Abstract

一种不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备及使用方法,包括涂层处理装置和烘干装置,涂层处理装置包括电线箱、涂层箱、机架、导线轮、擦丝布、箱盖、涂层绕线轮、涂层加热电阻、限位板、测温热电偶一、涂层液。所述导线轮由卡槽固定在机架上,涂层箱在机架底部,转轴带动涂层绕线轮转动,烘干装置包括垂直矫直辊、水平矫直辊、烘干箱、测温热电偶、烘干绕线轮、转轴、烘干加热电阻、烘干箱入线端连接台架,垂直矫直辊和水平矫直辊安装在台架上,烘干绕线轮连接转轴,上下布置在烘干箱内,两组烘干加热电阻安装在安装板上,由左至右平行布置在烘干箱内。本发明设备保证了线材拉拔生产效率,提高了线材的加工效率和产品的表面质量,降低了模具损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及线材加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备及使用方法。
背景技术
铆钉钢丝用途广泛,可用于制造抽芯铆钉、拉丝铆钉等紧固件,代替螺栓连接和焊接,使各种结构件变得紧凑,轻巧,兼具美观和实用性。不锈钢铆钉钢丝拉拔前,需要进行预处理,以减少对模具的磨损,提高拉拔生产效率和产品的表面质量。目前,钢丝的预处理主要包括涂层处理和后续的烘干,但涂层存在不均匀、不致密、厚度薄,烘干不彻底等问题,不能有效的与基体结合,易剥落,涂层薄的位置,拉拔速度慢,钢丝容易被拉断,钢丝表面易产生缺陷,对模具损耗增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备及使用方法,可以避免涂层不均匀、不致密、厚度薄,烘干不彻底等问题,保证线材拉拔生产效率,提高产品表面质量,降低模具损耗。
一种不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备,该设备包括涂层处理装置和烘干装置,所述涂层处理装置包括电线箱、涂层箱、机架、导线轮一、导线轮二、导线轮三、擦丝布、箱盖、涂层绕线轮、涂层加热电阻、限位板、测温热电偶一、涂层液,烘干装置包括垂直矫直辊、水平矫直辊、烘干箱、测温热电偶二、烘干绕线轮一、转轴一、烘干加热电阻、转轴二、烘干绕线轮二。
进一步地,所述机架由上至下依次安装导线轮一、导线轮三和导线轮二,导线轮二、导线轮三分别由卡槽一、卡槽二固定。
进一步地,所述涂层箱在机架底部,内装涂层液,由涂层加热电阻加热,测温热电偶一插入涂层液中,涂层绕线轮安装在涂层箱中间,浸没在涂层液中,由转轴带动,两侧设置限位板,周向留有减重孔,降低转轴负荷,提升涂层处理速度。
进一步地,所述涂层箱上端箱盖透明,四角由紧固螺栓固定,中间留有细长的狭缝,擦丝布位于狭缝上端,对进入涂层箱的不锈钢丝进行表面清洁。
进一步地,所述电线箱独立置于涂层箱下端。
进一步地,所述烘干箱外接台架,垂直矫直辊和水平矫直辊依次放置在台架上,烘干箱两侧留有进丝通孔和出丝通孔,内部上下设置烘干绕线轮一、烘干绕线轮二,由转轴一、转轴二固定。
进一步地,所述测温热电偶二插入烘干箱内,烘干加热电阻固定在箱体内的安装板上,每组烘干加热电阻相对布置,外侧两块安装板上由折页连接挡板,方便检查设备运行状态。
进一步地,所述导线轮一、导线轮二、导线轮三、涂层绕线轮、烘干绕线轮一、烘干绕线轮二均包含进丝槽和出丝槽。不锈钢丝从进丝槽进入,从出丝槽离开。
在预处理过程中,不锈钢丝由导线轮一和导线轮二导顺后,经擦丝布擦拭,由箱盖上的狭缝进入涂层箱,缠绕在涂层绕线轮上,涂层箱内填充涂层液,转轴带动涂层绕线轮转动,对不锈钢丝进行涂层处理,经涂层处理后的不锈钢丝由导线轮三引导,经垂直矫直辊和水平矫直辊矫直,由进丝通孔进入烘干箱,不锈钢丝绕烘干绕线轮一和烘干绕线轮二一周,由出丝通孔穿出。
本发明解决了传统预处理工艺存在的涂层不均匀、不致密、厚度薄,烘干不彻底等问题,保证了线材拉拔生产效率,为线材的后续拉拔做准备,提高线材的加工效率和产品的表面质量,降低了模具损耗。

为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明提供一种不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备。
如图1所示,该设备包括涂层处理装置和烘干装置。涂层处理装置包括电线箱(1)、涂层箱(2)、机架(3)、导线轮一(5)、导线轮二(9)、导线轮三(7)、擦丝布(10)、箱盖(11)、涂层绕线轮(13)、涂层加热电阻(15)、限位板(17)、测温热电偶一(18)、涂层液(19),烘干装置包括垂直矫直辊(21)、水平矫直辊(23)、烘干箱(35)、测温热电偶二(25)、烘干绕线轮一(26)、转轴一(27)、烘干加热电阻(32)、转轴二(33)、烘干绕线轮二(34)。
如图2所示,导线轮一(5)、导线轮二(9)、导线轮三(7)、涂层绕线轮(13)、烘干绕线轮一(26)、烘干绕线轮二(34)均包含进丝槽(36)和出丝槽(37)。
两组平行对称放置的垂直加热电阻(156)置于烘干箱(15)内,不锈钢丝(4)由导线轮5(152)和导线轮6(1510)引导,走线位置处于两个垂直加热电阻(156)之间,经烘干后的不锈钢丝由出丝通孔(154)穿出。
在预处理过程中,不锈钢丝(4)由导线轮一(5)和导线轮二(9)导顺后,经擦丝布(10)擦拭,由箱盖(11)上的狭缝(12)进入涂层箱(2),缠绕在涂层绕线轮(13)上,涂层箱(2)内填充涂层液(19),转轴(16)带动涂层绕线轮(13)转动,对不锈钢丝(4)进行涂层处理,经涂层处理后的不锈钢丝(4)由导线轮三(7)引导,经垂直矫直辊(21)和水平矫直辊(23)矫直,由进丝通孔(24)进入烘干箱(35),两组平行对称放置的烘干加热电阻(32)置于烘干箱(35)内,不锈钢丝(4)由烘干绕线轮一(26)和烘干绕线轮二(34)引导,走线位置处于两个烘干加热电阻(32)之间,经烘干后的不锈钢丝(4)由出丝通孔(29)穿出。

1.一种不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备,该设备包括涂层处理装置和烘干装置,所述涂层处理装置包括电线箱(1)、涂层箱(2)、机架(3)、导线轮一(5)、导线轮二(9)、导线轮三(7)、擦丝布(10)、箱盖(11)、涂层绕线轮(13)、涂层加热电阻(15)、限位板(17)、测温热电偶一(18)、涂层液(19),烘干装置包括垂直矫直辊(21)、水平矫直辊(23)、烘干箱(35)、测温热电偶二(25)、烘干绕线轮一(26)、转轴一(27)、烘干加热电阻(32)、转轴二(33)、烘干绕线轮二(34)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备,其特征在于所述机架由上至下依次安装导线轮一(5)、导线轮三(7)和导线轮二(9),导线轮(9)、导线轮三(7)分别由卡槽一(6)、卡槽二(8)固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备,其特征在于所述涂层箱(2)在机架(3)底部,内装涂层液(19),由涂层加热电阻(15)加热,测温热电偶一(18)插入涂层液(19)中,涂层绕线轮(13)安装在涂层箱(2)中间,浸没在涂层液(19)中,由转轴(16)带动,两侧设置限位板(17),周向留有减重孔(14)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备,其特征在于所述涂层箱(2)上端箱盖(11)透明,四角由紧固螺栓(20)固定,中间留有细长的狭缝(12),擦丝布(10)位于狭缝(12)上端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备,其特征在于所述电线箱(1)独立置于涂层箱(2)下端。
6.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备,其特征在于所述烘干箱(35)外接台架(22),垂直矫直辊(21)和水平矫直辊(23)依次放置在台架(22)上,烘干箱(35)两侧留有进丝通孔(24)和出丝通孔(29),内部上下设置烘干绕线轮一(26)、烘干绕线轮二(34),由转轴一(27)、转轴二(33)固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备,其特征在于所述测温热电偶二(25)插入烘干箱(35)内,烘干加热电阻(32)固定在箱体内的安装板(31)上,每组烘干加热电阻(32)相对布置,外侧两块安装板(31)上由折页(30)连接挡板(28)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备,其特征在于所述导线轮一(5)、导线轮二(9)、导线轮三(7)、涂层绕线轮(13)、烘干绕线轮一(26)、烘干绕线轮二(34)均包含进丝槽(36)和出丝槽(37)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢铆钉钢丝前处理设备的使用方法,其特征在于在预处理过程中,不锈钢丝由导线轮一和导线轮二导顺后,经擦丝布擦拭,由箱盖上的狭缝进入涂层箱,缠绕在涂层绕线轮上,涂层箱内填充涂层液,转轴带动涂层绕线轮转动,对不锈钢丝进行涂层处理,经涂层处理后的不锈钢丝由导线轮三引导,经垂直矫直辊和水平矫直辊矫直,由进丝通孔进入烘干箱,不锈钢丝绕烘干绕线轮一和烘干绕线轮二一周,由出丝通孔穿出。
