Abstract

本发明公开了一种可快速干燥阳光板涂层的涂装机，包括底座，底座的顶部设有两个滚筒，滚筒通过支架与底座连接，两个滚筒通过输送带连接。本发明结构简单，将阳光板平放在输送带上，根据阳光板的厚度，转动第二调节螺杆，利用连接板带动第一立架和第二立架，保证阳光板正好通过并与刷筒，刷筒与阳光板之间的摩擦力带动刷筒转动，刷筒带动转动杆转动，转动杆上的第二磁铁与第一磁铁吸引，带动滑条移动，当滑条与深孔槽上的排液孔连通时，涂层液便会滴落到刷筒，而且阳光板移动的越快，滴落的速率越高，保证涂抹均匀，而且利用刮板可将涂层液刮平，保证涂层厚度均匀，然后利用加热丝和风扇形成的热风进行快速烘干，间接提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂装机技术领域，尤其涉及一种可快速干燥阳光板涂层的涂装机。
背景技术
阳光板主要由PC/PET/PMMA/PP料制作，阳光板是国内对于聚碳酸酯中空板的俗称，一般不用于指称其他中空板。对应它的同胞产品聚碳酸酯耐力板，物理特性上，耐力板是实心板，阳光板是中空板，阳光板集采光、保温、隔音于一身，可遮阳挡雨，亦可保温透光，可用于温室大棚、家具雨棚、办公室隔音、室外广告灯箱等等。
实际应用中，紫外线会破坏化学材料的分子结构，阳光板长时间曝在阳光中在几年之后就会因为分子发生变化而产生黄变老化。为了使阳光板能够更长时间的保持高透明度，阳光板表面必须要有UV涂层，现有的涂装机存在干燥慢，涂抹不均匀等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种可快速干燥阳光板涂层的涂装机。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种可快速干燥阳光板涂层的涂装机，包括底座，底座的顶部设有两个滚筒，滚筒通过支架与底座连接，两个滚筒通过输送带连接，滚筒由电机驱动，电机连接在支架上，所述输送带与底座之间设有连接板，连接板与高度调节器连接，连接板的顶部分别连接有第一立架和第二立架，第一立架上分别设有烘干装置和刮平装置，第二立架的上端设有涂抹装置。
优选地，所述涂抹装置包括与第二立架转动连接的刷筒，刷筒位于输送带上方，刷筒的端部同轴连接有转动杆，刷筒的上方设有液斗，液斗的底部一侧设有深孔槽，深孔槽的内壁通过弹簧连接在滑条的一端，滑条的另一端连接有第一磁铁，所述转动杆的端部连接有与第一磁铁相吸引的第二磁铁，所述深孔槽的内壁和滑条上均开设有排液孔。
优选地，所述液斗的一侧设有观察窗。
优选地，所述刮平装置包括安装杆，安装杆连接在第一立架靠近第二立架的一侧，安装杆上螺纹连接有第一调节螺杆，第一调节螺杆的下端转动连接在刮板的顶部，刮板的顶部还连接有限位杆，限位杆滑动插接在安装杆上，刮板的底部设有排液结构。
优选地，所述排液结构包括锥形凹口，锥形凹口开设在刮板底部靠近第二立架的一侧，锥形凹口的侧壁设有进液孔，刮板的底部设有出液孔，出液孔与进液孔连通。
优选地，所述出液孔的孔口处螺纹连接有向下倾斜设置的排液管。
优选地，所述烘干装置包括安装罩，安装罩连接在第一立架远离第二立架的一侧，安装罩的内壁连接有风扇，风扇设有加热丝，加热丝与安装罩连接。
优选地，所述高度调节器包括连接在底座顶部的固定架，第一立架和第二立架均贯穿固定架，固定架上螺纹连接有第二调节螺杆，第二调节螺杆的下端与连接板转动连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构简单，将阳光板平放在输送带上，根据阳光板的厚度，转动第二调节螺杆，利用连接板带动第一立架和第二立架，保证阳光板正好通过并与刷筒，刷筒与阳光板之间的摩擦力带动刷筒转动，刷筒带动转动杆转动，转动杆上的第二磁铁与第一磁铁吸引，带动滑条移动，当滑条与深孔槽上的排液孔连通时，涂层液便会滴落到刷筒，而且阳光板移动的越快，滴落的速率越高，保证涂抹均匀，而且利用刮板可将涂层液刮平，保证涂层厚度均匀，然后利用加热丝和风扇形成的热风进行快速烘干，间接提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3，一种可快速干燥阳光板涂层的涂装机，包括底座14，底座14的顶部设有两个滚筒1，滚筒1通过支架与底座14连接，两个滚筒1通过输送带2连接，滚筒1由电机驱动，电机连接在支架上，输送带2与底座14之间设有连接板16，连接板16与高度调节器连接，连接板16的顶部分别连接有第一立架6和第二立架17，第一立架6上分别设有烘干装置和刮平装置，第二立架17的上端设有涂抹装置。
涂抹装置包括与第二立架17转动连接的刷筒13，刷筒13位于输送带2上方，刷筒13的端部同轴连接有转动杆19，刷筒13的上方设有液斗12，液斗12的底部一侧设有深孔槽，深孔槽的内壁通过弹簧25连接在滑条24的一端，滑条24的另一端连接有第一磁铁23，转动杆19的端部连接有与第一磁铁23相吸引的第二磁铁，深孔槽的内壁和滑条24上均开设有排液孔，利用阳光板与刷筒13之间的摩擦力，带动刷筒13转动，刷筒13驱动涂层液滴落在刷筒13上，实现涂抹，而且阳光板移动的越快，涂层液滴落的越快，以保证涂抹均匀，液斗12的一侧设有观察窗11，用于观察液位。
刮平装置包括安装杆8，安装杆8连接在第一立架6靠近第二立架17的一侧，安装杆8上螺纹连接有第一调节螺杆7，第一调节螺杆7的下端转动连接在刮板10的顶部，刮板10的顶部还连接有限位杆9，限位杆9滑动插接在安装杆8上，刮板10的底部设有排液结构，将涂层液摊铺，保证厚度均匀一致。
排液结构包括锥形凹口21，锥形凹口21开设在刮板10底部靠近第二立架17的一侧，锥形凹口21的侧壁设有进液孔22，刮板10的底部设有出液孔，出液孔与进液孔22连通，多余的涂层液会聚集在锥形凹口21，并通过进液孔22和出液孔从排液管20排出，进行收集，避免多余涂层液污染工作环境，出液孔的孔口处螺纹连接有向下倾斜设置的排液管20，更加方便液体排出。
烘干装置包括安装罩3，安装罩3连接在第一立架6远离第二立架17的一侧，安装罩3的内壁连接有风扇5，风扇5设有加热丝4，加热丝4与安装罩3连接，加速烘干，从而提高生产效率。
高度调节器包括连接在底座14顶部的固定架18，第一立架6和第二立架17均贯穿固定架18，固定架18上螺纹连接有第二调节螺杆15，第二调节螺杆15的下端与连接板16转动连接，根据情况进行高度调节。
本案中，将阳光板平放在输送带2上，根据阳光板的厚度，转动第二调节螺杆15，利用连接板16带动第一立架6和第二立架17，保证阳光板正好通过并与刷筒13，刷筒13与阳光板之间的摩擦力带动刷筒13转动，刷筒13带动转动杆19转动，转动杆19上的第二磁铁与第一磁铁23吸引，带动滑条24移动，当滑条24与深孔槽上的排液孔连通时，涂层液便会滴落到刷筒13，而且阳光板移动的越快，滴落的速率越高，保证涂抹均匀，而且利用刮板10可将涂层液刮平，保证涂层厚度均匀，然后利用加热丝4和风扇5形成的热风进行快速烘干，间接提高了生产效率。

底座(14)，底座(14)的顶部设有两个滚筒(1)，滚筒(1)通过支架与底座(14)连接，两个滚筒(1)通过输送带(2)连接，滚筒(1)由电机驱动，电机连接在支架上，所述输送带(2)与底座(14)之间设有连接板(16)，所述连接板(16)与高度调节器连接，所述连接板(16)的顶部分别连接有第一立架(6)和第二立架(17)，第一立架(6)上分别设有烘干装置和刮平装置，第二立架(17)的上端设有涂抹装置；
涂抹装置，所述涂抹装置包括与第二立架(17)转动连接的刷筒(13)，刷筒(13)位于输送带(2)上方，刷筒(13)的端部同轴连接有转动杆(19)，刷筒(13)的上方设有液斗(12)，液斗(12)的底部一侧设有深孔槽，深孔槽的内壁通过弹簧(25)连接在滑条(24)的一端，滑条(24)的另一端连接有第一磁铁(23)，所述转动杆(19)的端部连接有与第一磁铁(23)相吸引的第二磁铁，所述深孔槽的内壁和滑条(24)上均开设有排液孔；
刮平装置，刮平装置包括安装杆(8)，安装杆(8)连接在第一立架(6)靠近第二立架(17)的一侧，安装杆(8)上螺纹连接有第一调节螺杆(7)，第一调节螺杆(7)的下端转动连接在刮板(10)的顶部，刮板(10)的顶部还连接有限位杆(9)，限位杆(9)滑动插接在安装杆(8)上，刮板(10)的底部设有排液结构；
排液装置，所述排液装置包括锥形凹口(21)，锥形凹口(21)开设在刮板(10)底部靠近第二立架(17)的一侧，锥形凹口(21)的侧壁设有进液孔(22)，刮板(10)的底部设有出液孔，出液孔与进液孔(22)连通；
烘干装置，所述烘干装置包括安装罩(3)，安装罩(3)连接在第一立架(6)远离第二立架(17)的一侧，安装罩(3)的内壁连接有风扇(5)，风扇(5)设有加热丝(4)，加热丝(4)与安装罩(3)连接。
