具体实施方式
参照附图,预制框架单元10包括水平构件12和竖向立筋14。标准的框架单元10设计成当完全抬高和伸展时,填塞顶棚与地板之间的一个8英尺乘4英尺的空隙。为了给出某些柔性,像下面进一步解释的那样,伸展高度如图4中所示为8英尺1英寸。立筋14在铰链16,该铰链通常是金属螺钉,铰接于水平构件12。水平构件12最好是28号镀锌槽钢,下构件12形成一个宽3 5/8英寸和深1 1/4英寸的槽钢,而上构件12形成一个宽3 1/2英寸和深1 1/4英寸的槽钢。立筋14如图4中所示包括外立筋构件20和内立筋构件22。参照图7,外立筋构件20最好是宽35/8″乘深1 3/8″而内立筋构件22最好是宽3 1/2″乘深1 1/4″,从而允许内立筋构件22在外立筋构件20中滑动自如,以便允许立筋的伸展和收缩。预先冲出的管线孔26设在内立筋构件20和外立筋构件22上,以便配线和安装管道。如图4中所示,外立筋构件和内立筋构件最好是高度各为4′6″左右,以便在8′1″的伸展高度时有大约11″的重叠量B。
图5详细图示立筋14对水平构件12的连接。螺钉16把立筋14固定于水平构件12,以便允许相对转动。内立筋构件22的上端30定位成使角部31接触构件12,以便限制立筋的转动超过对水平构件12成直角。内立筋构件22的上端30制成大约15°的斜角C,以便允许安装于不平行的顶棚和地板,在那里竖向立筋的高度将会不相等。外立筋构件20的下端32也定位成使角部34接触构件12,以便限制立筋的转动超过对水平构件12成直角。在角部34处设有一个短肩部,以便给立筋以附加的支撑。外立筋构件20的下端32沿相反方向制成大约15°的斜角,借此允许离开水平多达30°的变化以便适应不平行的顶棚和地板,在那里竖向立筋的高度将会不相等。
为了安装使用本发明的隔断,框架单元10在现场之外制作并以图1中所示的收拢状态运到现场。用粉笔、皮尺之类在地板上标出隔断墙的位置,并把下水平构件12在地板上放置就位。握住上水平构件12并抬高到图3中所示的立筋竖向对齐的位置。用螺钉、钉子之类把下水平构件12在地板上固定就位。握住上水平构件12并竖向抬高到图4中所示的位置,使内立筋构件22从外立筋构件20滑出,直到上水平构件12碰到顶棚(未画出)。然后用螺钉、钉子之类把上水平构件12向顶棚固定就位。然后用螺钉、钉子之类把外立筋构件20和内立筋构件22在重叠区B中固定。然后所需的墙板可以附着在框架单元上,以便完成该隔断。由带有集成的磁铁,以便附着于本发明的钢质框架的面板组成的磁性墙板可以用于隔断墙的快速装拆。
应该指出,由于立筋14可以分别伸展到不同的长度,同时可以实现多达30°的变化,所以本发明可以适应不均匀的地板和顶棚。单元的竖向尺寸可以自动地完成而不用费时间的测量和切割。其他的单元尺寸(例如8′乘2′),以及包含门框和/或窗框的单元也是可能的。虽然框架单元10已经画成带有4个立筋14,但是第4个立筋可以省略,以便当安装时避免在邻接的框架单元处立筋的重复,或者甚至可以使用其他一些竖向立筋,这仍然在本发明的范围之内。
各种相关的元件可以用来增加本发明的实用性。例如,图8至图10中所示的相关的可折叠伸缩式顶梁单元40有助于给门单元或窗单元搭框架。该顶梁单元由与框架单元10相同类型的材料构成。它包括上水平构件和下水平构件42以及竖向构件44。它被设计成填塞门框或窗框上方的空隙并将在每一侧以大约7/8英寸重叠门或窗的宽度。抬高高度从13 1/2英寸调整到22 1/2英寸。对于宽度超过3英尺的开口,可以使用一个或多个附加的伸缩式竖向构件。竖向构件44在铰链46,该铰链通常是金属螺钉,铰接于水平构件42。像立筋14的场合中一样,竖向构件44由铰接于下构件42的外构件48和铰接于上构件42的内构件50组成,该内构件在外构件48中滑动。
顶梁单元40以与框架单元10相同的方式来安装。它在现场之外制作并以图8中所示的收拢状态运到现场。把下水平构件42在门框或窗框上放置就位。突出部52重叠邻接的框架单元。握住上水平构件42并抬高到图9中所示的位置。然后用螺钉、钉子之类把下水平构件42固定就位。握住上水平构件42并竖向抬高到图10中所示的位置,使内立筋构件50从外立筋构件48滑出,直到上水平构件42碰到顶棚(未画出)。然后用螺钉、钉子之类把上水平构件42向顶棚固定就位。然后用螺钉、钉子之类把外立筋构件48和内立筋构件50在重叠区中固定。然后所需的墙板可以附着在顶梁单元上。
图15图示与本发明结合使用的单个伸缩式立筋60。它带有一个内元件62,该内元件在外元件64中滑动。在元件62、64上预先切割出管线孔66。端盖68设有预先钻削出的螺钉孔69。当所建造的隔断墙需要一个短于标准长度的框架单元10时,可以通过把端盖68用螺钉固定于框架单元10的上槽钢和下槽钢12,把立筋60安装在所需长度处,并切掉框架单元10的多余长度。同样,立筋60可以安装在框架单元10的一个位置处,以便给一个门之类搭框架。
运用与图1~7中所示者类似的原理的预制框架单元,可以用作承重屋架或顶棚架,如图11~14中所示。用于屋架的可收拢的伸缩式框架单元也由镀锌槽钢构成,但是需要较厚规格的钢,通常是18至20号,以便承重。所需的钢号和厚度对于本专业的技术人员来说将是显而易见的。图11和图12示出,一个顶棚架70包括由铰链73连接的尖形元件72、72′,以及分别由铰链75、77连接于尖形元件72′、72的内横梁构件和外横梁构件74、76。内横梁构件74在外横梁构件76中伸缩。顶棚架以图11中所示的收拢状态被运输。为了在现场竖起它,抬高尖形构件72、72′,使内横梁构件74在横梁构件76中滑动。尖形构件72′比尖形构件72稍窄,以便允许它在铰链73附近装进尖形构件72的槽钢中。同样,横梁构件74、76比尖形构件72′、72稍窄,以便允许它们在铰链75、77附近分别装进尖形构件72′、72的槽钢中。然后如图所示用螺钉71把加固构件78、78′和79固定于各自的梁以便固定该顶棚架并把横梁构件74在横梁构件76中固定。屋架80,如图13、14中所示是类似地构成的,包括由铰链83连接的尖形元件82、82′,以及分别由铰链85、87连接于尖形构件82′、82的内横梁构件和外横梁构件84、86。内横梁构件84在外横梁构件86中伸缩。为了竖起该屋架,抬高尖形构件82、82′,使内横梁构件84在横梁构件86中滑动。然后如图所示用螺钉81把加固构件88、88′和89固定于各自的梁以便固定该屋架。
与图1~7中所示者类似框架单元,可以用作承重楼板(楼盖)搁栅系统。用于楼板搁栅系统的可收拢的伸缩式框架单元以与用于上述隔断墙框架单元相同的方式来构成,但是需要较厚规格的钢,通常是18至20号,以便承重。所需的钢号和厚度对于本专业的技术人员来说将是显而易见的。楼板搁栅框架单元的尺寸也将更大些,通常是宽8英尺乘长16、24或32英尺。楼盖搁栅框架单元可以在现场之外组装并以收拢状态发运。一旦在现场,它们将被展开并伸缩成所需的尺寸,在边缘处水平放置并用钉子或螺钉固定于支撑梁或墙,这些梁或墙将是承重梁或基础墙,像在当前的建筑方法中那样。然后将用螺钉把伸缩立筋彼此固定,以便固定它们的长度,像在隔断墙框架单元的场合中那样。
正像根据以上公开对本专业的技术人员将会显而易见的那样,在本发明的实施中可以进行许多变动和修改而不脱离其精神和范围。例如,对于立筋和水平构件可以选择不同的截面形状和不同的尺寸,而且不同的材料可以适用于诸部件。因此,本发明的范围应该根据以下权利要求书所界定的内容来加以解释。

Claims (15)

1.一种用来建造非承重墙或隔断的预制框架单元,该框架单元包括:
a)一个下水平构件;
b)一个上水平构件;
c)多个分别在其上端和下端,在其上间隔开的部位,铰接固定于所述上水平构件和下水平构件的竖向构件;其特征在于:每个所述竖向构件具有可调的长度并包括一个外元件和一个在所述外元件内并与所述外元件平行对齐的内元件,每个所述内元件适于在所述外元件内并平行于所述外元件滑动,借此加长或缩短所述竖向构件,而且其中所述内外元件中的一个的上端铰接固定于所述上水平构件,而所述内外元件中的所述另一个的上端相对于所述内外元件中的所述一个自由滑动,而且所述内外元件中的另一个的下端铰接固定于所述下水平构件,而所述内外元件中的所述另一个的下端相对于所述内外元件中的所述另一个自由滑动。
2.权利要求1的预制框架单元,其特征在于:所述水平构件和竖向构件是用金属板材制作的。
3.权利要求1的预制框架单元,其特征在于:所述上端和下端适于防止所述竖向构件对所述水平构件转动超过直角。
4.权利要求3的预制框架单元,其特征在于:所述上端和下端被制成斜角以便允许安装于不平行的地板和顶棚。
5.权利要求1的预制框架单元,其特征在于:还包括可磁性附着的面板。
6.权利要求1的预制框架单元,其特征在于:所述单元包括4个竖向构件。
7.权利要求1的预制框架单元,其特征在于:所述单元包括3个竖向构件。
8.一种用来在顶棚和地板之间建造非承重隔断的方法,该方法包括:
a)提供一种用来建造非承重墙或隔断的预制框架单元,该框架单元包括:i)一个下水平构件;ii)一个上水平构件;iii)多个分别在其上端和下端,铰接固定于上水平构件和下水平构件的竖向构件;其特征在于,每个所述竖向构件具有可调的长度并包括一个外元件和一个在所述外元件内并与所述外元件平行对齐的内元件,所述内元件适于在所述外元件内并平行于所述外元件滑动,借此加长或缩短所述竖向构件,而且其中所述内外元件中的一个的上端铰接固定于所述上水平构件,而所述内外元件中的所述另一个的上端相对于所述内外元件中的所述一个自由滑动,而且所述内外元件中的另一个的下端铰接固定于所述下水平构件,而所述内外元件中的所述另一个的下端相对于所述内外元件中的所述另一个自由滑动;
b)把所述下水平构件在所述地板上放置就位;
c)抬高所述上水平构件到所述竖向构件基本上竖向对齐的位置;
d)把所述下水平构件在所述地板上固定就位;
e)抬高所述上水平构件直到它接触所述顶棚,借此使所述内竖向构件相对于所述外竖向构件滑动;
f)把所述上水平构件向顶棚固定就位;以及
g)固定所述外竖向构件和内竖向构件的相对位置。
9.权利要求8的方法,其特征在于:还包括把墙板附着于所述框架单元的步骤。
10.权利要求9的方法,其特征在于:所述墙板包括带有集成的磁铁的面板。
11.一种用来建造非承重墙或隔断的预制框架单元,该框架单元包括:
a)一个下水平构件;
b)一个上水平构件;
c)多个分别在其上端和下端,在其上间隔开的部位,铰接固定于所述上水平构件和下水平构件的竖向构件;其特征在于:每个所述竖向构件具有可调的长度并包括一个外元件和一个在所述外元件内并与所述外元件平行对齐的内元件,每个所述内元件适于在所述外元件内并平行于所述外元件滑动,借此加长或缩短所述竖向构件,其中所述上端和下端适于防止所述竖向构件对所述水平构件转动超过直角。
12.权利要求11的预制框架单元,其特征在于:所述上端和下端被制成斜角以便允许安装于不平行的地板和顶棚。
13.一种用来建造非承重墙或隔断的预制框架单元,该框架单元包括:
a)一个下水平构件;
b)一个上水平构件;
c)一个分别在其上端和下端,在其上间隔开的部位,铰接固定于所述上水平构件和下水平构件的竖向构件;其特征在于:所述竖向构件具有可调的长度并包括一个外元件和一个在所述外元件内并与所述外元件平行对齐的内元件,所述内元件适于在所述外元件内并平行于所述外元件滑动,借此加长或缩短所述竖向构件,而且其中所述内外元件中的一个的上端铰接固定于所述上水平构件,而所述内外元件中的所述另一个的上端相对于所述内外元件中的所述一个自由滑动,而且所述内外元件中的另一个的下端铰接固定于所述下水平构件,而所述内外元件中的所述另一个的下端相对于所述内外元件中的所述另一个自由滑动。
14.一种用来建造承重楼板的预制楼板搁栅框架单元,该框架单元包括:
a)一个第1水平构件;
b)一个第2水平构件;
c)多个分别在其第1端和第2端,在其上间隔开的部位,铰接固定于所述第1水平构件和第2水平构件的伸缩构件;其特征在于:每个所述伸缩构件具有可调的长度并包括一个外元件和一个在所述外元件内并与所述外元件平行对齐的内元件,每个所述内元件适于在所述外元件内并平行于所述外元件滑动,借此加长或缩短所述伸缩构件,而且其中所述内外元件中的一个的第1端铰接固定于所述第1水平构件,而所述内外元件中的所述另一个的第1端相对于所述内外元件中的所述一个自由滑动,而且所述内外元件中的另一个的第2端铰接固定于所述第2水平构件,而所述内外元件中的所述另一个的第2端相对于所述内外元件中的所述另一个自由滑动。
15.一种用来建造屋架的预制框架单元,该框架单元包括:
a)一个伸缩式下水平构件;
b)一个可折叠上尖形构件;以及
c)多个适于分别在其上端和下端,在其上间隔开的部位,铰接固定于所述上尖形构件和下水平构件的支撑构件;其特征在于:所述伸缩式下水平构件具有可调的长度并包括一个外元件和一个在所述外元件内并与所述外元件平行对齐的内元件,所述内元件适于在所述外元件内并平行于所述外元件滑动,借此加长或缩短所述下水平构件,而其中所述伸缩式下水平构件的端部铰接固定于所述可折叠上尖形构件的端部;而且其中所述可折叠上尖形构件包括铰接的第1元件和第2元件。
