Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于车辆座椅的座椅纵向调节装置。
背景技术
用于沿车辆的纵向方向调节车辆座椅的座椅纵向调节装置是众所周知的。例如,从DE 100 50 957 A1已知一种座椅纵向调节装置,其中锁定件是可倾斜和/或可旋转的并通过相对于上导轨和下导轨成角度地移动而无间隙地固定在其锁定位置中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是给出一种座椅纵向调节装置,该座椅纵向调节装置在很大程度上无间隙地锁定在锁定位置中并且在适当时在可能的机械应力下可靠地锁定。

根据本发明的座椅纵向调节装置,特别是用于车辆座椅,包括:

其中该伸出边缘(15.2)侵入至对应接触区域(K)中使得上导轨(11)和下导轨(12)保持在该锁定位置中。
6.根据以上权利要求中的一项所述的座椅纵向调节装置(3),
其中这些开口(16)和/或这些穿通孔(14)具有倾斜的侧面。
7.根据权利要求1-5中的一项所述的座椅纵向调节装置(3),
其中至少该下导轨(12)和/或该上导轨(11)的这些接触区域(K)是由比该锁定件(21)和/或这些齿状突出部(15)的材料更软的材料形成的。
8.根据权利要求1-5中的一项所述的座椅纵向调节装置(3),
其中所有齿状突出部(15)在两个齿侧面具有底切部(15.1)。
9.根据权利要求1-5中的一项所述的座椅纵向调节装置(3),

12.根据权利要求1所述的座椅纵向调节装置(3),其中该座椅纵向调节器用于车辆座椅。
