本发明公开了一种缓解糖尿病症状的食品及其制备方法,由五谷和杂粮组成,所述五谷是大米、小麦、玉米、高粱和红薯;食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:淀粉、糖分去缔:采用酿酒工艺,分别把五谷中的淀粉、糖分转化为乙醇取走,形成五谷酒渣;五谷渣料精选:对五谷酒渣用清水进行漂洗,晾干形成原料,叫五谷渣料;五谷融合:将杂粮进行蒸熟处理,把五谷渣料与杂粮按比例进行合并,生产出缓解糖尿病症状的食品。以这种食品为主食,在血糖指标正常后,再恢复对传统大米、小麦、玉米、高粱、红薯的摄入,以保障正常的能源摄入,逐渐实现人体的营养平衡,实现血糖指标的降低、实现人体对胰岛素正常的需求,最终实现人体对五谷食品的日常需求。

技术领域
本发明属于保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种缓解糖尿病症状的食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的糖尿病治疗方法中,西医以降低血糖指标、注射胰岛素为主,这种方法病人如果不注意饮食,就马上复发。同时随着病情的不断积累,会不断增加药物的剂量增 加,永无休止,一致依赖药物的作用。西药的特征是减缓痛苦。中医药物疗法,主要是 修复脾胃功能,增强胃的修复功能和增强脾的胰岛素分泌功能。其特征是病人缓解后, 饮食还是建议不能正常食用五谷最基本的生活状态。五谷才是人生活之常态。糖尿病人 就主要是血糖指标过高,而其他蛋白物质成份偏低形成了营养不均衡。所以让人体达到 营养均衡才是最根本的解决糖尿病的根本。而让人体达到营养均衡,在人类的历史中, 五谷是保持人体健康的根本,所以我们要从五谷中获得营养平衡。

鉴于上述背景技术的问题,提出了一种采用以五谷和杂粮为原料,进行特殊加工过程, 得到缓解糖尿病症状的食品。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出一种缓解糖尿病症状的食品,由五谷和杂粮组成,所述 五谷是大米、小麦、玉米、高粱和红薯,所述食品各组分的重量比例分别是大米26%、小麦 14%、玉米18%、高梁2%、红薯30%、杂粮10%。
所述的缓解糖尿病症状的食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
淀粉、糖分去缔:采用酿酒工艺,分别把五谷中的淀粉、糖分转化为乙醇取走,形成五 谷酒渣;
五谷渣料精选:对五谷酒渣用清水进行漂洗,晾干形成原料,叫五谷渣料;
五谷融合:将杂粮进行蒸熟处理,把五谷渣料与杂粮按比例进行合并,生产出缓解糖尿 病症状的食品。
以这种食品为主食,糖尿病人正常摄入,在血糖指标正常后,再恢复对传统大米、小麦、 玉米、高梁、红薯的摄入,以保障正常的能源摄入,其功效是通过人体对五谷营养成份的摄 入,逐渐实现人体的营养平衡,实现血糖指标的降低、实现人体对胰岛素正常的需求,慢慢 修复脾胃的正常功能,最终实现人体对五谷食品的日常需求。

以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭 露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
一种缓解糖尿病症状的食品,由五谷和杂粮组成,所述五谷是大米、小麦、玉米、高粱 和红薯,所述食品各组分的重量比例分别是大米26%、小麦14%、玉米18%、高梁2%、红薯 30%、杂粮10%。
所述的缓解糖尿病症状的食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
淀粉、糖分去缔:采用酿酒工艺,分别把五谷中的淀粉、糖分转化为乙醇取走,形成五 谷酒渣;
五谷渣料精选:对五谷酒渣用清水进行漂洗,晾干形成原料,叫五谷渣料;
五谷融合:将杂粮进行蒸熟处理,把五谷渣料与杂粮按比例进行合并,生产出缓解糖尿 病症状的食品。
具体的实施过程如下:
第一阶段:测试并记录血糖指标。病人正常进行中西医治疗状态,保持正常饮食配备, 只是把主食更换为本食品,食用在一周左右。
第二阶段:测试血糖指标,血糖指标会明显下降,可以减量西医治疗的药物剂量和胰岛 素的注射量。继续上面的食用方法,可以加大食品主食的摄入,在一月左右。
第三阶段:测试观察血糖指标,如果降低明显,可以停止西医的药物与胰岛素注射。保 留中医恢复性调理,一个月左右。
第四阶段:测试观察血糖指标,继续上面的食用方法,加大食品主食的摄入,在一月左 右后。
第五阶段:测试观察血糖指标,开始尝试正常食用“五谷”,观察血糖指标。

1.一种缓解糖尿病症状的食品,其特征在于,由五谷和杂粮组成,所述五谷是大米、小麦、玉米、高粱和红薯,所述食品各组分的重量比例分别是大米26%、小麦14%、玉米18%、高梁2%、红薯30%、杂粮10%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的缓解糖尿病症状的食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
淀粉、糖分去缔:采用酿酒工艺,分别把五谷中的淀粉、糖分转化为乙醇取走,形成五谷酒渣;
五谷渣料精选:对五谷酒渣用清水进行漂洗,晾干形成原料,叫五谷渣料;
五谷融合:将杂粮进行蒸熟处理,把五谷渣料与杂粮按比例进行合并,生产出缓解糖尿病症状的食品。
