Abstract

一种可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，由长型材组成，该长型材一体成型形成有内容室、周壁形成有用于镶嵌隔屏之用的凹凸槽，其特点是：长型材分为上型材和下型材二段，还包括一内型材，该内型材的形状和外径与所述长型材的内容室相配合，内型材可移动地嵌设于所述长型材的内容室内。由于将整条高隔屏连接柱长型材分割为二段，长型材与内型材可相对移动，而可适当延伸。如此，当高隔屏连接柱的长度与被区隔房间的高度有差异时，依靠内型材的支撑，伸缩滑动长型材来调节连接柱的长度，就可达到与被区隔房间屋顶的高度一致，使被安装的高隔屏与被区隔房间吻合密闭。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于隔屏系统的连接装置，尤指一种用于高隔屏的连接柱结构。
背景技术
现有房屋尤其是办公室内的房间一般都是利用高隔屏来区隔房间，两隔屏之间须用连接件组合，现有的高隔屏连接柱为长度固定的一体成型的等断面的金属长条型材，这种高隔屏连接柱的长度是固定、不能改变的。而在实践操作中常常遇到被区隔房间的地面与房顶之间的高度达不到整体一致。当发生预定的高隔屏连接柱的长度与被区隔房间的高度有差异时，固定的、不能改变的高隔屏连接柱就不适用，若在现场临时裁截高隔屏连接柱，会延误工时，增加成本。可见，现有的长度固定的高隔屏连接柱在安装使用上存在不灵活、不够方便的弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足，提供一种可以使高隔屏与被区隔房间的连接使用更灵活、严密的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下主要技术手段实现：一种可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，由长型材组成，该长型材一体成型形成有内容室、周壁形成有用于镶嵌隔屏之用的凹凸槽，其特点是：长型材分为上型材和下型材二段，还包括一内型材，该内型材的形状和外径与所述长型材的内容室相配合，内型材可移动地嵌设于所述长型材的内容室内。
上述的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，其中：所述长型材与内型材为横截面近∏形的等断面的金属长条型材，二者开口部相对嵌设。
上述的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，其中：在所述长型材的外侧开口部间隔跨设若干卡扣件
本实用新型由于将一整条高隔屏连接柱长型材分割为二段，在长型材的内容室内嵌设一内型材，长型材与内型材可相对移动，而可适当地分别向二端延伸。如此，当高隔屏连接柱的长度与被区隔房间的高度有差异时，依靠内型材的支撑，伸缩滑动长型材来调节连接柱的长度，就可达到与被区隔房间屋顶的高度一致，使被安装的高隔屏与被区隔房间吻合密闭。
又因在横截面近П形的等断面的金属长型材开口部跨接有卡扣件，因而能固定长型材的П形开口。

具体实施方式
请参看图1-3，由图中可看到，本实用新型所提供的一种可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，由长型材10和内型材20组成，长型材和内型材均为横截面近П形的等断面的一体成型的金属长条型材。长型材形成有内容室11，型材周壁形成有用于镶嵌隔屏之用的凹凸槽12。内型材20的形状和外径与长型材10的内容室11相配合，内型材嵌设于长型材的内容室11内，二者为开口部相对嵌设，可相对移动。
长型材20分为长度不等的上型材13和下型材14二段，下型材14较短，仅为上型材13的1/6-1/15，下型材一般长度为15-30厘米，较佳为20厘米。
长型材10的外侧开口部间隔跨设若干卡扣件3，卡扣件3为一碟形卡，其可移动地卡祗于长型材的开口部，以利于长型材对内型材的固定。
当使用高隔屏来区隔房间时，首先要固定用于连接安装隔屏的本实用新型可伸缩高隔屏连接柱。当遇到高隔屏连接柱的长度与被区隔房间的地面至屋顶的高度有差异时，则可将上型材13沿内型材20移动，使上型材与房间的高度吻合，然后将长型材10和内型材20用铆钉固定。最后即可在连接柱(长型材)外周壁的凹凸槽12上嵌装高隔屏。本实用新型使用灵活方便，可提高安装效率。

Claims (8)

1.一种可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，由长型材(10)组成，该长型材一体成型形成有内容室(11)、周壁形成有用于镶嵌隔屏之用的凹凸槽(12)，其特征在于：所述长型材(1)分为上型材(13)和下型材(14)二段，还包括一内型材(20)，该内型材可移动地嵌设于所述长型材的内容室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，其特征在于：所述长型材(10)与内型材(20)为横截面近∏形的等断面的金属长条型材，内型材的形状和外径与所述长型材的内容室(11)相配合，二者的开口部相对嵌设。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，其特征在于：所述二段长型材(13、14)的长度不等，下型材(14)较短，约为上型材(13)的1/6-1/15。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，其特征在于：在所述长型材(10)的外侧开口部间隔跨设若干卡扣件(3)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，其特征在于：在所述长型材(10)的外侧开口部间隔跨设若干卡扣件(3)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，其特征在于：所述卡扣件(3)为一碟形卡，其可移动地卡祗于长型材的开口部。
7.根据权利要求5所述的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，其特征在于：所述卡扣件(3)为一碟形卡，其可移动地卡祗于长型材的开口部。
8.根据权利要求3所述的可伸缩高隔屏连接柱，其特征在于：所述下型材(14)为15-30厘米。
