Experiment 3 evaluation of short-term oil control efficacy
The test principle is as follows: the efficacy of the oil absorption paper using effect is evaluated by a skin oil tester Sebumeter SM815 of German CK. The oil content test adopts a world recognized SEBUMETER method, which is based on the principle of photometer, after a special extinction adhesive tape with the thickness of 0.1mm absorbs oil on human skin, the special extinction adhesive tape becomes a semitransparent adhesive tape, the light transmission quantity of the semitransparent adhesive tape changes, the more the absorbed oil, the greater the light transmission quantity, and thus, the content of the skin oil can be measured. This is an indirect measurement of the secretion of the oil glands, and the result can be used to distinguish between different skin types, making it possible to accurately understand the changes in oil caused by internal and external causes.
The test method comprises the following steps: 210 test objects are selected in the test, 30 people are divided into 7 groups, 2 areas with the size of 3cm multiplied by 3cm are respectively drawn on the forehead, skin oil content evaluation is respectively carried out on blank samples (without wiping samples) and experimental groups, and the average value of 30 people is taken in each group to calculate the increment percentage of the oil content for relevant evaluation.
The subjects selected for the population with healthy skin, oily or combination skin aged 18-30 years, were informed by the subjects, agreed to, and the subjects cleaned for 30 minutes before the fat content in the frontal test area was determined as the initial value.
Randomly selecting one side as a blank area and the other side as an experimental area, not smearing a sample on the blank area of the forehead of a subject, weighing 0.5ml of essence in the experimental area, soaking and covering the skin with a corresponding film cloth of 3cm multiplied by 3cm for 20min, taking down the film cloth, standing for absorption by products of 10min and the like. The oil content of the two areas is dynamically tested 30min,2h,4h and 8h after the product is applied, and the evaluation lasts for 8 h;
and (3) testing environment: testing the environment temperature T of 25 ℃ and the humidity H of 50;
and (3) testing time: cleaning the face before testing, testing the initial oil content for 30 minutes, testing the oil content data for 30min,2h,4h and 8h respectively, and calculating the arithmetic average value of the oil content of each test group as the oil content data of the test group; wherein the oil content of the blank group is the arithmetic mean of the oil contents of the blank regions of all subjects.
Testing parts: test area for left and right forehead. The statistics of specific efficacy test data are shown in table 2 and table 3.
