技术领域
本发明涉及利用针织布包覆了摩擦传动面的多楔带及其制造方法。
背景技术
传递动力的带广泛用于例如汽车的空气压缩机、交流发电机等辅机驱动的动力传递。并且,近年来,对于静肃化有严格要求,特别是在汽车的驱动装置中发动机声以外的声音被视为异常噪声,因此,需要应对带产生噪声的对策。
作为该带产生噪声的原因,有在带速度大幅变动、高负荷条件下带与带轮之间打滑时产生的打滑声。特别是在雨天行驶时等,发动机室内进水,在带与带轮之间附着有水时,带的摩擦系数降低,有时经常产生打滑声。
对于这样的问题,已知有利用由纤维形成的针织布包覆带的摩擦传动面的对策。例如,在专利文献1中,出于减小带的干燥状态与湿润状态的摩擦系数之差的目的,利用膨体聚酯类复合纱和纤维素类天然短纤纱织成针织布,通过吸水性优良的纤维素类天然短纤纱快速吸收水,由此,抑制湿润状态下的摩擦系数的降低,提高耐注水噪声产生性。

发明所要解决的问题
但是,纤维素类天然短纤纱耐磨损性低,因此,随着使用而纤维素类天然短纤纱发生磨损,吸水性降低,湿润状态下的摩擦系数降低,由此,有可能无法充分长期地保持耐注水噪声产生性。
因此,本发明的课题在于,以长期地保持耐注水噪声产生性为目的,提供利用耐磨损性优良的针织布包覆了摩擦传动面的多楔带及其制造方法。
用于解决问题的方法
用于解决上述课题的本发明是一种多楔带,其摩擦传动面由纬编多层针织布构成,其特征在于,上述纬编多层针织布含有纤维素类天然短纤纱、聚酯类复合纱和聚酰胺类的纱,在上述摩擦传动面侧的层中至少配置有上述纤维素类天然短纤纱和上述聚酰胺类的纱。
通过使包覆上述摩擦传动面的纬编多层针织布含有纤维素类天然短纤纱,能够提高多楔带的吸水性,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。另外,通过使纬编多层针织布含有聚酯类复合纱,能够提高纬编多层针织布的伸缩性,能够提高利用模具在带上形成V形肋部时的纬编多层针织布对V形肋部的适应性。另外,通过使纬编多层针织布含有聚酰胺类的纱,能够提高耐磨损性,能够抑制纤维素类天然短纤纱发生磨损,能够长期地保持耐注水噪声产生性。
另外,通过对包覆摩擦传动面的针织布进行纬编使得伸缩性提高,因此,能够在利用模具在带上形成V形肋部的多楔带的制造过程中不易产生肋部的形状不良。另外,通过使针织布为多层结构,能够抑制作为多楔带的构成要素的橡胶经由针织布向摩擦传动面侧渗出,能够减小摩擦传动面的干燥状态下的摩擦系数与湿润状态下的摩擦系数之差,因此,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。
另外,通过将吸水性高的纤维素类天然短纤纱配置于多楔带的摩擦传动面侧的层中,能够快速地吸收渗入至带轮与多楔带之间的水从而使摩擦系数稳定(抑制湿润状态下的摩擦系数的降低),因此,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。此外,通过将耐磨损性高的聚酰胺类的纱配置于摩擦传动面侧的层中,能够抑制纤维素类天然短纤纱发生磨损,能够长期地保持耐注水噪声产生性。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带的上述纬编多层针织布中,上述聚酰胺类的纱的含量可以为5~60质量%。
通过设定为上述构成,能够在不损害多楔带的耐注水噪声产生性的情况下提高耐磨损性。聚酰胺类的纱的含量少于5质量%时,有时耐磨损性降低。聚酰胺类的纱的含量多于60质量%时,有时吸水性降低,耐注水噪声产生性降低。需要说明的是,在纬编多层针织布中,聚酰胺类的纱的含量优选为15~60质量%,更优选为20~55质量%,进一步优选为20~40质量%。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带的上述纬编多层针织布中,上述纤维素类天然短纤纱的含量可以为5~60质量%。
通过设定为上述构成,能够在不损害多楔带的耐注水噪声产生性的情况下提高耐磨损性。纤维素类天然短纤纱的含量少于5质量%时,有时吸水性降低,耐注水噪声产生性降低。纤维素类天然短纤纱的含量多于60质量%时,有时耐磨损性降低。需要说明的是,在纬编多层针织布中,纤维素类天然短纤纱的含量优选为5~55质量%,更优选为5~40质量%,进一步优选为20~40质量%。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带的上述纬编多层针织布中,上述聚酰胺类的纱与纤维素类天然短纤纱的质量比可以为(聚酰胺类的纱:纤维素类天然短纤纱)=5:95~95:5。
通过设定为上述构成,能够在不损害多楔带的耐注水噪声产生性的情况下提高耐磨损性。聚酰胺类的纱的含有比例少时,耐磨损性降低;聚酰胺类的纱的含有比例多时,吸水性降低,因此,耐注水噪声产生性降低。需要说明的是,在纬编多层针织布中,聚酰胺类的纱与纤维素类天然短纤纱的质量比优选为10:90~90:10,更优选为20:80~80:20,进一步优选为30:70~70:30。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带中,上述纬编多层针织布中所含的上述聚酯类复合纱可以是由热收缩率不同的两种以上聚合物构成的膨体纱。
根据上述构成,利用两种以上聚合物的热收缩率的差异表现出卷缩性,能够使纬编多层针织布具有伸缩性、膨松性。由此,在利用模具在带上形成V形肋部的多楔带的制造过程中,能够提高纬编多层针织布对V形肋部的适应性。此外,能够抑制作为多楔带的构成要素的橡胶经由针织布向摩擦传动面侧渗出,能够减小摩擦传动面的干燥状态下的摩擦系数与湿润状态下的摩擦系数之差,因此,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带中,上述纬编多层针织布中所含的上述聚酯类复合纱可以是含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的共轭纱。
通过在纬编多层针织布中所含的聚酯类复合纱中使用含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的共轭纱,能够提高纬编多层针织布的伸缩性、膨松性、耐磨损性。另外,含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共轭纱的获得性优良,因此,能够降低成本。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带中,上述纬编多层针织布中所含的上述聚酰胺类的纱可以含有尼龙或芳族聚酰胺纤维。
含有尼龙或芳族聚酰胺纤维的纬编多层针织布的耐磨损性高,因此,抑制纤维素类天然短纤纱发生磨损的效果高,能够长期地保持耐注水噪声产生性。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带中,构成上述纬编多层针织布的纱可以各自捻合有长丝、纤维。
通过在构成纬编多层针织布的纱中使长丝、纤维集束,耐磨损性提高。另外,通过在构成纬编多层针织布的纱中使长丝、纤维捻合集束,容易织成针织布,也能够抑制长丝、纤维起毛,能够提高多楔带的外观品质。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带中,上述纬编多层针织布可以不含聚氨酯。
由于在纬编多层针织布中不含与纤维材料相比吸水性、耐磨损性低的聚氨酯,因此,能够使得纬编多层针织布的吸水性、耐磨损性不降低。需要说明的是,根据上述构成,在针织布中不含经常采用的聚氨酯因此也认为伸缩性差,但是,由于在上述构成中含有伸缩性优良的聚酯类复合纱,因此可确保伸缩性。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带中,包覆上述摩擦传动面的上述纬编多层针织布的厚度可以为0.6mm以上。
通过使纬编多层针织布的厚度为0.6mm以上,能够抑制作为多楔带的构成要素的橡胶经由针织布向摩擦传动面侧渗出,能够减小摩擦传动面的干燥状态下的摩擦系数与湿润状态下的摩擦系数之差,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。需要说明的是,纬编多层针织布的厚度为0.7mm以上时,能够更可靠地抑制作为多楔带的构成要素的橡胶经由针织布向摩擦传动面侧渗出,特别优选为0.8mm以上。纬编多层针织布的厚度的上限值没有特别限定,例如可以为1.5mm以下。
另外,本发明中,在上述多楔带的上述纬编多层针织布的摩擦传动面侧的层中,可以是上述纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱以均匀分散的方式配置。
由于纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱以均匀分散的方式配置,因此与将多根纱配置在一起的情况相比,在纤维素类天然短纤纱的附近存在聚酰胺类的纱,因此,能够更可靠地抑制纤维素类天然短纤纱的磨损。另外,吸水性不存在不均匀,因此,也能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。
另外,本发明的特征可以是,上述多楔带含有橡胶作为构成要素,在该橡胶的摩擦传动面侧包覆有上述纬编多层针织布,没有上述橡胶从上述纬编多层针织布向摩擦传动面的渗出。
存在橡胶从纬编多层针织布向摩擦传动面的渗出时,吸水性降低,因此,湿润时的摩擦系数的降低增大,耐注水噪声产生性降低。因此,通过消除橡胶从纬编多层针织布向摩擦传动面的渗出,能够确保充分的吸水性,因此,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。需要说明的是,在此,“没有橡胶的渗出”是指橡胶在摩擦传动面露出的面积比例小于5%的情况。
另外,本发明为上述多楔带的制造方法,其特征可以是,使将上述纬编多层针织布的两端接合而成的筒状的该纬编多层针织布覆盖于未硫化的压缩层用片上;或者在未硫化的压缩层用片上将上述纬编多层针织布的两端接合。
使筒状的无缝(无接合部)纬编多层针织布覆盖于压缩层用片上的情况下,需要准备具有与带长度相对应的周长的纬编多层针织布,因此,为了应对各种各样的带长度,需要准备大量半成品。另一方面,对于如上述方法那样将纬编多层针织布的两端接合的方法而言,能够根据带长度当场调节纬编多层针织布的周长,因此,无需准备大量半成品。
发明效果
通过利用耐磨损性优良的针织布包覆摩擦传动面,可以提供能够长期地保持耐注水噪声产生性的多楔带及其制造方法。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图对本发明的实施方式的一例进行说明。图1示出使用本发明的多楔带1的辅机驱动用的带传动装置的例子。该带传动装置是具备各为一个的驱动带轮21和从动带轮22且在这些驱动带轮21与从动带轮22之间卷挂有多楔带1的最简单的例子。环形的多楔带1中,在内周侧形成有沿带周长方向延伸的多个V形肋部2,在驱动带轮21和从动带轮22的外周面设置有用于使多楔带1的各肋部2嵌入的多个V形槽23。
(多楔带1的构成)
如图2所示,多楔带1具备形成外周侧的带背面的延伸层3、设置于延伸层3的内周侧的压缩层4和埋设于延伸层3与压缩层4之间且沿带周长方向延伸的芯线5,在压缩层4上形成有沿带周长方向延伸的多个V形肋部2,成为摩擦传动面的肋部2的表面被针织布6包覆。如后所述,延伸层3和压缩层4均由橡胶组合物形成。需要说明的是,也可以根据需要在延伸层3与压缩层4之间设置粘接层。该粘接层是出于提高芯线5与延伸层3和压缩层4的粘接性的目的而设置的,不是必须的。作为粘接层的形态,可以是将芯线5整体埋设于粘接层的形态,也可以是将芯线5埋设于粘接层与延伸层3之间或者粘接层与压缩层4之间的形态。
作为形成压缩层4的橡胶组合物的橡胶成分,可以列举可硫化或交联的橡胶、例如二烯类橡胶(天然橡胶、异戊二烯橡胶、丁二烯橡胶、氯丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶与不饱和羧酸金属盐的混合聚合物等)、乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、烷基化氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯醚橡胶、丙烯酸类橡胶、硅橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、氟橡胶等。
其中,优选使用含有硫或有机过氧化物的橡胶组合物形成未硫化橡胶层并使未硫化橡胶层硫化或交联,从不含有有害的卤素、具有耐臭氧性、耐热性、耐寒性且经济性也优良的观点出发,特别优选乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体(乙烯-α-烯烃类橡胶)。作为乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体,可以列举例如乙烯-α-烯烃橡胶(乙烯-丙烯橡胶等)、乙烯-α-烯烃-二烯橡胶(乙烯-丙烯-二烯共聚物等)等。作为α-烯烃,可以列举丙烯、丁烯、戊烯、甲基戊烯、己烯、辛烯等。这些α-烯烃可以单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。另外,作为成为它们的原料的二烯单体,可以列举非共轭二烯类单体、例如双环戊二烯、亚甲基降冰片烯、亚乙基降冰片烯、1,4-己二烯、环辛二烯等。这些二烯单体可以单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。
在乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体中,乙烯与α-烯烃的比例(前者/后者的质量比)可以为40/60~90/10,优选可以为45/55~85/15,进一步优选可以为55/45~80/20的范围。另外,二烯的比例可以从4~15质量%的范围选择,例如可以设定为4.2~13质量%,优选可以设定为4.4~11.5质量%的范围。需要说明的是,含有二烯成分的乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体的碘值例如可以设定为3~40,优选可以设定为5~30,进一步优选可以设定为10~20的范围。碘值过小时,橡胶组合物的硫化不充分,容易产生磨损或粘附,碘值过大时,橡胶组合物的焦化时间变短而难以处理,并且有耐热性降低的倾向。作为碘值的测定方法,通过对测定试样添加过量的碘使其完全反应(碘与不饱和键的反应),通过氧化还原滴定对残余的碘的量进行定量,由此求出碘值。
作为使未硫化橡胶层交联的有机过氧化物,可以列举二酰基过氧化物、过氧化酯、二烷基过氧化物(二枯基过氧化物、叔丁基枯基过氧化物、1,1-二丁基过氧基-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧基)己烷、1,3-双(叔丁基过氧基异丙基)苯、二叔丁基过氧化物等)等。这些有机过氧化物可以单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。此外,有机过氧化物的基于热分解的半衰期为1分钟的温度范围可以为约150℃~约250℃,优选可以为约175℃~约225℃。
关于未硫化橡胶层的硫化剂或交联剂(特别是有机过氧化物)的比例,相对于橡胶成分(乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体等)100质量份,以固体成分换算计可以设定为1~10质量份,优选可以设定为1.2~8质量份,进一步优选可以设定为1.5~6质量份。
橡胶组合物可以含有硫化促进剂。作为硫化促进剂,可以列举秋兰姆类促进剂、噻唑类促进剂、次磺酰胺类促进剂、双马来酰亚胺类促进剂、脲类促进剂等。这些硫化促进剂可以单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。硫化促进剂(组合两种以上时是指总量,下述中组合两种以上时也同样)的比例以固体成分换算计相对于橡胶成分100质量份可以设定为0.5~15质量份,优选可以设定为1~10质量份,进一步优选可以设定为2~5质量份。
另外,为了提高交联度、防止粘附磨损等,橡胶组合物可以进一步含有共交联剂(交联助剂或共硫化剂)。作为共交联剂,可以列举惯用的交联助剂、例如多官能(异)氰脲酸酯(三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三烯丙基氰脲酸酯等)、聚二烯(1,2-聚丁二烯等)、不饱和羧酸的金属盐((甲基)丙烯酸锌、(甲基)丙烯酸镁等)、肟类(醌二肟等)、胍类(二苯基胍等)、多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯(乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯等)、双马来酰亚胺类(N,N'-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺等)等。这些交联助剂可以单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。交联助剂的比例以固体成分换算计相对于橡胶成分100质量份可以设定为0.01~10质量份,优选可以设定为0.05~8质量份。
另外,橡胶组合物可以根据需要含有短纤维。作为短纤维,可以列举纤维素类纤维(棉、人造丝等)、聚酯类纤维(PET、PEN纤维等)、脂肪族聚酰胺纤维(尼龙6纤维、尼龙66纤维、尼龙46纤维等)、芳香族聚酰胺纤维(对位芳族聚酰胺纤维、间位芳族聚酰胺纤维等)、维尼纶纤维、聚对亚苯基苯并双唑(PBO)纤维等。为了提高在橡胶组合物中的分散性、粘接性,这些短纤维可以实施惯用的粘接处理或表面处理、例如利用RFL液等的处理。短纤维的比例相对于橡胶成分100质量份可以设定为1~50质量份,优选可以设定为5~40质量份,进一步优选可以设定为10~35质量份。
橡胶组合物可以进一步根据需要含有惯用的添加剂、例如硫化助剂、硫化延迟剂、增强剂(炭黑、水合二氧化硅等氧化硅等)、填充剂(粘土、碳酸钙、滑石、云母等)、金属氧化物(氧化锌、氧化镁、氧化钙、氧化钡、氧化铁、氧化铜、氧化钛、氧化铝等)、增塑剂(链烷烃类油、环烷烃类油、加工油等油类等)、加工剂或加工助剂(硬脂酸、硬脂酸金属盐、蜡、石蜡、脂肪酸酰胺等)、抗老化剂(抗氧化剂、抗热老化剂、抗屈挠龟裂剂、抗臭氧劣化剂等)、着色剂、增粘剂、偶联剂(硅烷偶联剂等)、稳定剂(紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、抗臭氧劣化剂、热稳定剂等)、润滑剂(石墨、二硫化钼、超高分子量聚乙烯等)、阻燃剂、抗静电剂等。金属氧化物可以作为交联剂发挥作用。这些添加剂可以单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。另外,这些添加剂的比例可以根据种类从惯用的范围选择,例如,相对于橡胶成分100质量份,增强剂(炭黑、二氧化硅等)的比例可以设定为10~200质量份(优选可以设定为20~150质量份),金属氧化物(氧化锌等)的比例可以设定为1~15质量份(优选可以设定为2~10质量份),增塑剂(石蜡油等油类等)的比例可以设定为1~30质量份(优选可以设定为5~25质量份),加工剂(硬脂酸等)的比例可以设定为0.1~5质量份(优选可以设定为0.5~3质量份)。
延伸层3可以由与压缩层4同样的橡胶组合物(含有乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体等橡胶成分的橡胶组合物)形成,也可以使用帆布等布(增强布)来形成。作为增强布,可以列举机织布、广角帆布、针织布、无纺布等布材。其中,优选以平织、斜织、缎织等方式织制的机织布、经纱与纬纱的交叉角为约90°~约130°的广角帆布、针织布。作为构成增强布的纤维,可以利用与上述短纤维同样的纤维。增强布也可以在利用RFL液进行处理(浸渍处理等)后实施涂覆处理等而制成含橡胶的帆布。
延伸层3优选由与压缩层4同样的橡胶组合物形成。作为该橡胶组合物的橡胶成分,多使用与压缩层4的橡胶成分为同一系统的橡胶或同种橡胶。另外,硫化剂或交联剂、共交联剂、硫化促进剂等添加剂的比例也可以分别从与压缩层4的橡胶组合物同样的范围选择。
为了抑制在背面驱动时因背面橡胶的粘附而引起的异常噪声的产生,延伸层3的橡胶组合物中可以含有与压缩层4同样的短纤维。短纤维的形态可以为直线状,也可以为部分弯曲的形状(例如,日本特开2007-120507号公报中记载的磨碎纤维)。在多楔带1的走行时,有可能在延伸层3中沿带周方向产生裂纹而导致多楔带1断裂,但通过使短纤维沿带宽方向或随机的方向取向,能够防止这种情况。另外,为了抑制背面驱动时的异常噪声的产生,可以在延伸层3的表面(带背面)设置凹凸图案。作为凹凸图案,可以列举针织布图案、机织布图案、帘织布图案、压花图案(例如波纹形状)等,大小、深度没有特别限定。
作为芯线5,没有特别限定,可以使用由聚酯纤维(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维等)、脂肪族聚酰胺(尼龙)纤维(尼龙6纤维、尼龙66纤维、尼龙46纤维等)、芳香族聚酰胺(芳族聚酰胺)纤维(共聚对亚苯基-3,4’-氧基二亚苯基-对苯二甲酰胺纤维、聚对亚苯基对苯二甲酰胺纤维等)、聚芳酯纤维、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、PBO纤维等形成的软线。这些纤维可以单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。另外,这些纤维根据后述的挠性夹套51的膨胀率来适当选择。例如,在膨胀率超过2%这样的高延伸的情况下,优选弹性模量低的聚酯纤维(特别是低弹性聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维)、尼龙纤维(特别是尼龙66纤维、尼龙46纤维)。这是因为,对于芳族聚酰胺纤维、PBO纤维等弹性模量高的纤维而言,即使挠性夹套51发生膨胀,纤维也无法充分延伸,埋设于多楔带1中的芯线5的节线不稳定,或者无法形成适当的肋部2的形状。因此,为了使用弹性模量高的纤维,优选将挠性夹套51的膨胀率设定得较低(例如约1%)。
针织布6使用伸缩性优良的纬编,因此,能够更容易地跟随以肋部2形成有凹凸的摩擦传动面(不易产生肋部2的形状不良)。另外,从厚度厚、吸水性优良、能够更可靠地防止压缩层4的橡胶成分的渗出、通过改变纱在摩擦传动面侧与压缩层4侧的露出比例而得到期望的特性出发,针织布6应用多层编织。纬编中,作为织成多层的针织布6,可以列举圆形双罗纹组织(スムース編)、双罗纹组织(インターロック編)、双面罗纹组织(ダブルリブ編)、单面凹凸组织、罗马组织、米兰诺罗纹组织、双面平纹组织、桂花针组织(表面桂花针、背面桂花针、双面桂花针)等。
另外,针织布6以含有聚酯类复合纱和纤维素类天然短纤纱(例如棉纱)和聚酰胺类的纱的方式织成。另外,以在织成多层的针织布6的摩擦传动面侧的层(与驱动带轮21、从动带轮22抵接的面侧)中至少配置有纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱的方式织成。即,对于针织布6的摩擦传动面侧的层,聚酯类复合纱不是必须的构成。针织布6可以进一步含有聚酯类复合纱、纤维素类天然短纤纱、聚酰胺类的纱以外的纤维。针织布6中的、聚酯类复合纱和纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱的总含量优选为80质量%以上。另外,针织布6的摩擦传动面侧的层中的纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱的总含量优选为70质量%以上。
在本实施方式中,聚酯类复合纱为膨体纱。膨体纱是通过使纤维产生卷曲(卷缩性)或者将芯纱用其他纱进行包覆来增大截面的体积而得到的加工纱。膨体纱有共轭纱、包芯纱、卷缩加工纱、仿毛加工纱、塔斯纶加工纱、交织加工纱等,关于作为膨体纱的聚酯类复合纱,优选共轭纱、包芯纱。
共轭纱优选具有将热收缩率不同的两种以上聚合物沿纤维轴向贴合而得到的截面结构。对于具有这样的结构的共轭纱,在制造时或加工时施加热时,因各聚合物的收缩率(热收缩率)的差异而产生卷缩,形成膨体纱。例如有将聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)共轭而成的复合纱(PTT/PET共轭纱)、将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)共轭而成的复合纱(PBT/PET共轭纱)。通过如上所述使用含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的共轭纱作为聚酯类复合纱,能够提高针织布6的伸缩性、膨松性、耐磨损性。另外,含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共轭纱的获得性优良,因此,能够降低成本。另外,包芯纱是通过将芯纱的周围用其他纱覆盖(包覆)而使纱整体的截面的体积增大的纱。例如有以伸缩性优良的聚氨酯(PU)纱作为芯并在其表面包覆聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)而得到的复合纱(PET/PU包芯纱)、以PU作为芯并包覆聚酰胺(PA)而得到的复合纱(PA/PU包芯纱)。这些复合纱中,优选伸缩性、耐磨损性优良的PTT/PET共轭纱。
通过如上所述使用由热收缩率不同的两种以上聚合物构成的膨体纱构成聚酯类复合纱,能够利用两种以上聚合物的热收缩率的差异表现出卷缩性,能够使针织布6具有伸缩性、膨松性。由此,在后述利用模具(内模52、外模53)在多楔带1上形成V形肋部2的制造过程中,能够提高针织布6对V形肋部2的适应性,并且能够抑制压缩层4的橡胶成分经由针织布6向摩擦传动面侧渗出,能够减小摩擦传动面的干燥状态下的摩擦系数与湿润状态下的摩擦系数之差,因此,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。
纤维素类天然短纤纱可以例示将竹纤维、甘蔗纤维、种毛纤维(棉纤维(棉籽绒)、木棉等)、韧皮纤维(例如,麻、楮、黄瑞香等)、叶纤维(例如,马尼拉麻、新西兰麻等)等来源于天然植物的纤维素纤维(纸浆纤维)、羊毛、丝、海鞘纤维素等来源于动物的纤维素纤维、细菌纤维素纤维、藻类的纤维素等纺织而成的纱。其中,从吸水性特别优良的观点出发,优选棉纤维。
在针织布6中,纤维素类天然短纤纱的含量少于5质量%时,有时吸水性降低,耐注水噪声产生性降低。另外,纤维素类天然短纤纱的含量多于60质量%时,有时耐磨损性降低。因此,在本实施方式中,纤维素类天然短纤纱的含量设定为5~60质量%。需要说明的是,在针织布6中,纤维素类天然短纤纱的含量优选为5~55质量%,更优选为5~40质量%,进一步优选为20~40质量%的范围。通过设定为上述范围,能够在不损害多楔带1的耐注水噪声产生性的情况下提高耐磨损性。
聚酰胺类的纱的材质可以例示脂肪族聚酰胺(尼龙)、芳香族聚酰胺(芳族聚酰胺)等。通过使用芳香族聚酰胺(芳族聚酰胺),可以得到更高的耐磨损性,但是,即使是比较廉价的尼龙,耐磨损性也提高。另外,聚酰胺类的纱可以是使长纤维成束的长丝纱,也可以是将短纤维(staple)进行纺织而成的短纤纱(spun yarn)。长丝纱的情况下,可以是将长丝并纱而成的无捻束,也可以是将并纱后的长丝进行捻合而成的加捻纱,从提高耐磨损性的观点、编织的作业性的观点出发,优选为加捻纱。
在针织布6中,聚酰胺类的纱的含量少于5质量%时,有时耐磨损性降低。另外,聚酰胺类的纱的含量多于60质量%时,有时吸水性降低,耐注水噪声产生性降低。因此,在本实施方式中,聚酰胺类的纱的含量设定为5~60质量%。需要说明的是,在针织布6中,聚酰胺类的纱的含量优选为15~60质量%,更优选为20~55质量%,进一步优选为20~40质量%的范围。通过设定为上述范围,能够在不损害多楔带1的耐注水噪声产生性的情况下提高耐磨损性。
此外,在本实施方式的针织布6中,聚酰胺类的纱与纤维素类天然短纤纱的质量比设定为5:95~95:5的范围。作为其原因是因为,聚酰胺类的纱的含有比例少于左侧所述范围时,有时耐磨损性降低,多于左侧所述范围时,有时吸水性降低,耐注水噪声产生性降低。需要说明的是,在针织布6中,聚酰胺类的纱与纤维素类天然短纤纱的质量比优选为10:90~90:10,更优选为20:80~80:20,进一步优选为30:70~70:30的范围。通过设定为上述范围,能够在不损害多楔带1的耐注水噪声产生性的情况下提高耐磨损性。
另外,在针织布6中,优选纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱以均匀分散的方式配置。在本实施方式中,通过在织成多层的针织布6的摩擦传动面侧的层(与驱动带轮21、从动带轮22抵接的面侧)中至少含有纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱这两者,可抑制纤维素类天然短纤纱的磨损,因此表现出能够长期地保持耐注水噪声产生性这样的效果,聚酰胺类的纱位于纤维素类天然短纤纱(A)的附近时(均匀分散地配置),可显著地得到该效果。例如,(聚酰胺类的纱的根数:纤维素类天然短纤纱的根数)为1:1的情况下,优选将各纱一根一根地交替编织。但是,以将10根聚酰胺类的纱和10根纤维素类天然短纤纱排列在一起的方式编织的情况下,位于距聚酰胺类的纱较远的位置的纤维素类天然短纤纱容易发生磨损,因此,耐注水噪声产生性容易降低。
具体而言,相对于针织布整体的质量,纤维素类天然短纤纱的质量比设定为40%,聚酰胺类的纱的质量比设定为20%,纱的单位重量相同的情况下,相对于每2根纤维素类天然短纤纱而编织1根聚酰胺类的纱。这种情况下,例如使用股数24的针织机时,与将16股纤维素类天然短纤纱和8股聚酰胺类的纱排列在一起相比(参考图3(B)),以将2股纤维素类天然短纤纱和1股聚酰胺类的纱反复排列8次的方式进行排列的情况下(参考图3(A)),聚酰胺类的纱位于纤维素类天然短纤纱的附近,因此,能够更可靠地抑制纤维素类天然短纤纱的磨损。另外,吸水性不存在不均匀,因此,还能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。在本说明书和权利要求书中,“纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱均匀分散”是指相邻的12根纱中至少含有1根聚酰胺类的纱。
另外,构成针织布6的聚酯类复合纱、纤维素类天然短纤纱、聚酰胺类的纱优选为各自捻合有长丝、纤维的加捻纱。通过在构成针织布6的纱中使长丝、纤维集束,耐磨损性提高。另外,通过在构成针织布6的纱中使长丝、纤维捻合集束,容易织成针织布,能够抑制长丝、纤维起毛,因此,能够提高多楔带1的外观品质。
另外,针织布6优选不含聚氨酯。通过在针织布6中不含与纤维材料相比吸水性、耐磨损性低的聚氨酯,能够使得针织布6的吸水性、耐磨损性不降低。需要说明的是,由于针织布6中不含经常采用的聚氨酯纱等因此也被认为伸缩性差,但是,由于针织布6含有伸缩性优良的聚酯类复合纱,因此,能够确保伸缩性。此外,针织布6可以含有聚酯类复合纱、纤维素类天然短纤纱、聚酰胺类的纱以·BR>O的纤维。针织布6中的聚酯类复合纱和纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱的总含量优选为80质量%以上。另外,针织布6的摩擦传动面侧的层中的纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱的总含量优选为70质量%以上。
另外,含有膨体纱而织成多层的针织布6的厚度优选为0.6mm以上。通过使针织布6的厚度为0.6mm以上,能够抑制压缩层4的橡胶成分经由针织布6向摩擦传动面侧渗出,能够减小摩擦传动面的干燥状态下的摩擦系数与湿润状态下的摩擦系数之差,因此,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。需要说明的是,针织布6的厚度为0.7mm以上时,能够更可靠地抑制压缩层4的橡胶成分经由针织布6向摩擦传动面侧渗出,特别优选为0.8mm以上。
另外,针织布6中可以含有或附着表面活性剂、亲水性柔软剂作为亲水化处理剂。如此在针织布6中含有或附着亲水化处理剂的情况下,在摩擦传动面(针织布6)上附着有水滴时,该水滴在亲水化处理后的针织布6的表面迅速润湿扩散而形成水膜,进而,水被针织布6的纤维素类天然短纤纱吸收,摩擦传动面上的水膜消失。因此,可进一步抑制湿润状态下的摩擦传动面的摩擦系数的降低。
作为亲水化处理剂,可以使用表面活性剂、亲水性柔软剂。作为使这些亲水化处理剂含有或附着在针织布6中的方法,可以采用对针织布6喷涂亲水化处理剂的方法、在针织布6上涂覆亲水化处理剂的方法、或者将针织布6浸渍于亲水化处理剂中的方法。另外,在使亲水化处理剂为表面活性剂的情况下,在多楔带1的制作时也可以采用如下方法:将表面活性剂涂布于在内周面刻设有多个肋模的筒状外模的表面并进行硫化成形,由此,使针织布6含有表面活性剂。这些方法中,从能够简便且均匀地含有、附着亲水化处理剂出发,优选将针织布6浸渍于亲水化处理剂中的方法。
表面活性剂是指在分子内具有容易与水相容的亲水基和容易与油相容的疏水基(亲油基)的物质的统称,除了具有将极性物质和非极性物质均匀地混合的作用以外,还具有如下作用:减小表面张力而提高润湿性,或者表面活性剂夹在物质与物质之间而减小界面的摩擦。
表面活性剂的种类没有特别限定,可以使用离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂等。非离子表面活性剂可以为聚乙二醇型非离子表面活性剂或多元醇型非离子表面活性剂。
聚乙二醇型非离子表面活性剂为在高级醇、烷基酚、高级脂肪酸、多元醇高级脂肪酸酯、高级脂肪酸酰胺、聚丙二醇等具有疏水基的疏水性基础成分上加成环氧乙烷而赋予了亲水基的非离子表面活性剂。
另外,出于提高与构成压缩层4的橡胶组合物(形成肋部2的表面的橡胶组合物)的粘接性的目的,可以对针织布6实施粘接处理。作为这样的针织布6的粘接处理,可以列举在将环氧化合物或异氰酸酯化合物溶解在有机溶剂(甲苯、二甲苯、甲乙酮等)而得到的树脂类处理液中的浸渍处理、在间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳液(RFL液)中的浸渍处理、在将橡胶组合物溶于有机溶剂而得到的橡胶糊中的浸渍处理等。作为其他粘接处理的方法,也可以采用例如使针织布6和橡胶组合物从压延辊通过而将橡胶组合物碾入针织布6中的摩擦处理、在针织布6上涂布橡胶糊的涂胶处理、在针织布6上层叠橡胶组合物的包覆处理等。通过如此对针织布6进行粘接处理,能够提高与压缩层4的粘接性,能够防止多楔带1的走行时的针织布6的剥离。另外,通过进行粘接处理,还能够提高肋部2的耐磨损性。
在此,优选通过上述粘接处理使得构成压缩层4的橡胶组合物粘接于针织布6,结果使得在针织布6的摩擦传动面(与驱动带轮21、从动带轮22抵接的面侧)没有橡胶组合物的渗出。存在橡胶组合物从针织布6向摩擦传动面侧的渗出时,吸水性降低,因此,湿润时的摩擦系数的降低增大,耐注水噪声产生性降低。因此,通过消除橡胶组合物向针织布6的摩擦传动面的渗出,能够确保充分的吸水性,因此,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。
(多楔带1的制造方法)
以下,基于图4对多楔带1的制造方法进行说明。首先,如图4(a)所示,在外周面上安装有挠性夹套51的筒状的内模52上卷绕未硫化的延伸层用片3S,在其上以螺旋状旋压芯线5,进一步在其上依次卷绕(覆盖)未硫化的压缩层用片4S和针织布6,制成成形体10。然后,在内周面刻设有多个肋模53a的外模53的内周侧,将卷绕有成形体10的内模52以同心状进行设置。此时,在外模53的内周面与成形体10的外周面之间设置预定的间隙。
在此,如上所述,成形出多楔带1时,针织布6需要以跟随压缩层用片4S的外周的方式成形为圆筒状。因此,虽然存在使用圆形针织机等准备无接头的无缝针织布的方法,但是,这种情况下需要准备与多楔带1的长度(周长)相对应的无缝针织布。此时,使用相对于多楔带1的长度而过长的(周长过大的)针织布的情况下,针织布过大而发生交叠,有可能产生品质异常,相反,使用过短的(周长过小的)针织布的情况下,可以预想到成形的肋部2的形状变得不良、或者压缩层用片4S的橡胶组合物在摩擦传动面渗出而耐注水噪声产生性降低这样的不良。因此,如果要制造各种长度的多楔带1,需要准备与其相同数量的半成品,容易产生浪费。
因此,为了使针织布6以跟随压缩层用片4S的外周的方式成形为圆筒状,优选采用根据多楔带1的长度而将四边形的针织布6的两端接合来制作筒状的针织布6的方法。这种情况下,无论什么样的多楔带1的长度都能够准备(调节)最佳的周长的针织布6,因此,品质稳定。此外,除圆形针织机以外也可以使用横机,因此,自由度高,半成品也可以为一种,因此避免了浪费。
作为将针织布6的两端接合的方法,可以例示出如下方法:在利用加热至构成针织布6的纱的熔点附近的温度的刀具切断的同时对其切截面进行熔敷的方法(热熔、热熔敷)、通过超声波振动的刀具进行按压而同时进行切断和熔敷的方法(超声波熔敷)、缝纫机接合、锁边缝制、对接等。作为将针织布6的两端接合的时机,可以在多楔带1的成形前预先进行,也可以在多楔带1的成形中进行(例如,在卷绕于内模52的压缩层用片4S上进行针织布6的两端的接合)。在多楔带1的成形前进行的情况下,可以方便地应用热熔、超声波熔敷、缝纫机接合、锁边缝制,在多楔带1的成形中进行的情况下,可以方便地应用对接。其中,从针织布6的接缝的外观良好出发,优选超声波熔敷、对接。另外,针织布6的接合部位可以为1个部位,也可以为多个部位。从减少工时、提高外观的观点出发,针织布6的接合部位优选为1个部位或2个部位。
接着,如图4(b)所示,使上述挠性夹套51向着外模53的内周面以预定的膨胀率(例如1~6%)膨胀,将成形体10的压缩层用片4S和针织布6压入外模53的肋模53a中,在该状态下进行硫化处理(例如160℃、30分钟)。
最后,如图4(c)所示,将内模52从外模53拔出,使具有多个肋部2的硫化橡胶套筒10A从外模53中脱模后,使用刀具将硫化橡胶套筒10A沿周长方向切割成预定的宽度,加工成多楔带1。需要说明的是,多楔带1的制造方法不限于上述方法,例如,也可以采用日本特开2004-82702号公报等公开的其他公知的方法。
根据上述多楔带1,通过使包覆摩擦传动面侧的针织布6含有纤维素类天然短纤纱,能够提高多楔带1的吸水性,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。另外,通过使针织布6含有聚酯类复合纱,能够提高针织布6的伸缩性,能够提高利用模具(内模52、外模53)在多楔带1上形成V形肋部2时的针织布6对V形肋部2的适应性。另外,通过使针织布6含有聚酰胺类的纱,能够提高耐磨损性,能够抑制纤维素类天然短纤纱发生磨损,能够长期地保持耐注水噪声产生性。
另外,通过对包覆多楔带1的摩擦传动面侧的针织布6进行纬编使得伸缩性提高,因此,能够在利用模具(内模52、外模53)在多楔带1上形成V形肋部2的制造过程中不易产生肋部2的形状不良。另外,通过使针织布6为多层结构,能够抑制压缩层4的橡胶成分经由针织布6向摩擦传动面侧渗出,能够减小摩擦传动面的干燥状态下的摩擦系数与湿润状态下的摩擦系数之差,因此,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。
另外,通过将吸水性高的纤维素类天然短纤纱配置于多楔带1的摩擦传动面侧的层中,能够快速地吸收渗入至驱动带轮21和从动带轮22与多楔带1之间的水而使摩擦系数稳定(抑制湿润状态下的摩擦系数的降低),因此,能够提高耐注水噪声产生性。进而通过将耐磨损性高的聚酰胺类的纱配置于摩擦传动面侧的层中,能够抑制纤维素类天然短纤纱发生磨损,能够长期地保持耐注水噪声产生性。
实施例
接着,如表1和表2所示,制作实施例1~5和比较例1~4的多楔带,进行对橡胶在摩擦传动面有无渗出进行观察的橡胶渗出观察试验、摩擦系数测定试验、跑偏噪声产生评价试验(噪声产生临界角度测定)和耐磨损性试验。
实施例1~5全部为双面桂花针组织的纬编多层针织布,使用棉纱(50支纱的短纤纱)作为纤维素类天然短纤纱(A),使用PTT/PET共轭纱(东丽株式会社制、84分特克斯)作为聚酯类复合纱(B)。作为聚酰胺类的纱(C),实施例1~4中使用尼龙长丝纱(东丽株式会社制、尼龙66、110分特克斯),实施例5中使用芳族聚酰胺长丝纱(帝人株式会社制、Technora、110分特克斯)。另外,在实施例1~5中以PTT/PET共轭纱位于压缩层侧、棉纱和聚酰胺类的纱位于摩擦传动面侧(与带轮接触的一侧)的方式编织。在实施例1~4中,使棉纱与聚酰胺类的纱的比率(质量比)变化,评价对耐注水噪声产生性、耐磨损性的影响。
比较例1是使用棉纱作为纤维素类天然短纤纱(A)、使用PTT/PET共轭纱作为聚酯类复合纱(B)且不含聚酰胺类的纱(C)的构成的纬编多层针织布。比较例2是由棉和聚氨酯的包芯加工纱构成的单层的纬针织布。比较例3是由尼龙和聚氨酯的塔斯纶加工纱构成的单层的纬针织布。比较例4虽然是与实施例1相同构成的针织布,但与实施例1正反颠倒使用,由此,在摩擦传动面侧配置PTT/PET共轭纱、在压缩层侧配置棉纱和尼龙长丝纱。
(橡胶渗出观察试验)
在橡胶渗出观察试验中,利用显微镜将多楔带1的摩擦传动面放大20倍进行拍摄,使用图像分析软件计算橡胶在摩擦传动面露出的面积比例。根据对任意5个部位进行测定而得的平均值,在橡胶在摩擦传动面露出的面积比例小于5%的情况下判断为橡胶渗出为“无”、在橡胶在摩擦传动面露出的面积比例为5%以上的情况下判断为橡胶渗出为“有”。
(摩擦系数测定试验)
如图5所示,摩擦系数测定试验中,使用配置有直径121.6mm的驱动带轮(Dr.)、直径76.2mm的惰轮(IDL.1)、直径61.0mm的惰轮(IDL.2)、直径76.2mm的惰轮(IDL.3)、直径77.0mm的惰轮(IDL.4)、直径121.6mm的从动带轮(Dn.)的试验机,在这些各带轮上挂设多楔带1来进行。
如图5(a)所示,在假设为通常走行时的干燥状态的试验中,在室温条件下(23℃),使驱动带轮(Dr.)的转速为400rpm、使带向从动带轮(Dn.)上的卷绕角度α为π/9弧度(20°),施加恒定载荷(180N/6肋)而使多楔带1走行,提高从动带轮(Dn.)的扭矩,根据多楔带1相对于从动带轮(Dn.)的滑动速度达到最大(100%滑动)时的从动带轮(Dn.)的扭矩值,使用(1)式求出摩擦系数μ。

在此,T1为张紧侧张力,T2为松弛侧张力。
从动带轮(Dn.)入口侧的松弛侧张力T2与恒定载荷(180N/6肋)相等,出口侧的张紧侧张力T1为该恒定载荷与从动带轮(Dn.)的扭矩所产生的张力相加而得到的张力。
如图5(b)所示,在假设为雨天走行时的湿润状态的试验中,使驱动带轮(Dr.)的转速为800rpm,使带向从动带轮(Dn.)上的卷绕角度α为π/4弧度(45°),在从动带轮(Dn.)的入口附近在1分钟内连续地注入300ml的水。其他条件与干燥状态的试验相同,使用(1)式求出摩擦系数μ。
(跑偏噪声产生评价试验)
如图6所示,跑偏噪声产生评价试验中,使用配置有直径90mm的驱动带轮(Dr.)、直径70mm的惰轮(IDL.1)、直径120mm的跑偏带轮(W/P)、直径80mm的张紧带轮(Ten.)、直径70mm的惰轮(IDL.2)、直径80mm的惰轮(IDL.3)的试验机,将惰轮(IDL.1)与跑偏带轮(W/P)的轴间跨距设定为135mm,进行调整以使全部带轮位于同一平面上(跑偏的角度0°)。
然后,在试验机的各带轮上挂设多楔带1,在室温条件下(23℃),使驱动带轮(Dr.)的转速为1000rpm,使带张力为300N/6肋,在驱动带轮(Dr.)的出口附近向多楔带1的摩擦传动面定期地(间隔约30秒钟)注入5cc的水,以使跑偏带轮(W/P)相对于其他各带轮向近前侧错位(使跑偏的角度逐渐增大)的跑偏方式使多楔带1走行,求出在跑偏带轮(W/P)的入口附近产生噪声时的跑偏的角度(噪声产生临界角度)。另外,假设通常走行的情况,对于不进行注水的干燥状态也同样地求出噪声产生临界角度。需要说明的是,该噪声产生临界角度越大,表示抗噪声产生性越优良。
(耐磨损性试验)
虽然省略了图示,但在耐磨损性试验中,使用依次配置有直径120mm的驱动带轮(Dr.)、直径75mm的惰轮(IDL.1)、直径60mm的张紧带轮(Ten.)、直径120mm的从动带轮(Dn.)的试验机。在这些各带轮上挂设多楔带1,在120℃的气氛下,使驱动带轮(Dr.)的转速为4900rpm,在张紧带轮(Ten.)上负荷890N的轴载荷作为初始载荷,使其走行200小时,测定试验前后的带质量,利用(2)式求出磨损率。
磨损率=(试验前质量-试验后质量)/试验前质量×100(%)(2)
需要说明的是,磨损率的值越低,表示耐磨损性越优良。
(关于针织布的厚度)
将所制作的实施例1~5和比较例1~4的多楔带沿带宽度方向切断,利用显微镜对其截面进行拍摄,测定包覆摩擦传动面的针织布6的平均厚度。

(各试验结果的考察)
在针织布6中含有纤维素类天然短纤纱(A)、聚酯类复合纱(B)和聚酰胺类的纱(C)、在摩擦传动面侧的层中配置有纤维素类天然短纤纱(A)和聚酰胺类的纱(C)的实施例1~5中,没有橡胶向摩擦传动面的渗出,干燥状态下的摩擦系数与湿润状态下的摩擦系数之差Δμ小,耐注水噪声产生性高。此外,200小时耐久后磨损率低,耐磨损性也优良。
着眼于针织布6中的棉与尼龙的质量比对耐注水噪声产生性和耐磨损性带来的影响时,在尼龙的质量比为20~55%之间的实施例1、2和4中,干燥状态下的摩擦系数与湿润状态下的摩擦系数之差Δμ小(耐注水噪声产生性高),耐磨损性也优良。在尼龙的质量比为5%而较低的实施例3中,干燥状态下的摩擦系数与湿润状态下的摩擦系数之差Δμ最小,另一方面,耐磨损性较低。
在使用了芳族聚酰胺作为聚酰胺类的纱(C)的实施例5中,在具有与使用了尼龙的实施例1相同的耐注水噪声产生性的情况下,发现了耐磨损性的提高。
另一方面,在不含聚酰胺类的纱(C)的比较例1中,耐磨损性大幅降低。另外,在使用了棉/聚氨酯的包芯加工纱的比较例2中,存在橡胶向摩擦传动面的渗出,因此,耐注水噪声产生性低,此外耐磨损性也低。另外,在使用了尼龙/聚氨酯的塔斯纶加工纱的比较例3中,与比较例1、比较例2相比,耐注水噪声产生性为相同程度,虽然发现耐磨损性略微提高,但也存在橡胶向摩擦传动面的渗出,为实用上不充分的水平。在针织布的构成本身与实施例1相同但将针织布正反颠倒使用而将棉和尼龙配置于压缩层侧的比较例4中,棉和尼龙的吸水性、耐磨损性没有充分发挥,结果是耐注水噪声产生性和耐磨损性低。
参考特定的实施方式对本发明详细地进行了说明,但对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,可以在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下进行各种修正和变更。

Claims (13)
1.一种多楔带,其摩擦传动面由纬编多层针织布构成,其特征在于,
所述纬编多层针织布含有纤维素类天然短纤纱、聚酯类复合纱和聚酰胺类的纱,在所述摩擦传动面侧的层中至少配置有所述纤维素类天然短纤纱和所述聚酰胺类的纱。
2.如权利要求1所述的多楔带,其特征在于,在所述纬编多层针织布中,所述聚酰胺类的纱的含量为5~60质量%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的多楔带,其特征在于,在所述纬编多层针织布中,所述纤维素类天然短纤纱的含量为5~60质量%。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的多楔带,其特征在于,在所述纬编多层针织布中,所述聚酰胺类的纱与纤维素类天然短纤纱的质量比为(聚酰胺类的纱:纤维素类天然短纤纱)=5:95~95:5。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的多楔带,其特征在于,所述纬编多层针织布中所含的所述聚酯类复合纱为由热收缩率不同的两种以上聚合物构成的膨体纱。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的多楔带,其特征在于,所述纬编多层针织布中所含的所述聚酯类复合纱为含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的共轭纱。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的多楔带,其特征在于,所述纬编多层针织布中所含的所述聚酰胺类的纱含有尼龙或芳族聚酰胺纤维。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的多楔带,其特征在于,构成所述纬编多层针织布的纱各自捻合有长丝、纤维。

10.如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的多楔带,其特征在于,包覆所述摩擦传动面的所述纬编多层针织布的厚度为0.6mm以上。
11.如权利要求1~10中任一项所述的多楔带,其特征在于,在所述纬编多层针织布的摩擦传动面侧的层中,所述纤维素类天然短纤纱和聚酰胺类的纱以均匀分散的方式配置。
12.如权利要求1~11中任一项所述的多楔带,其特征在于,
所述多楔带含有橡胶作为构成要素,
在该橡胶的摩擦传动面侧包覆有所述纬编多层针织布,
没有所述橡胶从所述纬编多层针织布向摩擦传动面的渗出。
13.一种多楔带的制造方法,其是权利要求1~12中任一项所述的多楔带的制造方法,其中,
使将所述纬编多层针织布的两端接合而成的筒状的该纬编多层针织布覆盖于未硫化的压缩层用片上;或者在未硫化的压缩层用片上将所述纬编多层针织布的两端接合。
