6a和6b在空间S的延伸部分中具有一直的垂向部分，这样所述带子相互平行以引导软卷帘5’运动。
可以注意到，置于门1、1’的门梃2、2’中的导向装置6都是不必拆卸就可接近的，并且当门用于一食品加工环境中时也很容易清洁。
另外，安装于门1和1’上的导向装置6具有带子6a和6b，其宽度取决于被移动的软卷帘5、5’的宽度。
导向装置6在门的门梃上的两条带之间、特别是在其直的垂向部分具有一与软卷帘5、5’厚度接近的距离d。
可以发现，导向装置6具有带子6a、6b，当受到外力时，各带可以一方面绕其垂向轴线弹性变形，另一方面可绕垂向于垂向轴线的方向变形，并且能够无损坏地恢复到其原来位置。
这是由当软带5、5’受阻时或者发生一横向碰撞时，带子6a、6b的相对弹性变形可使水平横档移出原来的位置，而不会损坏横档或带子。
另外，导向装置6可使工作噪音减小，这是由于没有其它门上所发生的那种金属与金属接触时的噪音。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于包含水平横档(5b，5’b，5’d)以形成一门(1，1’)帘屏的软卷帘(5，5’)的导向装置，其特征在于，包括在门(1，1’)的垂向相对门梃(2，3；2’，3’)上的带子(6a，6b)，所述带子互相相对以在各门梃上形成用于软卷帘(5，5’)和水平横档(5b，5’b，5’d)的导槽(6c)，并且各带在置于门梃(2，3；2’3’)中的两端点(6f，6h；6g，6i)之间张紧并固定，以使各带在受到外力时弹性变形、并且无损坏地恢复到其原来位置。

3.如权利要求2所述的导向装置，其特征在于，所述各带子(6a，6b)在一保持销(6f，6g)和一止动器(6j，6k)之间具有一倾斜部分，所述倾斜部分与另一带子一起构成一V形空间(E)以当卷门(1)在其下降过程中受一障碍物(7)阻挡时容纳其未卷绕的软卷帘(5)。
