Further, the invention also provides an application of the anti-wrinkle composition in preparing skin care products such as anti-wrinkle products; preferably, the skin care product can be one of eye cream, eye gel, eye mask, eye essence, eye patch, face cream, face cleanser, skin lotion, essence, skin milk, facial mask, neck cream, freeze-dried powder, sun-proof powder and the like.
Specifically, the anti-wrinkle composition is added in an amount of 1% to 99% by mass of the total mass of the skin care product, for example: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, etc.
Further, when the anti-wrinkle product is used as an eye care product, such as eye cream, eye essence, eye gel, etc., the anti-wrinkle composition is added in an amount of 1% to 50% based on the total mass of the eye care product; when the eye care product is an eye mask, an eye patch and the like, the addition amount of the anti-wrinkle composition is 1-20%.
Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
In the examples, the extraction process of the Bonnate Spirulina extract is as follows:
10mg of algae powder is weighed and added with 5mL of 0.5mol/L H2SO4Stirring in 80 deg.C water bath for 0.5h, centrifuging at 8000r/min for 10min, and collecting supernatant. Repeatedly extracting for 3 times, mixing supernatants, diluting to 50mL to obtain total sugar extractive solution, air drying, and drying to obtain Bonnate Spirulina extract.
Examples 1 to 10
The anti-wrinkle compositions of examples 1 to 10 were prepared according to the mass percentages of the components in the following tables 1 to 2.
The preparation method of the anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following steps:
1) adding sterilized deionized water into main pot, adding hyaluronic acid, glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, betaine, EDTA-2NA, and methyl hydroxybenzoate under stirring, heating to 82 deg.C, homogenizing at 3000rpm for 3min, stirring to remove lumps, and keeping the temperature for 20 min.
2) Cooling to 45 deg.C, adding Bonnate Spirulina extract, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzyl amide diacetate, and phenoxyethanol, stirring, cooling to 35 deg.C, inspecting, and discharging.
Comparative examples 1 to 7
The wrinkle resistant compositions of comparative examples 1 to 7 were prepared according to the preparation methods of examples 1 to 10, based on the mass percentages of the components in table 3 below.

Test for anti-wrinkle Property
The detection method for the anti-wrinkle performance test comprises the following steps:
1.1 subject screening criteria
A healthy female subject between the ages of 20 and 50 years; and the subjects were all non-sensitive vaccinia muscles; the number of people is 85.
1.2 site of use: around the eye
1.3 frequency of use: it is administered 1 time each in the morning and evening, and for 28 days, 0.8g each time.
1.4 test environmental conditions
The temperature is 21 +/-1 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50 +/-5%;
1.5 design of the test
Single blind, random, self-cross-check, face (left/right measurement area selected according to random table)
1.6 details of the evaluation method
The infraorbital prints were analyzed using Primos CR image acquisition and analysis, as shown in table 4 below.

As can be seen from the results in Table 4, in examples 1 to 10, the number of fine wrinkles tended to improve as the mass percentage of the Boleter spirulina extract, the palmitoyl tripeptide-5, and the dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate in the formulation increased. From the example 1 and the comparative examples 1 to 7, the combination and the compounding of the bofenate spirulina extract, the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 and the dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzyl amide diacetate can achieve the effect obviously superior to that of single or simple combination, and realize the function of reducing fine wrinkles.
Therefore, the use of the composition of the present invention can achieve an effect of improving wrinkles.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-wrinkle composition, comprising the following components:
a Bonnate Spirulina extract;
palmitoyl tripeptide-5;
dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate;
the anti-wrinkle composition comprises, by 100% of the total mass of the anti-wrinkle composition, 0.001% -5% of the Bonnate spirulina extract, 0.001% -0.05% of the palmitoyl tripeptide-5, and 0.001% -0.05% of the dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzyl amide diacetate.
2. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1, wherein the bofenadine spirulina extract is contained in an amount of 0.001% to 3%, the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is contained in an amount of 0.001% to 0.04%, and the dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate is contained in an amount of 0.001% to 0.04%, based on 100% by mass of the anti-wrinkle composition.
3. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bofenate spirulina extract is contained in an amount of 0.001% to 2%, the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is contained in an amount of 0.001% to 0.03%, and the dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate is contained in an amount of 0.001% to 0.03%, based on 100% by mass of the anti-wrinkle composition.

The anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the Bonnate Spirulina extract is contained in an amount of 0.001% to 1.5%, the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is contained in an amount of 0.001% to 0.02%, and the dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate is contained in an amount of 0.001% to 0.02%, based on 100% by mass of the anti-wrinkle composition.
5. The anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising one or a combination of two or more of a humectant, a chelating agent, a preservative, and a solvent; the adding amount of the humectant is 1-50% based on 100% of the total mass of the anti-wrinkle composition; the addition amount of the chelating agent is 0.01-1%; the addition amount of the preservative is 0.1-1%, and the addition amount of the solvent is 22-95%.
6. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 5, wherein the moisturizer comprises one or a combination of two or more of 1, 3-propanediol, propylene glycol, pentanediol, hexanediol, sorbitol, glycerin, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, xylitol, erythritol, glyceryl polyether-26, β -glucan, methyl glucitol polyether-20, methyl glucitol polyether-10, erythrulose, biogum-1, betaine, rhamnose, oat β -glucan, acetyl chitosamine, polyethylene glycols, water-soluble fats and oils, water-soluble silicone oils, and sodium hyaluronate.

The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the chelating agent comprises EDTA-2Na and/or EDTA-4 Na; and/or the preservative is one or the combination of more than two of p-hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, sorbitan caprylate, benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate, ethylhexyl glycerol, methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate.
8. A method of preparing an anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1-7, comprising the step of mixing the components of the anti-wrinkle composition.
9. Use of an anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1-7 for the manufacture of a skin care product; preferably, the skin care product is one of eye cream, eye gel, eye mask, eye essence, eye patch, face cream, face cleanser, skin lotion, essence, skin milk, facial mask, neck cream, freeze-dried powder and sun protection.
10. The use according to claim 9, wherein the anti-wrinkle composition is added in an amount of 1% to 90%.
