Abstract

本发明公开了一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,包括箱体,所述箱体两侧内壁的左侧通过轴承连接有两个上料辊,所述箱体两侧内壁的底部设有两个第一限位辊,且箱体两侧内壁的顶部设有两个第二限位辊,所述箱体两侧内壁的顶部设有四个安装板,且相邻两个安装板分别位于相邻第二限位辊的两侧,安装板的一侧外壁设有均匀分布的加热电阻丝。本发明使用时,第一限位辊和第二限位辊对网绳进行限位,使得网绳先浸入胶水中,再离开胶水晾干,再浸入胶水中,最终晾干下料,网绳晾干的同时加热电阻丝对网绳进行加热烘干,且气泵对安装板内鼓入空气,气流从第一出风口喷出,加速网绳的烘干效率,可实现两次浸胶,提高涂胶的效果。

一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置
技术领域
本发明涉及网绳加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置。
背景技术
绳子用处越来越多并逐渐有替代钢丝绳的趋势,网绳是由尼龙或其他化学塑料制成的,分成两股或多股进行编织,具有良好的强度和柔韧性,但是超过一定载荷网绳会发生断裂,会让工作人员产生危险,往绳子中涂胶后能有效增加网绳安全载荷,延长网绳的使用寿命,目前常用的方法是使用手工涂胶的方式进行施工,操作麻烦。
经检索,中国专利申请号为CN201720110029.4的专利,公开了一种网绳涂胶装置,包括壳体和安装在壳体内的编织机构、上胶机构、绕线桶及进给机构,编织机构由网绳桶和依次连接的旋转电机、减速箱、转盘及抓手组成,抓手的其中一端固定在转盘上,抓手的另一端钻有网绳穿孔,上胶机构由胶桶、排胶管及顶针组成。上述专利中的网绳涂胶装置存在以下不足:存在涂胶效果不佳的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,包括箱体,所述箱体两侧内壁的左侧通过轴承连接有两个上料辊,所述箱体两侧内壁的底部设有两个第一限位辊,且箱体两侧内壁的顶部设有两个第二限位辊,所述箱体两侧内壁的顶部设有四个安装板,且相邻两个安装板分别位于相邻第二限位辊的两侧,安装板的一侧外壁设有均匀分布的加热电阻丝,且安装板的一侧外壁开设有均匀分布的第一出风口,所述箱体顶部外壁设有气泵。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述箱体两侧内壁的顶部设有四个出风板,且四个出风板的位置和四个安装板的位置相对应,出风板靠近网绳的一侧外壁开设有均匀分布的第二出风口。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述箱体两侧内壁的右侧通过轴承连接有两个下料辊。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述箱体的底部内壁设有加热电阻盘。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述箱体的底部外壁设有搅拌电机,且搅拌电机的输出轴设有转杆,转杆的圆周处设有搅拌桨。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述箱体的两侧内壁设有刮胶套,且网绳穿过刮胶套。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.通过设置第一限位辊、第二限位辊、气泵、安装板和加热电阻丝,第一限位辊和第二限位辊对网绳进行限位,使得网绳先浸入胶水中,再离开胶水晾干,再浸入胶水中,最终晾干下料,网绳晾干的同时加热电阻丝对网绳进行加热烘干,且气泵对安装板内鼓入空气,气流从第一出风口喷出,加速网绳的烘干效率,可实现两次浸胶,提高涂胶的效果;
2.通过设置搅拌电机、搅拌桨和加热电阻盘,加热电阻盘可对箱体底部的胶水进行加热,可通过搅拌电机带动搅拌桨转动对箱体内的胶水进行搅动,保证胶水受热均匀且胶水浓度均匀,保证涂胶质量;
3.通过设置刮胶套,网绳从胶水中升出后,刮胶套对网绳外壁多余的胶水进行刮落,保证涂胶的均匀。

参照图1-3,一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,包括箱体1,箱体1两侧内壁的左侧通过轴承连接有两个上料辊3,箱体1两侧内壁的底部通过紧固螺栓连接有两个第一限位辊2,且箱体1两侧内壁的顶部通过紧固螺栓连接有两个第二限位辊4,箱体1两侧内壁的顶部通过紧固螺栓连接有四个安装板11,且相邻两个安装板11分别位于相邻第二限位辊4的两侧,安装板11的一侧外壁通过紧固螺栓连接有均匀分布的加热电阻丝13,且安装板11的一侧外壁开设有均匀分布的第一出风口14,箱体1顶部外壁通过紧固螺栓连接有气泵5,上料辊3对网绳进行上料,箱体1底部填充有胶水,第一限位辊2和第二限位辊4对网绳进行限位,使得网绳先浸入胶水中,再离开胶水晾干,再浸入胶水中,最终晾干下料,网绳晾干的同时加热电阻丝13对网绳进行加热烘干,且气泵5对安装板11内鼓入空气,气流从第一出风口14喷出,加速网绳的烘干效率,可实现两次浸胶,提高涂胶的效果。
其中,箱体1两侧内壁的顶部通过紧固螺栓连接有四个出风板12,且四个出风板12的位置和四个安装板11的位置相对应,出风板12靠近网绳的一侧外壁开设有均匀分布的第二出风口16,气泵5对出风板12内鼓入空气,气流从第二出风口16喷出,提高网绳烘干的效率。
其中,箱体1两侧内壁的右侧通过轴承连接有两个下料辊6,网绳涂胶完成后,下料辊6对网绳进行下料。
其中,箱体1的底部内壁通过紧固螺栓连接有加热电阻盘7,加热电阻盘7可对箱体1底部的胶水进行加热。
其中,箱体1的底部外壁通过紧固螺栓连接有搅拌电机8,且搅拌电机8的输出轴通过紧固螺栓连接有转杆9,转杆9的圆周处通过紧固螺栓连接有搅拌桨10,可通过搅拌电机8带动搅拌桨10转动对箱体1内的胶水进行搅动,保证胶水受热均匀且胶水浓度均匀,保证涂胶质量。
工作原理:上料辊3对网绳进行上料,箱体1底部填充有胶水,第一限位辊2和第二限位辊4对网绳进行限位,使得网绳先浸入胶水中,再离开胶水晾干,再浸入胶水中,最终晾干下料,网绳晾干的同时加热电阻丝13对网绳进行加热烘干,且气泵5对安装板11内鼓入空气,气流从第一出风口14喷出,加速网绳的烘干效率,可实现两次浸胶,提高涂胶的效果,气泵5对出风板12内鼓入空气,气流从第二出风口16喷出,提高网绳烘干的效率,网绳涂胶完成后,下料辊6对网绳进行下料,加热电阻盘7可对箱体1底部的胶水进行加热,可通过搅拌电机8带动搅拌桨10转动对箱体1内的胶水进行搅动,保证胶水受热均匀且胶水浓度均匀,保证涂胶质量。
实施例2
参照图4,一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,本实施例相较于实施例1,箱体1的两侧内壁通过紧固螺栓连接有刮胶套17,且网绳穿过刮胶套17。
工作原理:网绳从胶水中升出后,刮胶套17对网绳外壁多余的胶水进行刮落,保证涂胶的均匀。

1.一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)两侧内壁的左侧通过轴承连接有两个上料辊(3),所述箱体(1)两侧内壁的底部设有两个第一限位辊(2),且箱体(1)两侧内壁的顶部设有两个第二限位辊(4),所述箱体(1)两侧内壁的顶部设有四个安装板(11),且相邻两个安装板(11)分别位于相邻第二限位辊(4)的两侧,安装板(11)的一侧外壁设有均匀分布的加热电阻丝(13),且安装板(11)的一侧外壁开设有均匀分布的第一出风口(14),所述箱体(1)顶部外壁设有气泵(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)两侧内壁的顶部设有四个出风板(12),且四个出风板(12)的位置和四个安装板(11)的位置相对应,出风板(12)靠近网绳的一侧外壁开设有均匀分布的第二出风口(16)。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)两侧内壁的右侧通过轴承连接有两个下料辊(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的底部内壁设有加热电阻盘(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的底部外壁设有搅拌电机(8),且搅拌电机(8)的输出轴设有转杆(9),转杆(9)的圆周处设有搅拌桨(10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种网绳加工用缠绳涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的两侧内壁设有刮胶套(17),且网绳穿过刮胶套(17)。
