本发明涉及工业生产领域,具体为一种金属薄板的切割装置。
背景技术
目前金属薄板广泛用于电力、机械、建筑领域。由于功能各异或者使用场合的限制,需要对金属薄板的结构做些改变以此来适应不同的需求,其中,金属薄板的切割是较为常见的加工工艺,而现有技术中,在切割金属薄板时只能控制切割长度而无法控制切割角度,或是只能控制切割角度而无法控制切割长度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种金属薄板的切割装置,克服切割金属薄板时只能控制切割长度而无法控制切割角度,或是只能控制切割角度而无法控制切割长度的问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明的一种金属薄板的切割装置,包括机壳,所述机壳内设有完成金属薄板切割工作过程的工作腔,所述工作腔内左侧设有将金属薄板输送的运输带,所述工作腔内设有将金属薄板切割的切割机构,所述切割机构后侧设有可调整所述切割机构切割角度的调节机构,所述工作腔左端壁内设有驱动腔,所述驱动腔内设有给装置提供动力的传动机构,所述驱动腔左端壁内设有压力腔,所述压力腔内设有将金属薄板压紧固定的压紧机构;
所述切割机构包括所述工作腔内的设有的调节块,所述调节块内设有开口朝下与所述工作腔连通的滑动腔,所述调节块右侧上端壁内设有连通所述滑动腔和所述工作腔的移动槽,所述调节块下侧左端壁内设有连通所述滑动腔和所述工作腔的下滑槽,开始切割时,手动调整所述调节机构到所需的切割角度后;
启动装置,金属薄板通过所述运输带运输至所述工作腔内,金属薄板进入所述工作腔内到设定长度时,所述传动机构工作给装置提供动力,从而使所述压紧机构工作将金属薄板左侧压紧固定,同时所述切割机构工作将金属薄板切割。
优选地,所述切割机构还包括所述工作腔右侧上端壁固定的定位块,所述定位块内设有五个贯穿所述工作腔后端壁且连通外界与所述工作腔的螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内设有贯穿所述螺纹孔前后端壁的螺钉,所述工作腔右侧设有可与所述螺钉螺纹固定的限位块,所述调节块后端面固定有扇形齿轮轴,所述扇形齿轮轴后端面与所述工作腔后端壁转动连接,所述扇形齿轮轴前端设有固定的扇形齿轮,所述滑动腔内设有切割块,所述切割块可在所述滑动腔内向下滑动,所述滑动腔内设有开口朝左与所述滑动腔连通的切割动力腔,所述滑动腔内设有连接所述滑动腔上端壁与所述切割块上端面的两个第一弹簧,所述切割块左侧上端壁内设有开口向上且与所述滑动腔连通的第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽内设有滑动连接于所述第一滑槽下端面的滑块,所述滑块前端面转动连接有推杆轴,所述推杆轴上设有固定连接的第一推杆,所述切割动力腔右端壁固定有第一电机,所述第一电机动力连接有左端贯穿所述切割动力腔左端壁且位于所述工作腔内的刀轴,所述刀轴左端面固定连接有切割刀。

(2)工作时,在定位块32上的螺纹孔55确定好切割长度,确定金属薄板需要切割的角度,调整角度,逆时针转动角度调整块28,角度调整块28带动直齿轮轴27逆时针转动,直齿轮轴27带动直齿轮34逆时针转动,直齿轮34带动齿条33向右移动,齿条33向右移动时使扇形齿轮37逆时针转动,扇形齿轮37带动扇形齿轮轴36逆时针转动,从而带动调节块41逆时针转动角度,设定好角度后启动装置,第一电机48启动,第一电机48带动刀轴49转动从而带动切割刀40转动,金属薄板从外界通过运输带11运输至工作腔31内,当金属薄板运输至限位块53左端面时,感应器30感应到金属薄板使运输带11停止工作,同时启动第二电机12,第二电机12驱动圆盘21工作转一圈后第二电机12停止工作,第二电机12带动动力轴13转动从而使驱动锥齿轮19转动,驱动锥齿轮19转动带动传动锥齿轮54转动,从而带动传动锥齿轮轴22转动,传动锥齿轮轴22转动带动圆盘21转动,圆盘21转动带动圆盘21上的圆柱销25转动,由于升降块腔52处于最高点,所以圆盘21转动前半圈时圆柱销25带动升降块腔52向下运动至最低点,升降块腔52向下运动时带动拉杆26向下运动,拉杆26向下运动时带动第一压块24向下运动,第一压块24向下运动使左侧下端面的第二推杆20向下运动,第二推杆20向下运动时推动推块17向下运动,推块17向下运动压缩第二弹簧16,第二弹簧16压缩受力推动第二压块15向下压紧固定金属薄板,第一压块24向下运动的同时使右侧下端面的第一推杆29向下运动,第一推杆29向下运动通过推杆轴43推动滑块44,滑块44推动切割块46顺着调节块41内的滑动腔45向下滑动,当升降块腔52运动至最低点时,切割金属薄板,金属板切割后下落至工作腔31下侧,感应器30感应不到金属薄板启动运输带11继续运输工作,圆盘21转动后半圈时圆柱销25带动升降块腔52向上运动,升降块腔52向上运动同时带动拉杆26向上运动,拉杆26向上运动时带动第一压块24向上运动,第一压块24向上运动使左侧下端面的第二推杆20向上运动,第二推杆20向上运动时推动推块17向上运动,推块17向上运动放松第二弹簧16,第二弹簧16放松不受力且拉动第二压块15向上放松金属薄板,第一压块24向上运动的同时使右侧下端面的第一推杆29向上运动,第一推杆29向上运动通过推杆轴43拉动滑块44,滑块44拉动切割块46顺着调节块41内的滑动腔45左右端壁向上滑动,当升降块腔52向上运动至最高点时,第二电机12停止等待下一次感应器30受感应工作。

Claims (1)

1.一种金属薄板的切割装置,包括机壳,其特征在于:所述机壳内设有完成金属薄板切割工作过程的工作腔,所述工作腔内左侧设有将金属薄板输送的运输带,所述工作腔内设有将金属薄板切割的切割机构,所述切割机构后侧设有可调整所述切割机构切割角度的调节机构,所述工作腔左端壁内设有驱动腔,所述驱动腔内设有给装置提供动力的传动机构,所述驱动腔左端壁内设有压力腔,所述压力腔内设有将金属薄板压紧固定的压紧机构;所述切割机构包括所述工作腔内的设有的调节块,所述调节块内设有开口朝下与所述工作腔连通的滑动腔,所述调节块右侧上端壁内设有连通所述滑动腔和所述工作腔的移动槽,所述调节块下侧左端壁内设有连通所述滑动腔和所述工作腔的下滑槽,开始切割时,手动调整所述调节机构到所需的切割角度后;启动装置,金属薄板通过所述运输带运输至所述工作腔内,金属薄板进入所述工作腔内到设定长度时,所述传动机构工作给装置提供动力,从而使所述压紧机构工作将金属薄板左侧压紧固定,同时所述切割机构工作将金属薄板切割;所述切割机构还包括所述工作腔右侧上端壁固定的定位块,所述定位块内设有五个贯穿所述工作腔后端壁且连通外界与所述工作腔的螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内设有贯穿所述螺纹孔前后端壁的螺钉,所述工作腔右侧设有可与所述螺钉螺纹固定的限位块,所述调节块后端面固定有扇形齿轮轴,所述扇形齿轮轴后端面与所述工作腔后端壁转动连接,所述扇形齿轮轴前端设有固定的扇形齿轮,所述滑动腔内设有切割块,所述切割块可在所述滑动腔内向下滑动,所述滑动腔内设有开口朝左与所述滑动腔连通的切割动力腔,所述滑动腔内设有连接所述滑动腔上端壁与所述切割块上端面的两个第一弹簧,所述切割块左侧上端壁内设有开口向上且与所述滑动腔连通的第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽内设有滑动连接于所述第一滑槽下端面的滑块,所述滑块前端面转动连接有推杆轴,所述推杆轴上设有固定连接的第一推杆,所述切割动力腔右端壁固定有第一电机,所述第一电机动力连接有左端贯穿所述切割动力腔左端壁且位于所述工作腔内的刀轴,所述刀轴左端面固定连接有切割刀;所述传动机构包括设在所述工作腔左上侧的第一压块,所述驱动腔上侧设有升降块腔,所述升降块腔内设有升降块,所述驱动腔后端壁设有转动连接的传动锥齿轮轴,所述传动锥齿轮轴上设有固定的传动锥齿轮,所述传动锥齿轮轴前端设有固定的圆盘,所述圆盘前端面固定有圆柱销,所述圆柱销位于所述升降块内,所述驱动腔下端壁固定有第二电机,所述第二电机上端面动力连接有动力轴,所述动力轴上端面固定连接有驱动锥齿轮,所述驱动锥齿轮与所述传动锥齿轮啮合,所述第一压块下端面固定连接有与所述升降块腔上端面固定连接的拉杆,所述第一压块右侧下端面与所述第一推杆上端面固定连接;所述压紧机构包括位于所述驱动腔左侧的压力腔,所述压力腔内设有推块,所述推块下端面设有固定连接的第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧下端面设有固定连接的第二压块,所述推块上端面固定连接有与所述第一压块左侧下端面固定连接的第二推杆;所述调节机构包括设置在所述工作腔后端壁固定的固定块,所述固定块上端面转动连接有上端贯穿所述工作腔上端壁且位于外界的直齿轮轴,所述直齿轮轴上端面设有固定的角度调整块,所述直齿轮轴下端设有固定的直齿轮,所述固定块前侧设有开口向上的第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽下端壁设有滑动连接且与所述扇形齿轮和所述直齿轮啮合的齿条。
