Background
Pox, also known as "acne", is a chronic inflammatory follicular sebaceous gland disease that occurs in adolescent populations and is therefore called "whelk" by chance. Its onset is mainly related to the level of sex hormones and the abundance of sebum
Secretion, proliferation of propionibacterium acnes, dyskeratosis of the pilosebaceous ducts.
Whelks are frequently found in areas rich in sebaceous glands. Acne, blackheads, papules, pustules, nodules and scars appear on the face, the front chest and the back. Adult pox: also called as post-whelk, is mostly related to environmental stimulation, bad living habits, stress and the like, and is most easily bred by urban people with mixed skin of 25 to 35 years old.

When the raw materials are used for preparing the acne-removing gel, the steps are as follows:
1. adding deionized water into an emulsifying pot, starting stirring (speed is 15 r/min), slowly adding acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, xanthan gum and sodium polyacrylate, and dissolving for 15-20 min to be transparent;
2. heating to 85 ℃, adding EDTA disodium, caprylyl hydroximic acid, hexanediol, butanediol, methyl propanediol and glycerol, and stirring for 30 minutes at the constant temperature until the mixture is transparent;
3. cooling to 60 deg.C, adding semen glycines seed extract, PPG-26 Butanol polyether-26, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and Melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, cooling to 45 deg.C, adding tetrahydroxypropyl ethylenediamine, and stirring for 20 min to obtain gel-like gel;
4. cooling to 38 deg.C, adding six plant extracts including radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae extract, flos Caryophylli bud extract, radix Scutellariae extract, radix Angelicae sinensis extract, radix Glycyrrhizae extract, and herba Centellae extract, stirring for 30 min, mixing completely, and testing pH to 5.5-6.5.
Fig. 1 is a graph showing the experimental effect of the product of this embodiment on inhibiting 5 α -reductase activity, where finasteride and blank matrix are used as comparison objects, and the product with a mass concentration of 1-5% in the graph has a good effect of inhibiting 5 α -reductase activity, which indicates that it can inhibit the secretion of sebum from hair follicle of human body. The 5 alpha-reductase inhibition rate gradually increases with the increase of the mass concentration.
Fig. 2 is a bacteriostatic effect diagram of the product of this embodiment, in the experiment, propionibacterium acnes, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis, escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa are cultured first, and an agar diffusion test is performed after proliferation, that is, the product of this embodiment with a concentration of 5% diffuses from a plastic test strip into agar, and the growth of the tested bacteria is inhibited within a bacteriostatic concentration range around the test strip, so that a transparent bacteriostatic ring is formed.
Fig. 3 shows that the pox-causing sample is adopted to induce a rabbit ear acne model, and the skin reaction of the rabbit ear canal skin after the pox-causing sample is continuously and locally smeared is observed, so that the acne-removing effect can be evaluated. The samples were applied 1 time daily for 2 weeks. After 24 hours of the last smearing, whether the expressions such as pore expansion, hyperkeratosis of hair follicle parts and the like exist or not is judged by visual observation; then, HE staining (Hematoxylin-eosintinating) was performed to the sections, and the change of the tissue was observed by an optical microscope. The results show that: the pox-causing samples resulted in mild dilation of hair follicles in the skin of rabbit ear canals, mild proliferation of keratinocytes and the appearance of small papules (fig. 3 a); from the photographs of the rabbit ear skin sections, the tissue structure was intact, the hair follicles on the epidermis were slightly dilated, the keratinocytes were slightly hyperplastic (fig. 3 b), and the acne infection was successful.
Then, the product is smeared for 3 times a day, the rabbit ears are well sliced after being cleaned regularly before smearing, and after 20 days, the rabbit ears are detected again, which shows that the acne is cured, and the acne is shown in fig. 3c and d.
Fig. 4 is a comparison graph of experimental effects on human faces, and the forehead acne of a male subject 25 years old and tested is obvious, and the forehead acne is obviously reduced after 7 days, 14 days and 21 days of the acne-removing gel provided by the invention.
