本发明公开一种染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸饰面人造板的生产工艺,包括:采用普通三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸和自然木皮,使用超平钢模板,导热加热压贴技术,将自然木皮粘合在人造板表面;将已粘合自然木皮的人造板,通过一次粗砂和一次细砂砂光后,清洁干净,采用染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸,使用超平或木刺凸面钢模板导热加热压贴技术,将染色表层纸粘合在木皮表面。本发明产品可以替代现有自然木皮饰面板材料,降低成本及施工难度,提高生产作业效果及工业化生产并能提升产品物理性品质标准等优点。

一种染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸饰面人造板的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰板材的生产工艺,尤其是一种染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸饰面人造板的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着饰面人造板的不断发展,人们对自然美的追求提高,自然木皮饰面人造板倍受人们的青睐,高端星级酒店及奢侈品家具采用自然木皮染色油漆涂饰人造板,让空间更具有自然美和真实感。现有自然木皮饰面板是通过人工施胶、染色和涂刷油漆工艺制作而成,产品的色牢度、表面硬度、耐划痕、环保等级、人工成本和工业化生产难度等诸多问题无法呈现。
发明内容
为解决现有自然木皮饰面板存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸饰面人造板的生产工艺,本发明产品可以替代现有自然木皮饰面板材料,降低成本及施工难度,提高生产作业效果及工业化生产并能提升产品物理性品质标准等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸饰面人造板的生产工艺,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一,采用三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸作为粘合剂,将自然木皮铺放在人造板表面,使用已装好超平钢模板的热压机,将组胚好的人造板放入热压机内,通过导热加压将三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸融化,将自然木皮粘合在人造板表面;
步骤二,将已粘合自然木皮的人造板,通过一次粗砂和一次细砂砂光后,清洁干净,采用染色表层纸浸渍三聚氰胺胶,铺放在已粘合自然木皮的人造板表面,使用已装好超平或带有木刺凸面钢模板的热压机,将组胚好的人造板放入热压机内,通过导热加压将三聚氰胺胶浸渍染色表层纸融化并贴合在自然木皮表面。
进一步地,步骤一使用热压机进行导热加压时,加压时间为150秒,压床温度为130℃,压力为9mpa。
进一步地,步骤二的粗砂粒径为400目,细砂粒径为800目。
进一步地,步骤二采用的染色表层纸浸渍三聚氰胺胶是采用普通表层纸通过凹印技术,将水性有色油墨印刷在表层纸表面,然后进行烘干,再进行三聚氰胺胶水浸渍。
进一步地,步骤二使用热压机进行导热加压时,加压时间为180秒,压床温度为120℃,压力为8mpa。
有益效果:
1.本发明采用三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸作为自然木皮与人造板的粘合剂,粘合强度大于传统涂布白乳胶,作为自然木皮与人造板粘合的强度、品质、效果、效率、工业化生产程度均有提高。
2.本发明采用表层纸印刷有色油墨,将染色表层纸浸渍三聚氰胺胶水烘干后,通过钢模板加热压贴在已贴合自然木皮的人造板表面,成品表面无须涂刷油漆,达到传统自然木皮染色涂刷油漆的自然板材表面效果,产品理化性能指标比传统产品的均有提高,如:硬度、色牢度、耐磨、耐划痕、香烟灼伤、水蒸气、环保等指标。
3.本发明采用叠加式重复合成工艺,染色自然木皮装饰板材,产品表面木纹真实、图案比传统产品清晰自然,无须涂刷油漆,现有产品无法达到。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例:
一种染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸饰面人造板的生产工艺,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将已砂光的人造板胚板清洁干净;
步骤二,将普通三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸放在胚板上,表面再加铺自然木皮完成组胚;
步骤三,放入已装好超平钢模具短周期热压机内,设置加压时间为150秒,压床温度为130℃,压力为9mpa,自然木皮粘合完成;
步骤四,将粘合完成的饰面人造板表面自然木皮表面进行400目砂光砂平,再进行800目砂光砂平,清洁干净;
步骤五,普通表层纸通过凹印技术,将水性有色油墨印刷在表层纸表面,再进行烘干,再进行三聚氰胺胶水浸渍;
步骤六,将砂平的自然木皮饰面板表面铺放,完成第二次组胚;
步骤七,将第二次组胚的板材放入装好超平或带有凸面的钢模具的热压机内,设置加压时间为180秒,压床温度为120℃,压力为8mpa;
步骤八,加热时间到达,热压机开合,免油漆自然木皮染色饰面人造板产品制作完成。

1.一种染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸饰面人造板的生产工艺,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一,采用三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸作为粘合剂,将自然木皮铺放在人造板表面,使用已装好超平钢模板的热压机,将组胚好的人造板放入热压机内,通过导热加压将三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸融化,将自然木皮粘合在人造板表面;
步骤二,将已粘合自然木皮的人造板,通过一次粗砂和一次细砂砂光后,清洁干净,采用染色表层纸浸渍三聚氰胺胶,铺放在已粘合自然木皮的人造板表面,使用已装好超平或带有木刺凸面钢模板的热压机,将组胚好的人造板放入热压机内,通过导热加压将三聚氰胺胶浸渍染色表层纸融化并贴合在自然木皮表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸饰面人造板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤一使用热压机进行导热加压时,加压时间为150秒,压床温度为130℃,压力为9mpa。
3.根据权利要求1所述的染色三聚氰胺胶浸渍表层纸饰面人造板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤二的粗砂粒径为400目,细砂粒径为800目。
