本发明公开了一种环保耐磨实木皮及其制作方法,包括实木皮层,所述实木皮层的上方设置有耐磨层,所述实木皮层表面的孔内设置有填充物;其制作方法为步骤一,铺设实木皮层;步骤二,实木皮层表面填平;步骤三,铺设耐磨层;步骤四,热压处理;步骤五,冷却降温。本发明所述环保耐磨实木皮,经过热压处理后的实木皮硬度增加,适用于各种装饰材料表面,实木皮层表面设置有耐磨层,提高了表面的耐磨度;该环保耐磨实木皮的制作过程中利用填充物将实木皮层表面的孔填平,提高了实木皮层的平整度,提高了环保耐磨实木皮的品质。

一种环保耐磨实木皮及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及实木皮加工制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保耐磨实木皮及其制作方法。
背景技术
木皮是现代装饰行业中一种比较节能又潮流的装饰材料,目前市场中的木皮主要有两大类,一类是天然木皮,一类是科技木皮;天然木皮是通过旋切或刨切木材得到的木皮,天然木皮是取材于天然的名贵木材进行简单的刨切制作而成,没有其他的大的加工,因此其表面的纹理相当自然美感;另一种木皮就是科技木皮,它可以说是天然木皮的升级版本,它通常是将速生材经漂白染色后,再重新组坯后刨切得到的薄木,由于其材质并不是像天然木皮那样完全来自于天然木材,因此其自身的一些缺陷是难免的。
实木皮饰面是将实木皮经过高温热压贴于板材表面,成为实木皮饰面板。实木皮饰面板因其手感真实,自然,档次较高,是目前国内外高档家具采用的主要饰面方式。目前,实木皮的制作工艺比较复杂,通常是把原木切割成0.1MM到1.0MM的木皮,经过浸泡,烘干等工艺处理,在实木皮的表面还需要涂油漆、不饱和树脂等物质,但这种方式加工出来的实木皮存在不环保、不防划、不耐磨等问题,进而影响实木皮饰面板的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保耐磨实木皮及其制作方法,解决现有技术中的实木皮不环保、不防划、不耐磨的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明一种环保耐磨实木皮,包括实木皮层,所述实木皮层的上方设置有耐磨层,所述实木皮层表面的孔内设置有填充物。
进一步的,所述实木皮层采用实木皮本体。
再进一步的,所述填充物为三氧化二铝粉末。
再进一步的,所述耐磨层采用三氧化二铝耐磨层纸。
一种环保耐磨实木皮的其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,铺设实木皮层:将实木皮层平铺在专用模具上;
步骤二,实木皮层表面填平:在所述实木皮层表面的孔内填充所述填充物,将所述实木皮层表面的孔填平;
步骤三,铺设耐磨层:在表面平整的所述实木皮层的上方铺设所述耐磨层;
步骤四,热压处理:将所述专用模具和铺设在所述专用模具上方的实木皮层和耐磨层一起放入热压机中进行热压处理,制成环保耐磨实木皮;
步骤五,冷却降温:将热压处理后的环保耐磨实木皮从热压机中取出,向其表面喷水,然后自然冷却即可。
再进一步的,所述专用模具包括中纤板,所述中纤板的上方设置有钢丝网,所述钢丝网的上方设置有光片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明所述环保耐磨实木皮,经过热压处理后的实木皮硬度增加,适用于各种装饰材料表面,实木皮层表面设置有耐磨层,提高了表面的耐磨度;该环保耐磨实木皮的制作过程中利用填充物将实木皮层表面的孔填平,提高了实木皮层的平整度,提高了环保耐磨实木皮的品质。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种环保耐磨实木皮,包括实木皮层1,所述实木皮层1的上方设置有耐磨层3,当所述实木皮层1表面不存在疤痕、空洞时,把实木皮层1和耐磨层3热压处理,即可得到环保耐磨实木皮;当所述实木皮层1表面存在疤痕、空洞时,所述实木皮层1表面的孔内设置有填充物2,所述填充物2为三氧化二铝粉末,利用三氧化二铝粉末把实木皮表面的疤痕、空洞处填平,保证实木皮层1表面平整。
具体的,所述实木皮层1采用实木皮本体,所述实木皮本体包括杉木、胡桃木、枫木、榉木、沙比利、水曲柳、花梨木等多种,均是由实木制成的实木皮,该是实木皮可以在市场中采购,具体不再赘述;所述耐磨层3采用耐磨层纸,本实施例中采用三氧化二铝耐磨层纸。
如图3所示,一种环保耐磨实木皮的其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,铺设实木皮层:将实木皮层1平铺在专用模具上;
步骤二,实木皮层表面填平:在所述实木皮层1表面的孔内填充所述填充物2,将所述实木皮层1表面的孔填平;
步骤三,铺设耐磨层:在表面平整的所述实木皮层1的上方铺设所述耐磨层3;
步骤四,热压处理:将所述专用模具和铺设在所述专用模具上方的实木皮层1和耐磨层3一起放入热压机中进行热压处理,热处理的温度为60℃~200℃,压力为200吨~2000吨,经过高温高压制成环保耐磨实木皮;
步骤五,冷却降温:将热压处理后的环保耐磨实木皮从热压机中取出,向其表面喷水,防止环保耐磨实木皮卷曲,然后自然冷却即可。
具体的,如图2所示,所述专用模具包括中纤板4,所述中纤板4的上方设置有钢丝网5,所述钢丝网5的上方设置有光片6,钢丝网5和光片6的四周均固定在中纤板4表面,光片6的表面平整光滑,对实木皮层1起到支撑作用;同时光片6还具有耐高温、耐高压的特性,在进行热压处理时,不会发生损坏。所述光片6为外购件,本实施例中选用的乐凯胶片股份有限公司生产的聚乙烯胶片。
不同材质、不同质量的实木皮热处理时所需的温度、压力、时间都会不同,实际生产过程中根据需要进行确定。

1.一种环保耐磨实木皮,其特征在于:包括实木皮层,所述实木皮层的上方设置有耐磨层,所述实木皮层表面的孔内设置有填充物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐磨实木皮,其特征在于:所述实木皮层采用实木皮本体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐磨实木皮,其特征在于:所述填充物为三氧化二铝粉末。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐磨实木皮,其特征在于:所述耐磨层采用三氧化二铝耐磨层纸。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的环保耐磨实木皮的其制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一,铺设实木皮层:将实木皮层平铺在专用模具上;
步骤二,实木皮层表面填平:在所述实木皮层表面的孔内填充所述填充物,将所述实木皮层表面的孔填平;
步骤三,铺设耐磨层:在表面平整的所述实木皮层的上方铺设所述耐磨层;
步骤四,热压处理:将所述专用模具和铺设在所述专用模具上方的实木皮层和耐磨层一起放入热压机中进行热压处理,制成环保耐磨实木皮;
步骤五,冷却降温:将热压处理后的环保耐磨实木皮从热压机中取出,向其表面喷水,然后自然冷却即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保耐磨实木皮及其制作方法,其特征在于:所述专用模具包括中纤板,所述中纤板的上方设置有钢丝网,所述钢丝网的上方设置有光片。
