Further, the invention also provides an application of the anti-wrinkle composition in preparing skin care products such as anti-wrinkle products; preferably, the skin care product can be one of eye cream, eye gel, eye mask, eye essence, eye patch, face cream, face cleaning, skin care water, essence, skin care cream, facial mask, neck cream, freeze-dried powder, sun protection and the like.
Specifically, the anti-wrinkle composition is added in an amount of 1% to 99% by weight of the total mass of the skin care product, for example: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, etc.
Further, when the anti-wrinkle product is used as an eye care product, such as eye cream, eye essence, eye gel, etc., the anti-wrinkle composition is added in an amount of 1% to 50% based on the total mass of the eye care product; when the eye care product is an eye mask, eye patch, or the like, the anti-wrinkle composition is added in an amount of 1% -20%.
Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
In the examples, the extraction process of the Bonatate spirulina extract is as follows:
weighing 10mg of algae powder, adding 5mL of 0.5mol/L H 2 SO 4 In the above, the mixture was stirred in a water bath at 80℃for 0.5h, and then centrifuged at 8000r/min for 10min, and the supernatant was collected. Examples 1 to 10
Anti-wrinkle compositions of examples 1-10 were prepared according to the mass percentages of the components in tables 1-2 below.
Wherein, the preparation method of the anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following steps:
1) Adding sterilized deionized water into main pot, adding hyaluronic acid, glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, betaine, EDTA-2NA, and methylparaben under stirring, heating to 82 deg.C, homogenizing at 3000rpm for 3min, stirring until no block is formed, and maintaining the temperature for 20min.
2) Cooling to 45deg.C, adding Bonatte spirulina extract, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, and dipeptide diamino Ding Xianbian base amide diacetate, phenoxyethanol, stirring, cooling to 35deg.C, inspecting, and discharging.
Comparative examples 1 to 7
According to the following preparation methods of examples 1 to 10, anti-wrinkle compositions of comparative examples 1 to 7 were prepared according to the mass percentages of the respective components in table 3.

Anti-wrinkle Performance test
The detection method for the crease resistance test is as follows:
1.1 subject screening criteria
Healthy female subjects between 20 and 50 years of age; and the subjects are all nonsensitive vaccinia muscles; the number of people is 85.
1.2 application sites: periocular region
1.3 frequency of use: the medicine is used for 1 time in the morning and at night, and is used for 28 days continuously, and 0.8g of medicine is used each time.
1.4 test environmental conditions
The temperature is 21+/-1 ℃ and the relative humidity is 50+/-5%;

The under-eye lines were analyzed using Primos CR image acquisition and analysis, as set forth in table 4 below.

From the results of Table 4, it is seen that there is a tendency for the number of fine lines to be improved as the mass percentage of Bonatte spirulina extract, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, and dipeptidyl diamino Ding Xianbian-ylamide diacetate in the formulation is gradually increased in examples 1 to 10. From example 1 and comparative examples 1-7, it is seen that the combination and compounding of Bonatte spirulina extract, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, and dipeptide diamino Ding Xianbian-based amide diacetate can achieve an effect significantly better than that achieved by single or simple combination, and achieve the effect of reducing fine wrinkles.
Therefore, the composition of the present invention can be used to improve wrinkles.

Claims (12)

1. An anti-wrinkle composition, comprising the following composition:
an extract of spirulina platensis;
palmitoyl tripeptide-5;
dipeptide diamino Ding Xianbian-yl amide diacetate;
the content of the Bonateglinide spirulina extract is 0.001% -5%, the content of the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is 0.001% -0.05% and the content of the dipeptide diamino Ding Xianbian-based amide diacetate is 0.001% -0.05% based on 100% of the total mass of the anti-wrinkle composition;
the mass ratio of the Bonatte spirulina extract to the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 to the dipeptide diamino Ding Xianbian-based amide diacetate is 3.5-90:1-20:1;
the Bonatate spirulina extract is obtained by extracting with an acid agent.

The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1, wherein the content of the bolsteride spirulina extract is 0.001% -3%, the content of the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is 0.001% -0.04%, and the content of the dipeptide diamino Ding Xianbian-ylamide diacetate is 0.001% -0.04% based on 100% of the total mass of the anti-wrinkle composition.

The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 2, wherein the content of the bolsteride spirulina extract is 0.001% -2%, the content of the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is 0.001% -0.03%, and the content of the dipeptide diamino Ding Xianbian-ylamide diacetate is 0.001% -0.03% based on 100% of the total mass of the anti-wrinkle composition.

The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 3, wherein the content of the Bonateglinide spirulina extract is 0.001% -1.5%, the content of the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is 0.001% -0.02%, and the content of the dipeptide diamino Ding Xianbian-based amid diacetate is 0.001% -0.02% based on 100% of the total mass of the anti-wrinkle composition.
5. The anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising one or a combination of two or more of a humectant, a chelating agent, a preservative, and a solvent; the humectant is added in an amount of 1% -50% based on 100% of the total mass of the anti-wrinkle composition; the addition amount of the chelating agent is 0.01-1%; the addition amount of the preservative is 0.1-1%, and the addition amount of the solvent is 22-95%.

The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 5, wherein the humectant comprises one or more of 1, 3-propanediol, propylene glycol, pentanediol, hexanediol, sorbitol, glycerin, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, xylitol, erythritol, glycereth-26, β -glucan, methylgluceth-20, methylgluceth-10, erythrulose, bioglycol-1, betaine, rhamnose, oat β -glucan, chitosan, polyethylene glycols, water-soluble oils, water-soluble silicone oils, and sodium hyaluronate.
7. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 5, wherein the chelating agent comprises EDTA-2Na and/or EDTA-4Na; and/or the preservative is one or the combination of more than two of hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, sorbitan octoate, benzyl alcohol, gluconolactone and ethylhexyl glycerol.
8. A method of preparing an anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1-7, comprising the step of mixing the components of the anti-wrinkle composition.
9. Use of an anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1-7 for the preparation of a skin care product.
10. The use according to claim 9, wherein the skin care product is one of an eye cream, an eye gel, an eye mask, an eye patch, a face cream, a face cleansing, a lotion, an essence, a skin cream, a mask, a neck cream, a freeze-dried powder, and a sun protection.
11. The use according to claim 9, wherein the skin care product is an eye essence.
12. Use according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein the anti-wrinkle composition is added in an amount of 1% to 90%.
