Abstract

一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的若干导电端子、包覆于绝缘本体外的壳体,绝缘本体包括基座、自基座向前延伸形成的舌板及自基座向后延伸形成的安装部,壳体包括固持于基座并与舌板之间构成对接腔的遮蔽壳体及遮覆于安装部的固定于遮蔽壳体的副壳体,所述副壳体包括设置于安装部的顶面的顶壁、自顶壁的横向两侧向下弯折形成的设置于安装部的侧面的一对侧壁及将一对侧壁相连的位于所述安装部的后端面的后壁,一对侧壁的底部设有焊接脚,顶壁包括与一对侧壁分别一体相连的第一半顶壁及第二半顶壁,第一半顶壁与第二半顶壁的自由末端相互配接相连,后壁为一整体构件且两端分别与一对侧壁一体相连。藉由一体式的后壁的两端与设有焊接脚的一对侧壁一体相连,可有效避免焊接脚外张。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种可供正反向插入的电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国发明第CN105449433B号揭示了一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、设置于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、包覆于绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体及固定于所述遮蔽壳体的副壳体。所述绝缘本体包括基座、自所述基座向前延伸形成的舌板及自所述基座向后延伸形成的安装部,所述遮蔽壳体固持于所述基座并与舌板之间构成对接腔,所述副壳体遮覆于所述安装部,所述副壳体包括设置于安装部的顶面的顶壁、位于所述安装部的侧面的一对侧壁及自所述顶壁向下弯折形成的位于所述安装部的后端面的后壁,所述一对侧壁的底部设置有焊接脚,所述后壁的横向两侧向前弯折形成有分别贴靠于所述一对侧壁的外侧的限制部。然,弯折形成的所述限制部无法有效限制所述设有焊接脚的侧壁向外张开,从而影响焊接脚的焊接精确性。
因此,有必要对现有的电连接器进行改进,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有改进的副壳体的电连接器,用以避免副壳体的焊接脚外张。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案一来实现:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、包覆于所述绝缘本体外的壳体,所述绝缘本体包括基座、自所述基座向前延伸形成的舌板及自所述基座向后延伸形成的安装部,所述导电端子包括固持于所述基座的固持部、自所述固持部向前延伸形成的暴露于所述舌板的接触部及自所述固持部向后延伸出所述安装部的焊接部,所述壳体包括固持于所述基座并与所述舌板之间构成对接腔的遮蔽壳体及遮覆于所述安装部的固定于所述遮蔽壳体的副壳体,所述副壳体包括设置于所述安装部的顶面的顶壁、自所述顶壁的横向两侧向下弯折形成的设置于所述安装部的侧面的一对侧壁及将所述一对侧壁相连的位于所述安装部的后端面的后壁,所述一对侧壁的底部设有焊接脚,所述顶壁包括与所述一对侧壁分别一体相连的第一半顶壁及第二半顶壁,所述第一半顶壁与所述第二半顶壁的自由末端相互配接相连,所述后壁为一整体构件且两端分别与所述一对侧壁一体相连。
进一步地,所述第一半顶壁与所述第二半顶壁的自由末端为相互配接的燕尾结构。
进一步地,所述一对侧壁的前端分别向前延伸形成有侧部,所述侧部焊接固定于所述遮蔽壳体的横向两侧。
进一步地,所述侧部的下缘向外并向下弯折形成有安装脚。
进一步地,所述副壳体由板状金属片弯折形成。
进一步地,所述遮蔽壳体为一筒状金属壳体,所述遮蔽壳体的上壁的后缘向下弯折形成有挡止于所述基座的后端面的一对挡止片,所述一对挡止片分别对应于所述第一半顶壁与第二半顶壁。
进一步地,所述第一半顶壁与所述第二半顶壁的前缘分别凹设有让位所述一对挡止片的凹陷部。
与现有技术相比,本电连接器藉由一体式的后壁的两端与设有焊接脚的一对侧壁一体相连,可有效避免焊接脚外张。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本发明电连接器100优选地为一种可供正反插拔的USBType C连接器,当然不仅限于此,也可以是其他类型的电连接器。所述电连接器100安装于一电路板200,包括绝缘本体1、固持于所述绝缘本体1的若干导电端子2、包覆于所述绝缘本体1外的壳体3,所述壳体3包括遮蔽壳体31及固定于所述遮蔽壳体31的副壳体32。
所述绝缘本体1包括基座11、自所述基座11向前延伸形成的舌板12及自所述基座11向后延伸形成的安装部13。所述导电端子2包括固持于所述基座11的固持部(未图示)、自所述固持部(未图示)向前延伸形成的暴露于所述舌板12的接触部21及自所述固持部(未图示)向后延伸出所述安装部13的焊接部22。所述遮蔽壳体31固持于所述基座11并与所述舌板12之间构成对接腔310以供一对接连接器(未图示)插入,所述副壳体32包括设置于所述安装部13的顶面131的顶壁321、自所述顶壁321的横向两侧向下弯折形成的设置于所述安装部13的侧面132的一对侧壁322及将所述一对侧壁322相连的位于所述安装部13的后端面133的后壁323,所述一对侧壁322的底部设有焊接于所述电路板200的焊接脚3221。所述副壳体32由板状金属片弯折形成,为了避免所述侧壁322带动所述焊接脚3221外张,所述顶壁321包括与所述一对侧壁322分别一体相连的第一半顶壁3211及第二半顶壁3212,所述第一半顶壁3211与所述第二半顶壁3212的自由末端相互配接相连,所述后壁323为一整体构件且两端分别与所述一对侧壁322一体相连,藉由作为一整体的与所述侧壁一体相连的后壁323,可以有效地避免所述侧壁322带动所述焊接脚3221向外张开,从而影响焊接效果。
具体而言,所述第一半顶壁3211与所述第二半顶壁3212的自由末端为相互配接的燕尾结构。所述一对侧壁322的前端分别向前延伸形成有侧部3222,所述侧部3222焊接固定于所述遮蔽壳体31的横向两侧。为使所述电连接器100牢固地安装于电路板200,所述侧部3222的下缘向外并向下弯折形成有安装脚3223。此外,所述遮蔽壳体31为筒状的金属壳体,所述遮蔽壳体31的上壁311的后缘向下弯折形成有挡止于所述基座11的后端面111的一对挡止片3111,用以防止所述基座11向后运动;而所述遮蔽壳体31的下壁312向内撕裂形成有一对突出部3121,所述基座11的前端面112凹设有一对供所述突出部3121抵持的凹槽1121,用以限制所述绝缘本体1向前运动。为了防止所述一对挡止片3111向上弯折屈服,所述一对挡止片3111分别对应所述第一半顶壁3211与所述第二半顶壁3212,所述第一半顶壁3211与所述第二半顶壁3212的前缘分别凹设有让位所述一对挡止片3111的凹陷部3213,通过将所述一对挡止片3111限制于所述凹陷部3213与所述基座11的后端面112之间,可有效防止所述挡止片3111向上弯折屈服。

1.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、包覆于所述绝缘本体外的壳体,所述绝缘本体包括基座、自所述基座向前延伸形成的舌板及自所述基座向后延伸形成的安装部,所述导电端子包括固持于所述基座的固持部、自所述固持部向前延伸形成的暴露于所述舌板的接触部及自所述固持部向后延伸出所述安装部的焊接部,所述壳体包括固持于所述基座并与所述舌板之间构成对接腔的遮蔽壳体及遮覆于所述安装部的固定于所述遮蔽壳体的副壳体,所述副壳体包括设置于所述安装部的顶面的顶壁、自所述顶壁的横向两侧向下弯折形成的设置于所述安装部的侧面的一对侧壁及将所述一对侧壁相连的位于所述安装部的后端面的后壁,所述一对侧壁的底部设有焊接脚,其特征在于:所述顶壁包括与所述一对侧壁分别一体相连的第一半顶壁及第二半顶壁,所述第一半顶壁与所述第二半顶壁的自由末端相互配接相连,所述后壁为一整体构件且两端分别与所述一对侧壁一体相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一半顶壁与所述第二半顶壁的自由末端为相互配接的燕尾结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述一对侧壁的前端分别向前延伸形成有侧部,所述侧部焊接固定于所述遮蔽壳体的横向两侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述侧部的下缘向外并向下弯折形成有安装脚。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述副壳体由板状金属片弯折形成。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体为一筒状金属壳体,所述遮蔽壳体的上壁的后缘向下弯折形成有挡止于所述基座的后端面的一对挡止片,所述一对挡止片分别对应于所述第一半顶壁与第二半顶壁。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一半顶壁与所述第二半顶壁的前缘分别凹设有让位所述一对挡止片的凹陷部。
