Description

Seedling raising method for artemisia scoparia
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of seedling breeding, and particularly relates to a seedling raising method of artemisia selengensis.
Background
The distribution range of the artemisia selengensis, also called artemisia desertorum, artemisia oleosa and artemisia Ordosa spans 3 natural zones of typical grassland, deserted grassland and grassland desertification. According to the investigation of the northwest institute of water and soil conservation and biological soil, the distribution area of the artemisia desertorum in the northwest region and the west region of inner Mongolia reaches 37500 ten thousand mu.
The artemisia selengensis can blossom and fruit in 2-3 years of growth generally, and also can blossom and fruit in the same year. The 4-7 years old is the breeding period, the life is generally 10 years, and the maximum can reach 15 years. The soil has developed root systems, the main roots are generally pricked to the depth of 1-2 meters, and the lateral roots are distributed in a soil layer with the depth of about 50 centimeters. According to investigation, the natural 12-year-old artemisia rupestris L has the overground part height of 90 cm, the crown width of 170 cm, the root depth of 350 cm and the root width of 920 cm, lateral roots are densely distributed in a sand layer of 0-130 cm, and the artemisia rupestris L has certain regeneration and plasticity. Widely distributed on arid and semiarid sandy loam, and can grow on fixed or semifixed sand dunes or sand-covered beam lands and gravel lands. The drought resistance is strong. The measurements made in Ministry of Gansu show that the transpiration intensity is 580 mg per square centimeter per hour (fresh weight) and the inner Mongolian stirrup opening is 429 mg per square centimeter per hour. The thickness of the cutin layer of the artemisia selengensis is 0.63 mm, is more than 1 time thicker than that of the caragana microphylla and astragalus ramosissimus, and air holes sink to inhibit water transpiration, so that the artemisia selengensis can grow on a moving dune with extremely little water (the water content is 2-4%) and insufficient nutrients (the total nitrogen is 0.02-0.03%). It has strong cold resistance. The inner Mongolia Ordos plateau with the temperature reaching minus 30 ℃ can safely pass winter in winter.
The feeding value is as follows: artemisia sphaerocephala is the main forage grass of camels. Because it contains volatile substances, it has a strong and bitter taste and poor palatability, and is not generally eaten by other domestic animals except camels. However, in case of forage grass shortage, such as early spring, goats and sheep also feed. The oil content of the artemisia sphaerocephala seeds is high and is about 27.4% of the dry weight, and the artemisia sphaerocephala seeds can be used for preparing paint. In addition, they can also be used as drugs. Its root can stop bleeding, stem, leaf and flower bud have effects of clearing heat, dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, and drawing out pus, and its seed has diuretic effect. According to the investigation of the research institute of soil and water conservation biology and soil in northwest, the sand sagebrush resource in the west areas of northwest and inner Mongolia is very abundant. The artemisia oil is extracted from the seeds of artemisia desertorum, the oil yield can reach 15 percent by a cold pressing method, and the oil yield can reach 12.71 percent by a supercritical CO2 extraction method. Due to the rich vitamin E, the artemisia selengensis is an ideal plant raw material resource for producing functional health-care food, cosmetics and medicines. The linoleic acid in Artemisia ordosica oil. The artemisia selengensis oil contains rich linoleic acid. Foreign research shows that linoleic acid has certain efficacy for preventing and assisting in treating heart disease, arteriosclerosis, obesity and diabetes. Immunology experiments prove that the lipid concentration in blood is closely related to atherosclerosis, and the intake of linoleic acid can reduce the lipid concentration in blood, and can also reduce the cholesterol content in blood, thereby preventing atherosclerosis. The function of vitamin E in sargassum oil. Vitamin E has functions of resisting infecundity, preventing premature labor, testis atrophy and viscera aging. Vitamin E has effects of delaying aging, enhancing immunity, resisting cancer, and preventing scald and infection. Artemisia desertorum gum is used as thickener, dough regulator, water retention agent, stabilizer, film forming agent and gelling agent. The artemisia glue has strong water absorption and swelling capacity, forms a sticky and greasy gel in water, has good water retention and film forming properties, and can obviously improve the ductility and strengthen the muscle and tendon in the dough and the batter of grains, coarse cereals and the like.
As the artemisia selengensis is a native plant which is resistant to wind erosion and sand burying, drought resistance, barren resistance, fast growth at the early stage, developed root system, good wind prevention and sand fixation effects and has certain economic benefits, the artemisia selengensis should be vigorously popularized and planted in desert areas, and the aims of recovering vegetation, preventing wind and fixing sand, treating desertification and providing feed are achieved by combining seal cultivation. Meanwhile, abundant natural resources can be provided for medicine, industry and other fields.
The artemisia selengensis propagation is divided into two types of seed propagation and vegetative propagation, wherein the vegetative propagation mainly comprises cutting propagation and grafting technology which is applied in recent years. A broadcast sowing method. And (4) sowing the seeds in windless days for 2-3 times until the seeds are uniformly scattered. Then a rake is used for vertically raking twice, and then water is sprayed. Covering the quicksand with a shading net, and removing after seedlings come out. Direct seeding and planting: the method is suitable for the area with annual precipitation above 200 mm. The method for planting artemisia sphaerocephala by using inner Mongolia Ordos herdsman comprises 2 methods: firstly, sowing seeds in a selected land parcel, and then driving a flock to trample; the other method is that after the bottom of the barrel is provided with a hole by using a can barrel, the black sand sagebrush is hung on the neck of the sheep and sowed along with the walking of the sheep. Cutting and planting early spring and late autumn, cutting 2-3 years old Artemisia sphaerocephala branches, the length is 40-80 cm, 10-20 plants are planted in each hole at the lower part of a flowing sand dune windward slope, the length of the branches is 5-20 cm, the survival rate can reach 60% -90%, and the survival rate of planting in autumn is high.
The artemisia selengensis seeds have the advantages of easiness in collection and storage, high emergence rate and the like, and the integrity of the artemisia selengensis population is maintained in a long-time scale, so that the popularization of a seed propagation technology has important significance. The ditching and sowing method is simple and easy to implement, can reduce the seedling distortion rate on the basis of ensuring the seed germination rate, and has a large-scale popularization and application prospect. Therefore, the method for raising the seedlings of the artemisia selengensis, which has high germination rate and low seedling deformity rate and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application, has important significance.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the method, the artemisia selengensis seeds are mixed with coarse sand, urea and decomposed farmyard manure in the sowing process, so that the germination rate of the artemisia selengensis seeds can be effectively improved, and the subsequent seedling deformity rate is reduced. Organic matters such as humus contained in the decomposed farmyard manure have strong ion exchange capacity and adsorption capacity, can promote plant root development and in-vivo nitrogen metabolism to a certain extent, promotes nitrogen absorption, and improves the fertilizer efficiency utilization rate. The addition of the urea can provide a certain necessary nitrogen nutrient element, and can also generate a certain chemical action with organic matters such as humus, plant ash and the like in decomposed farmyard manure, improve the soil exchange capacity and adjust the pH value of the soil; meanwhile, the fertilizer can decompose and generate certain gases such as ammonia gas and the like, so that the soil is loosened, the water, fertilizer, gas and heat conditions in the soil are adjusted, the water and fertilizer retention capacity of the soil is improved, the plant root system development is promoted, and the microbial activity in the soil can be increased under good soil conditions. Has the advantages of obviously improving cured soil, loosening hardened soil, improving ecological environment, promoting the activity of soil microorganisms, increasing the number of beneficial microorganisms in soil and increasing the activity of soil enzymes. Meanwhile, the soil conditioner has an inhibiting effect on fungi, and can gradually reduce the salt content on the surface layer of the soil.
As organic matters such as humus and the like contained in the decomposed farmyard manure have high surface activity, the permeability and the swelling pressure of cells are increased, the concentration of cell sap is improved, and the drought resistance, waterlogging resistance, wind resistance and lodging resistance of plants are improved. As organic matters such as humus have an inhibiting effect on fungi, the fertilizer can prevent and treat rot and root rot, improve the disease resistance of plants and improve the deformity rate of seedlings. However, due to the direct action of a large amount of organic matters in the decomposed farmyard manure and urea, a fast reaction can be generated, so that the acid-base property of soil and severe heat change are influenced, the necrosis of seeds can be caused, the germination rate is influenced, the breeding of fungi can be caused, and more deformity rates are generated. Therefore, on one hand, coarse sand with proper times is added to play a good role in dilution and buffering, and on the other hand, the addition amount of the artemisia selengensis seeds, the coarse sand, the urea and the decomposed farmyard manure is strictly controlled, so that the proportion of various raw materials reaches a proper range, the optimal synergistic effect is generated, the raw materials can be saved to a certain extent, the cost is reduced, and the adverse effect can be minimized.
And finally, spraying 2000-time diluent of carbendazim wettable powder 1000-fold before covering soil after sowing on the bed surface covered by sowing, wherein the carbendazim is a spectral bactericide and has excellent prevention and control effects on plant diseases and insect pests caused by various fungi. After covering soil, spraying the covered bed surface with 1000-fold 2000-fold diluent of Bordeaux mixture, wherein the Bordeaux mixture belongs to inorganic copper bactericide and can effectively prevent the germination of pathogenic bacteria or the growth of hyphae. The carbendazim wettable powder and the Bordeaux mixture are sprayed successively for post-treatment, so that the effects of reducing the germ carrying rate of seed germination and reducing the distortion rate of seedlings can be further achieved.

(5) the soil is covered by 2 cm after spraying, so that the seeds are completely covered; then continuously spraying 1000 times of diluent of Bordeaux mixture on the bed surface covered by the seeds;
(6) irrigation: and irrigating water in time after sowing to promote the artemisia selengensis to have sufficient water for development, and counting the germination rate and the seedling deformity rate after seedlings are grown out completely.
Comparative example 9
A seedling raising method of artemisia selengensis comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a seedling raising land: the artemisia selengensis seedling growing land is selected in a place which is ventilated and is beneficial to irrigation and drainage, and the soil is fertile and loose sandy loam or light saline-alkali soil;
(2) soil preparation and bed making: the land preparation is smooth, fine and free of weeds;
(3) ditching and sowing: ditching is carried out by using a multi-row ditcher or a manual hoe, wherein the row spacing of ditches is 25 cm, the ditch depth is 3 cm, and the seeds of the artemisia selengensis are uniformly mixed with 20 times of coarse sand, 6 times of urea and 12 times of decomposed farmyard manure by mass times and then are uniformly sowed;
(4) then, earthing for 2 cm is performed, and the seeds are completely covered;
(6) irrigation: and irrigating water in time after sowing to promote the artemisia selengensis to have sufficient water for development, and counting the germination rate and the seedling deformity rate after seedlings are grown out completely.
The germination rates and seedling deformity rates of examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-9 were then counted according to the above methods, and the results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 germination and seedling deformity
Experimental group Percentage of germination (%) Seedling distortion rate (%)
Example 1 91 2.1
Example 2 89 2.9
Comparative example 1 68 4.7
Comparative example 2 82 3.2
Comparative example 3 80 4.2

Comparative example 6 48 4.5
Comparative example 7 53 4.1
Comparative example 8 83 3.9
Comparative example 9 84 19.7
As can be seen from the data of the examples 1-2 and the comparative examples 1-9 in the table 1, the effect of effectively improving the germination rate of the seeds of the artemisia selengensis and reducing the abnormal rate of the seedlings can be achieved by simultaneously mixing the artemisia selengensis seeds with the coarse sand, the urea and the decomposed farmyard manure in the sowing process and controlling the addition amount of the three within a proper range. Meanwhile, after the subsequent sowing is finished, the carbendazim wettable powder and the Bordeaux mixture are adopted to carry out spraying post-treatment operation, and the effects of improving the germination rate of the seeds of the artemisia selengensis and reducing the abnormal rate of the seedlings can be achieved to a certain extent.
