Abstract
本发明公开了含有益生菌的缓解过敏组合物及膳食补充剂,该组合物包括以下原料:低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、综合果蔬粉、酵母β葡聚糖、维生素C、酵母锌和益生菌复合物。本发明将膳食营养剂和活性益生菌进行科学复方,同时添加了维生素C以及具有抗过敏功效的果蔬粉。在益生菌发挥肠道调节及免疫调节的同时配合天然抗过敏功效添加剂,能够有效缓解过敏症状、调节体内免疫。

技术领域
本发明属于营养保健食品技术领域,具体涉及含有益生菌的缓解过敏组合物及膳食补充剂。
背景技术
过敏反应又称变态反应,是指机体受同一抗原物质再次刺激后产生的一种异常或病理性免疫反应。目前,过敏性疾病的发病率呈日益增长的趋势,过敏性疾病主要包括过敏性鼻炎、哮喘、结膜炎、湿疹、食物过敏和药物过敏等多数由IgE介导的I型变态反应性疾病,影响儿童和成人的生活质量。目前,对于过敏的治疗主要途径是避免接触或摄入过敏原及服用抗过敏药物,由于生活中物质形态多样化,难以防范;而现有的药物不仅不会从根本上治愈疾病,还会由于药物的中枢镇静效应引起嗜睡、乏力、注意力不集中对人体产生安全隐患。近年来出现了一些基因相关疗法,或是价格昂贵,或是效果不佳。
益生菌又称为微生态调节剂、生态制品、活菌剂,定义为一类通过调节肠道菌群平衡而对宿主健康产生有益作用的活性添加剂,其能够通过竞争性黏附,抑制有害菌在肠道内的生长繁殖,对调节肠道菌群,促进肠粘膜屏障功能,以及局部和全身免疫系统的发育和成熟均起着重要作用。同时,益生菌或其成分及代谢物质具有免疫调节作用。
过敏性疾病的发生与自身免疫机制不完善或紊乱失衡密切相关,而肠道菌群可促进肠道本身及其免疫系统的发育成熟,调节免疫系统的状态使之接近正常状态,从而避免过敏性疾病或其他免疫性疾病的发生。
益生元作为一种膳食补充剂,能过通过选择性刺激肠道内有益菌生长,同时抑制有害菌的生长,提高有益菌的作用,对宿主产生有益影响。同时,传统食疗、中医药作为治疗过敏的补充和替代疗法以其廉价、有效、副作用小等多种优点。以促进机体自身调节功能的恢复,从整体上改善系统的异常为主要特点,在治疗上有较大优势。
因此,利用益生菌等物质开发一种缓解过敏的组合物对于过敏人群舒缓和预防过敏反应都很有意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是:提供一种对舒缓过敏有效且使用安全、方便的含益生菌的组合物。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是:提供一种上述组合物的应用。
为了解决上述第一个技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种能够缓解过敏的组合物,所述组合物包括以下原料:低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、综合果蔬粉、酵母β葡聚糖、维生素C、酵母锌和益生菌复合物;

进一步地,所述综合果蔬粉的制备原料包括凤梨果汁粉、木瓜果汁粉、胡萝卜汁粉和麦芽糊精或所述综合果蔬粉为以柳橙、香蕉、糙米、菠菜、石榴、番茄、菠萝、苦瓜、芹菜、玉米、西红柿、西兰花、芦笋、西瓜、柠檬、黒木耳、苹果、番石榴、白萝卜、绿豆、香菇、梅子、李子、芥蓝、芋头、不结球白菜、冬瓜、空心菜、金桔、芥菜、莲藕、莴苣、甘蓝、豆瓣菜、杨挑、黄瓜、胡萝ト、西番莲、南瓜、丝瓜、甜瓜、甜椒、葡萄柚、马铃暮、大豆、柿子、红豆、葡萄、鳄梨、豆薯、松子、茄子、金针菜、莲雾、豌豆、腰果、豌豆苗、芜菁、番荔枝、山梨糖醇和柳橙汁粉末为原料进行发酵后制得的。也可以由上述两种粉末共同混合制备而成。
优选地,采用发酵法制得的综合果蔬粉中蛋白酶含量在100U/g以上,淀粉酶含量在20U/g以上,脂肪酶的含量在10U/g以上,纤维素酶的含量在150U/g以上。
进一步地,所述综合果蔬粉的制备原料还可以包括苦瓜、甜茶、胡萝卜、白玉菇、金针菇、大枣、木瓜和苹果。
优选地,所述苦瓜、甜茶、胡萝卜、白玉菇、金针菇、大枣、木瓜和苹果的重量份数如下:

与现有技术相比,本发明方案的有益效果至少包括:
1、能够较好地缓解过敏或改善过敏现象(湿疹、哮喘、换季皮肤红疹等)。原料中各组分对各类过敏反应较好地作用,通过各组分间的协同复配作用,可帮助各种过敏患者,有效降低过敏症状,活性益生菌与综合果蔬粉、酵母β葡聚糖等组分间相辅相成,利用天然的免疫调控素促进抗体产生,高效对抗敏原,提高免疫力,益生菌有效定植于肠道,维持肠道微生态平衡;
2、口感好且安全健康。在原料的选择上,同时考虑了其潜在抗过敏功效以及口感、味道、性状之间的相互配合,无需添加防腐剂或香味剂等人工合成添加剂,安全性好、无副作用、无依赖性。
3、提高机体免疫力。综合果蔬粉中的多种维生素、矿物质及额外添加的VC、酵母锌可诱导和促进T淋巴细胞的分化和成熟,调节T淋巴细胞群比例,同时还能增强巨噬细胞的吞噬能力和红细胞免疫功能。可显著增加淋巴细胞功能,并能有效地防止辐射和放化疗及其他污染中毒后白细胞数量的减少,有效地抑制肿瘤细胞生长,起到改善免疫功能的作用。
4、缓解腹泻、便秘。低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖及低聚半乳糖等多种益生元与益生菌复合物复配,能够降低病原菌量,对腹泻有预防和治疗效果,由于低聚异麦芽糖能导致双歧杆菌增殖,双歧杆菌通过糖代谢相应增加丙酸、丁酸等酸分泌量,这些有机酸促进肠道蠕动,使肠道运动亢进,同时通过渗透压增加粪便水分,从而使排便性状得到改善。
为了解决上述第二个技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:上述能够缓解过敏的组合物在制备缓解过敏的食品或保健品中的应用。
进一步地,所述应用包括以下步骤:
S1、将酵母锌、维生素C和益生菌复合物中的益生菌手工混匀处理(0.5~2)min,得到初混物;
S2、将上述操作处理后的初混物与酵母β葡聚糖手工混匀处理(0.5~2)min;
S3、再将低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖和综合果蔬粉放入立体混合机中混匀(15~40)min即得所述食品或保键品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果至少包括:本发明方案的制备工艺简单,制备效率高且产品稳定性好;制备过程中可通过梯级混匀,首先对于比例较小的原料手工初混匀后,再与比例相对较大的原料再次手工混匀,最后再放入立体混合机中混合,混合效果好;相较于传统的直接将所有物料同步混合,可缩短均合时间(15~30)min,能够有效地提高生产效率;此外,由于组合物中含有多种益生菌及益生元,可以有效抑制或杀灭有害微生物的生长,无需杀菌或添加防腐剂即可长期稳定保存,同时,制得的产品的感官、理化及微生物指标也均符合食品安全要求,既简化生产工艺降低了制造成本,又提升了生产效率。
一种能够缓解过敏的益生菌膳食补充剂,所述膳食补充剂的制备原料中包含上述的组合物。
优选地,所述益生菌膳食补充剂的剂型为粉剂、颗粒剂、压片剂、胶囊剂或液态剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果至少包括:本发明方案的组合物通过混合过筛等简单工艺后即可制备成缓解过敏保健品制品,其剂型可根据需要制备成种类形态,可直接混合后制备成固态的粉剂、颗粒剂、压片剂或胶囊剂,也可混合过筛后溶解制备成液态剂,食用方便。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式及附图予以说明。
一种能够缓解过敏的组合物,所述组合物包括以下原料:低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、综合果蔬粉、酵母β葡聚糖、维生素C、酵母锌和益生菌复合物;
所述原料中各组分的重量份数如下:
低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖均为作为益生元,能够有效刺激益生菌和肠道能有益菌群的生长,调理肠道菌群平衡。低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖三种益生元组合使用,可对有益菌(双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌等)产生更显著的增殖作用,且对有害菌(如梭菌)有一定的抑制作用。
维生素C,具有抗组胺作用,是天然的抗过敏剂,抗过敏活性和抗氧化活性有一定的相关性。活性氧,如超氧阴离子自由基,羟自由基诱导肥大细胞释放组胺,因此对过敏的预防可通过清除活性氧和抑制肥大细胞释放化学物质来实现。

凤梨,营养丰富,其成分包括糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、几乎含有所有的人体所需维生素(维生素A、VB1、VB2、VC等,尤其以维生素C含量最高,每100g果肉中约含有20mg的VC)、16种矿物质(钙、磷、铁等)、有机酸类及尼克酸等,能够帮助消化,还能增强免疫力;同时,还含有大量的菠萝蛋白酶,可以缓解炎症反应,对抗过敏性免疫反应,其对控制水肿、组织通透性和血管舒张有积极作用,且菠萝蛋白酶可增强槲皮素的吸收。
木瓜,富含丰富的维生素,木瓜所含的蛋白分解酵素,可以补偿胰和肠道的分泌,补充胃液的不足,有助于分解蛋白质和淀粉。木瓜含有胡萝卜素和丰富的维生素C,它们有很强的抗氧化能力,帮助机体修复组织,消除有毒物质,增强人体免疫力,帮助机体抵抗包括甲流在内的病毒侵袭。木瓜果实中的有效成分还具有能提高吞噬细胞的功效。
麦芽糊精与凤梨果汁、木瓜果汁、胡萝卜汁中含有的糖类物质,促进益生菌大量繁殖,创造肠道的健康微生态,恢复免疫能力,通过刺激机体免疫系统产生IL-12、IFN-γ,一方面可提升Th1型免疫反应,促进SIgA的分泌,从而抑制特异性IgE抗体与IgG4的合成,降低IgE的水平,抑制Th2型免疫反应,有助于控制过敏症状,缩短过敏康复周期,另外,通过补充肠道抗过敏有益菌,促使Th1与Th2免疫平稳,构建出健康防护屏障,从根本上改善过敏体质,阻断过敏进程,减免过敏复发。胡萝卜,含有丰富的维生素,其中,所富含的β-胡萝卜素能有效预防花粉过敏症、过敏性皮炎等过敏反应。β-胡萝卜素能调节细胞内的平衡,使实验鼠较难出现过敏反应。
发酵原料中含有多种富含维生素的各类蔬果,通过这些蔬果的复配,可以提供丰富的VC、VB等营养成分,提升机体的免疫力,同时,香菇多糖等多糖类化合物还能对人体的免疫系统产生刺激作用,活化细胞,提高免疫系统的效率,本发明方案发酵原料中富含多种酶,通过发酵过程产生酵素可更好地协同改善机体的过敏现象。
进一步地,所述综合果蔬粉的制备原料中还可以包括苦瓜、甜茶、胡萝卜、白玉菇、金针菇、大枣、木瓜和苹果。
优选地,所述苦瓜、甜茶、胡萝卜、白玉菇、金针菇、大枣、木瓜和苹果的重量份数如下:
金针菇,有利于排除重金属离子和代谢产生的毒素和废物,还能有效地增强机体活力。金针菇菌柄中含有可以抑制哮喘、鼻炎、湿疹等过敏性病症的蛋白,没有患病的人也可以通过吃金针菇来加强免疫系统。
大枣,又名红枣、干枣、枣子,其中,含有大量抗过敏物质——环磷酸腺苷,可阻止过敏反应的发生。凡有过敏症状的患者,可以经常服用红枣。
胡萝卜,胡萝卜中含丰富的维生素,其中,所富含的β-胡萝卜素能有效预防花粉过敏症、过敏性皮炎等过敏反应。β-胡萝卜素能调节细胞内的平衡,使实验鼠较难出现过敏反应。
苦瓜,具有清热解毒的作用,还能够调节内分泌、抗氧化、抗菌以及提高人体免疫力等药用和保健功能,苦瓜中含有丰富的维生素C,能够治疗坏血病,预防疾病的同时提高免疫力,苦瓜还具有养血益气、补肾健脾、滋肝明目等功效。
白玉菇,含有一种能够增强T淋巴细胞功能的有效成分及膳食纤维,能够提高机体抵御各种疾病的能力,从而促进人体健康成长,具有提高机体免疫力,能够滋补强壮身体并能提高身体的抗过敏和排毒能力。
木瓜,富含丰富的维生素,木瓜所含的蛋白分解酵素,可以补偿胰和肠道的分泌,补充胃液的不足,有助于分解蛋白质和淀粉。木瓜含有胡萝卜素和丰富的维生素C,它们有很强的抗氧化能力,帮助机体修复组织,消除有毒物质,增强人体免疫力,帮助机体抵抗包括甲流在内的病毒侵袭。木瓜果实中的有效成分还具有能提高吞噬细胞的功效。

广西甜茶(Rubus Suatrssimus S.Lee)是蔷薇科悬钩子属植物的一个新种的叶子,该茶中的没食子酸和鞣花酸等成分具有良好的抗过敏功效。湖南甜茶,属壳斗科、石柯属植物的叶,在湖南主产于湘西、怀化、娄底等地。湖南甜茶有清热解毒的功效,兼具茶、糖、药三种功效,是无毒、高甜、低热的天然甜味饮料植物。
优选地,所述益生菌复合物中的益生菌为双层包埋微囊工艺制备而得的益生菌。
进一步地,所述益生菌复合物包括副干酪乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌。
副干酪乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的复配,能够更好地缓解过敏现象。
优选地,所述副干酪乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的重量比例为8:1:0.5:0.5。
本发明的实施例一为:一种能够缓解过敏的益生菌膳食补充剂,其配方为:低聚异麦芽糖30%;低聚果糖30%;低聚半乳糖20%;综合果蔬粉10%;酵母β葡聚糖5%;维生素C0.15%;酵母锌0.85%,益生菌复合物4%。益生菌复合物包括重量比例为8:1:0.5:0.5的副干酪乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌。综合果蔬粉由凤梨果汁粉、木瓜果汁粉、胡萝卜汁粉和麦芽糊精组成,其质量百分数依次为44%、44%、3%和9%。
本发明的实施例二为:一种能够缓解过敏的益生菌膳食补充剂,与实施例1相比,本实施例仅为配方调整,其他均与实施例1相同。配方为:低聚异麦芽糖30%;低聚果糖25%;低聚半乳糖30%;综合果蔬粉15%;酵母β葡聚糖2%;维生素C 0.15%;酵母锌0.85%,益生菌复合物2%。益生菌复合物包括重量比例为8:1:0.5:0.5的副干酪乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌。综合果蔬粉为发酵果蔬粉,以柳橙、香蕉、糙米、菠菜、石榴、番茄、菠萝、苦瓜、芹菜、玉米、西红柿、西兰花、芦笋、西瓜、柠檬、黒木耳、苹果、番石榴、白萝卜、绿豆、香菇、梅子、李子、芥蓝、芋头、不结球白菜、冬瓜、空心菜、金桔、芥菜、莲藕、莴苣、甘蓝、豆瓣菜、杨挑、黄瓜、胡萝ト、西番莲、南瓜、丝瓜、甜瓜、甜椒、葡萄柚、马铃暮、大豆、柿子、红豆、葡萄、鳄梨、豆薯、松子、茄子、金针菜、莲雾、豌豆、腰果、豌豆苗、芜菁、番荔枝、山梨糖醇和柳橙汁粉末为原料经发酵后制得的果蔬发酵粉,发酵后制得的果蔬发酵粉中淀粉酶含量为1750DU,植酸酶15FTU,果胶酶12.5endo-PG,脂肪酶100FIP,糖化酶2.5AGU,菠萝蛋白酶125000FCCPU,蛋白酶4.5(Protease4.5)2000HUT,转化酶25SU,蛋白酶3.0(Protease3.0)2.5SAPU,半纤维素酶250HCU,木聚糖酶87.5XU,肽酶250HUT,纤维素酶25CU,乳糖分解酵素50ALU,蛋白酶6.0(Protease6.0)250HUT,淀粉糖化酵素37.5DP。
本发明的实施例三为:一种能够缓解过敏的益生菌膳食补充剂,与实施例1相比,本实施例仅为配方调整,其他均与实施例1相同。配方为:低聚异麦芽糖35%;低聚果糖25%;低聚半乳糖20%;综合果蔬粉10%;酵母β葡聚糖4%;维生素C 0.15%;酵母锌0.85%,益生菌复合物5%。益生菌复合物包括重量比例为8:1:0.5:0.5的副干酪乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌。其中,综合果蔬粉除实施例1中的组分外,还包括以下物料的粉末混合物(优选地,所述综合果蔬粉的制备过程为:将原料焯水后,冻干后,使水分低温蒸发,再经超微粉碎即得):苦瓜、甜茶、胡萝卜、白玉菇、金针菇、大枣、木瓜和苹果的重量比例如下:8:6:3:4:2:1:2:1,上述物料的粉末混合物与由凤梨果汁粉、木瓜果汁粉、胡萝卜汁粉和麦芽糊精组成的混合物按1:1混合。
上述实施例中的膳食营养补充剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将酵母锌、维生素C和益生菌复合物中的益生菌手工混匀处理1min,得到初混物;
S2、将上述操作处理后的初混物与酵母β葡聚糖手工混匀处理2min;
S3、再将低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖和综合果蔬粉放入V型混合机中混合30min,转速为20rpm/min;混合后物料经造粒包装成颗粒状产品。
本发明的实施例四为:益生菌膳食营养补充剂的抗过敏动物实验
由于本发明实施例的产品为益生菌膳食营养剂,不适用抗过敏介质试验(如透明质酸酶体外抑制实验法)作为评价研究的方法,因此,采用更为直观的动物模型试验和人体试验作为评价研究。
益生菌膳食营养剂对小鼠特异性抗体IgE的影响,实验步骤如下:
1、将60只小鼠分成4个实验组,每组15只,使用卵清蛋白致敏。
其中实验组A喂食实施例1的膳食营养剂,实验组B喂食实施例2的膳食营养剂,实验组C喂食实施例3的膳食营养剂,实验组D为对照组。喂食7天。
2、小鼠血清中特异性抗体IgE和IgG含量检测,利用酶联免疫分析法检测,通过酶标仪分析测得其吸光光度值(OD),其中,IgE的检测结果如图1所示,IgG的检测结果如图2所示。从图1中可以看出,服用本发明实施例的膳食营养补充剂的小鼠体内的IgE均有大幅下降,以实施例三的产品下降最多,表明实施例三的缓解作用最强。从图2中可以看出,在IgE的含量下降的同时,服用实施例产品的小鼠血清中IgG的含量均有不同程度的增加,其中,服用实施例三产品的小鼠体内的IgG增加最为明显。
此外,在实验给药期间,小鼠活动正常,表现健康,未表现出不良反应和毒副作用。由此表明,本发明实施例产品能够缓解过敏,同时还能较好地提升免疫力,本发明方案产品安全有效。
本发明的实施例五为:益生菌膳食营养补充剂的抗过敏临床试验
随机将15名湿疹患者分为三组(I组、II组和III组),进行试用测试,测试期间未使用其他抗生素类药物,且患者除湿疹外,无其他全身性疾病且不吸烟。其中,I组服用实施例一产品,II组服用实施例二产品,III组服用实施例三产品,37℃温开水冲服2次每天,每次服用3g。服用半个月后,评价感官、疗效等因素。
I组评价结果:
1、刘某,30岁,男,海鲜过敏,出现大面积红斑;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状完全消失,服用半个月天后,精神状态极佳。
2、张某,32岁,女,化妆品过敏,出现渗出液及大量丘疹;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状完全消失,服用半个月天后,面色红润,精神状态较事前更好。
3、胡某,36岁,女,紫外线过敏,手背和面部均出现严重丘疹,由于反复发作,面部色素沉着严重;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状基本消失,服用二十天后,症状完全消失,色素沉着问题得以缓解且较服用前对紫外线的敏感度明显降低。
4、陈某,25岁,男,动物毛皮致敏,身体多处出现小水疱,常年便秘;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状完全消失,服用半个月后,便秘问题未出现且面色红润。
5、吴某,50岁,女,粉尘过敏,身体多处出现棕红色沉着,表面粗糙,覆鳞屑,皮肤增厚、浸润;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状基本消失,服用半个月后,症状完全消失,皮肤光滑度明显提升。
II组评价结果:
1、李某,42岁,男,药物过敏,轻度糜烂;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用十天后,症状基本消失,明显好转。
2、蒋某,38岁,女,花粉过敏,面部丘疹伴瘙痒;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状完全消失,服用十天后,皮肤光泽度及精神状态明显提升。
3、周某,28岁,女,因应考熬夜致双嘴唇唇缘处出现聚集性针尖样小水泡;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状完全消失,服用十天后,精神状态及气色均有大幅提升。
4、马某,30岁,女,化学成分过敏,多处出现皮损,其上出现渗出等;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状完全消失,服用半个月后,症状彻底消失。
5、王某,41岁,男,鱼虾过敏,出现褐红色斑片,其上轻度糜烂和结痂;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状基本消失,服用半个月后,面色红润且精神状态较事前提升。
III组评价结果:
1、吴某,30岁,男,芒果过敏,出现大面积丘疹;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用五天后,症状完全消失,服用十天后,精神状态极佳,免疫力明显提升。
2、谢某,32岁,女,药物过敏,出现红色斑片,其上出现轻度糜烂,渗出;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用两天后,症状基本消失,服用七天后,症状完全消失,服用半个月后,皮肤润滑有光泽,气色极佳。
3、谭某,36岁,男,药物过敏,紫癜样班片,其上发生轻度渗出;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用五天后,症状基本消失,服用十天后,症状完全消失,精神状态较事前改善,且对药物的承受度明显提升。
4、邓某,25岁,女,粉尘致敏,手背出现多个小脓疱;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状明显改善消失,服用三天后,症状基本消失,服用十天后,症状完全消失。
5、伍某,30岁,男,毛发过敏,接触毛发处出现糜烂,常年便秘;
服用后评价结果:产品色泽均匀,气味宜人,口感较佳,服用七天后,症状基本消失,服用两天后,症状完全消失,服用十天后,便秘问题未出现且面色红润。
本发明中所称的“酵母锌”也可称之为“酵母粉(含锌)”。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够缓解过敏的组合物,其特征在于:所述综合果蔬粉的制备原料包括凤梨果汁粉、木瓜果汁粉、胡萝卜汁粉和麦芽糊精或所述综合果蔬粉为以柳橙、香蕉、糙米、菠菜、石榴、番茄、菠萝、苦瓜、芹菜、玉米、西红柿、西兰花、芦笋、西瓜、柠檬、黒木耳、苹果、番石榴、白萝卜、绿豆、香菇、梅子、李子、芥蓝、芋头、不结球白菜、冬瓜、空心菜、金桔、芥菜、莲藕、莴苣、甘蓝、豆瓣菜、杨挑、黄瓜、胡萝ト、西番莲、南瓜、丝瓜、甜瓜、甜椒、葡萄柚、马铃暮、大豆、柿子、红豆、葡萄、鳄梨、豆薯、松子、茄子、金针菜、莲雾、豌豆、腰果、豌豆苗、芜菁、番荔枝、山梨糖醇和柳橙汁粉末为原料进行发酵后制得的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种能够缓解过敏的组合物,其特征在于:所述凤梨果汁粉、木瓜果汁粉、胡萝卜汁粉和麦芽糊精的重量份数如下:
凤梨果汁粉 40~50
木瓜果汁粉 40~50
胡萝卜汁粉 2~5
麦芽糊精 7~10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够缓解过敏的组合物,其特征在于:所述益生菌复合物中的益生菌为双层包埋微囊工艺制备而得的益生菌。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种能够缓解过敏的组合物,其特征在于:所述益生菌复合物包括副干酪乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种能够缓解过敏的组合物,其特征在于:所述副干酪乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的重量比例为8:1:0.5:0.5。
7.一种如权利要求1至6任一项所述的能够缓解过敏的组合物在制备缓解过敏的食品或保健品中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、将酵母粉、维生素C和益生菌复合物中的益生菌手工混匀处理(0.5~2)min,得到初混物;
S2、将上述操作处理后的初混物与酵母β葡聚糖手工混匀处理(0.5~2)min;
S3、再将低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖和综合果蔬粉放入立体混合机中混匀(15~40)min即得所述食品或保键品。
9.一种能够缓解过敏的益生菌膳食补充剂,其特征在于:所述膳食补充剂的制备原料中包含如权利要求1至6任一项所述的组合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的缓解过敏的益生菌膳食补充剂,其特征在于:所述益生菌膳食补充剂的剂型为粉剂、颗粒剂、压片剂、胶囊剂或液态剂。
