2. Preparation of an anti-aging composition.
Example 1 an anti-aging composition was prepared by the following method: adding the thickening agent into deionized water under the stirring condition, and homogenizing for 2min under the stirring condition of 1200r/min to obtain a first mixed system. And then heating while stirring, adjusting the temperature of the first mixed system to 60 ℃, and adding a humectant to obtain a second mixed system. Stirring and heating are continued to heat the second mixed system to 75 ℃ and keep the temperature for 30 min. And after heat preservation, cooling the second mixed system to 60 ℃, adding a neutralizing agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a third mixed system. And cooling the third mixed system to 30 ℃, adding the anti-aging preparation and the preservative, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain orange semitransparent liquid, namely the anti-aging composition in the embodiment 1.
Example 2 an anti-aging composition was prepared by: adding the thickening agent into deionized water under the stirring condition, and homogenizing for 2min under the stirring condition of 1200r/min to obtain a first mixed system. And cooling the third mixed system to 25 ℃, adding the anti-aging preparation and the preservative, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain orange semitransparent liquid, namely the anti-aging composition in the embodiment 3.
Example 4 an anti-aging composition was prepared by: adding the thickening agent into deionized water under the stirring condition, and homogenizing for 2min under the stirring condition of 1000r/min to obtain a first mixed system. And then heating while stirring, adjusting the temperature of the first mixed system to 65 ℃, and adding a humectant to obtain a second mixed system. Stirring and heating are continued to heat the second mixed system to 70 ℃ and keep the temperature for 25 min. And after heat preservation, cooling the second mixed system to 62 ℃, adding a neutralizer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a third mixed system. And cooling the third mixed system to 25 ℃, adding the anti-aging preparation and the preservative, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain orange semitransparent liquid, namely the anti-aging composition in the embodiment 4.
Example 5 an anti-aging composition was prepared by: adding the thickening agent into deionized water under the stirring condition, and homogenizing for 3min under the stirring condition of 1000r/min to obtain a first mixed system. And then heating while stirring, adjusting the temperature of the first mixed system to 65 ℃, and adding a humectant to obtain a second mixed system. Stirring and heating are continued to heat the second mixed system to 72 ℃ and keep the temperature for 40 min. And after heat preservation, cooling the second mixed system to 65 ℃, adding a neutralizing agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a third mixed system. And cooling the third mixed system to 30 ℃, adding the anti-aging preparation and the preservative, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain orange semitransparent liquid, namely the anti-aging composition in the embodiment 5.
Example 6 an anti-aging composition was prepared by: adding the thickening agent into deionized water under the stirring condition, and homogenizing for 1.5min under the stirring condition of 1200r/min to obtain a first mixed system. And then heating while stirring, adjusting the temperature of the first mixed system to 65 ℃, and adding a humectant to obtain a second mixed system. Stirring and heating are continued to heat the second mixed system to 72 ℃ and keep the temperature for 25 min. And after heat preservation, cooling the second mixed system to 60 ℃, adding a neutralizer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a third mixed system. And cooling the third mixed system to 30 ℃, adding the anti-aging preparation and the preservative, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain orange semitransparent liquid, namely the anti-aging composition in the embodiment 6.
Method for preparing the compositions of comparative examples 1 to 5 the method for preparing the anti-aging composition of example 2 is the same.
3. And (4) testing the performance of the composition.
(1) And testing heat resistance and cold resistance.
The compositions obtained in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were diluted 10 times with deionized water, respectively. The pH values of the composition after dilution were:
example 1 to example 6: 5.3, 5.5, 5.0, 5.8, 5.2, 6.0;
comparative examples 1 to 6: 6.6,6.7,6.6,6.8,7.1,6.2.
From the pH data, it is clear that the pH values of the compositions diluted in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 6 are mild and non-irritating, and correspond to the pH environment of human skin.
And (3) heat resistance test: the diluted composition was stored at 45. + -. 2 ℃ for 60 days, and then returned to room temperature, and the appearance and odor of the composition were observed. The results showed that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 were free from any abnormal appearance and odor after being stored at 45. + -. 2 ℃ for 60 days. The compositions of comparative examples 1 to 5 were not abnormal in appearance and odor, and the composition of comparative example 6 was cloudy and smelly.
Cold resistance test: the diluted composition was stored at-17. + -. 2 ℃ for 60 days, then returned to room temperature, and the appearance and odor of the composition were observed. The results showed that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 were free from any abnormal appearance and odor after storage at-17. + -. 2 ℃ for 60 days. The compositions of comparative examples 1 to 5 were not abnormal in appearance and odor, and the composition of comparative example 6 was cloudy and smelly.
And (3) cycle testing: placing the diluted composition at 45 + -2 deg.C for 24h, then at room temperature for 24h, then at-17 + -2 deg.C for 24h, circulating for 3 times, then recovering to room temperature, and observing appearance and odor of the composition. The results show that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 had no abnormal appearance and odor after the cycle test. The compositions of comparative examples 1 to 5 were not abnormal in appearance and odor, and the composition of comparative example 6 was slightly cloudy in appearance and had an off-flavor.
(2) And testing physical and chemical indexes.
The compositions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were diluted 10 times with deionized water, respectively, and prepared into masks by the same process. 120 healthy skin volunteers were randomly selected and tested, one group was taken for each 10 persons, each group was taken as a unit, and the test results were obtained by averaging the facial mask samples of test examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 6.
The test is carried out according to QB/T2872-2007, the medicine is applied before sleeping every day for 30 days continuously, and the test results are shown in tables 2-4.
Wherein the moisture content of the skin is measured using a skin moisture tester.
Skin elasticity was measured using a skin elasticity tester MPA580 from CK, germany, using a Reviscometer RV600 probe.
The wrinkle, the compactness, the fineness and the glossiness are all measured by a skin detector, and particularly, a Visia skin detector is adopted.
The experience feeling scoring is used for scoring according to the experience degree of a user, the qi and blood improvement effect is scored according to the comparison between the front and the back of the use condition, the total score is 10, the score is good from 8 to 10, the score is general from 6 to 8, and the score of 6 and below is poor experience feeling; the skin color qi and blood improvement effect is evaluated within 1-10 points through observation, 10 points indicate that the improvement effect is the best, and 1 point indicates that the improvement effect is the worst.

As is clear from the results in tables 2 to 4, the compositions of examples 1 to 6 exhibited better moisturizing effects, particularly better effects in improving skin elasticity, improving wrinkles, and the like, than those of comparative examples 1 to 6.

1. An anti-aging formulation characterized by: the weight ratio of (0.1-4): (0.25-4): (1-8): (0.2-2) preparing hydrolyzed oat protein, red yeast rice extract, plant extract and acetyl hexapeptide-8;
the plant extract is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 1: 2: 1.5: 3: 3: 4: 10 radix astragali extract, radix Saposhnikoviae extract, herba Sidae Rhombifoliae extract, flos Albizziae extract, rhizoma Gastrodiae extract, butanediol and water; the red yeast rice extract, the astragalus membranaceus root extract, the divaricate saposhnikovia root extract, the calendula officinalis extract, the albizia flower extract and the gastrodia elata root extract are water extracts of corresponding raw materials.
2. The anti-aging formulation of claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of (0.8-2): (0.5-1.5): (1-4): (0.5-1) hydrolyzed oat protein, red yeast rice extract, plant extract and acetyl hexapeptide-8.
3. An anti-aging composition characterized by: the material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
the anti-aging preparation of any one of claims 1-2, 1.55-18%, a thickener, 0.05-0.85%, a humectant, 2.11-16.1%, a neutralizer, 0.01-0.04%, a preservative, 0.4-1%, and a solvent, 64.01-95.88%.
4. The anti-aging composition of claim 3, wherein: the material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
2.8-8.5% of the anti-aging preparation, 0.1-0.4% of the thickening agent, 5-10% of the humectant, 0.01-0.03% of the neutralizing agent, 0.4-0.8% of the preservative and 80.27-91.69% of the solvent.
5. The anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 3 to 4, wherein: the thickening agent is one or more of carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose and xanthan gum; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the humectant is one or more of sodium hyaluronate, propylene glycol, butanediol and betaine; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the neutralizing agent is at least one of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the preservative is one or more of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 1, 2-hexanediol and 1, 3-propylene glycol; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the solvent is at least one of water and propylene glycol.
6. The anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 3 to 4, wherein: the anti-aging composition comprises, by mass, 0.02% -0.3% of carbomer, 0.01% -0.2% of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 0.02% -0.35% of xanthan gum.
7. The anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 3 to 4, wherein: the anti-aging composition comprises, by mass, 0.01-0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 1-4% of propylene glycol, 1-9% of butanediol and 0.1-3% of betaine.
8. A method of preparing the anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 3 to 7, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
mixing the thickening agent and the solvent to obtain a first mixed system;
adjusting the temperature of the first mixed system to 50-70 ℃, and then adding the humectant to obtain a second mixed system;
adjusting the temperature of the second mixed system to 65-80 ℃ and preserving the heat for 20-40 min;
mixing the neutralizer with the second mixed system after heat preservation to obtain a third mixed system;
adjusting the temperature of the third mixed system to 10-40 ℃, and mixing the anti-aging preparation, the preservative and the third mixed system.
9. A skin care product characterized by: comprising the anti-aging formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 2 or the anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 3 to 7.
10. The skin care product of claim 9, wherein: the skin care product is any one of facial mask, skin lotion, skin milk and skin cream.
