the preparation of the peach resin extract comprises the following steps: soaking resin secreted from peach bark in 60 wt% sodium citrate solution at 55 deg.C for softening, performing ultrasonic microwave treatment at ultrasonic frequency of 45kHz and power of 85W for 12min for 2 times, filtering to remove water, mixing the resin with 9% NaOH and 65% ethanol, performing ultrasonic microwave operation under the same conditions, standing in refrigerator for 24 hr, filtering to obtain precipitate, dissolving with water to obtain supernatant, freezing, and drying to obtain peach resin extract;

The test method comprises the following steps: the test indexes of each group of subjects were recorded in the same manner as in test example 2.
Test indexes and main instruments: detecting, recording and calculating the elastic change of the designated parts (forehead, canthus, under-eye and normal line) of the face of the subject by using an elastic probe of a skin analyzer; the pictures were analyzed for wrinkle macrochanges using the VISIA facial photography system.
Evaluation criteria: the higher the elasticity improvement rate is, the more remarkable the VISIA image wrinkle macroscopic improvement is, and the better the product is in firming and anti-wrinkle effects are.
1) In improving skin elasticity:

On day 14, there was no statistical significance, no significant difference in the ratio of elasticity improvement in both facial areas of the subjects. As can be seen from the data in table 5, on day 28, the skin elasticity was improved on the test side of example 5, comparative example 7, comparative example 8, comparative example 9, comparative example 10, comparative example 11, comparative example 12, compared to the placebo side; wherein, the skin elasticity improvement rate of the subjects using the forehead, the canthus, the under-eye and the grain of the law of the example 5 is obviously higher than that of the subjects of the comparative examples 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12; and the skin elasticity improvement rate is highest under the eyes for each group of test samples. The result shows that the skin cream A prepared in the example 5 can obviously improve the skin elasticity, has the effects of tightening and resisting wrinkles, and has the most obvious performance under eyes.
2) Macroscopic evaluation of VISIA images wrinkles:
from the wrinkle area macro image data, it was shown that the subjects had improved the wrinkles at the forehead, canthus, under the eyes, and normal line side on day 28 using example 5, comparative example 7, comparative example 8, comparative example 9, comparative example 10, comparative example 11, and comparative example 12, and the improvement was greater than on the placebo side. Among them, the test sample of example 5 was used by a subject to improve the wrinkles under the eyes most significantly, and the result of the skin elasticity test was substantially the same as that of the test sample of example 5, and a typical graph is shown in fig. 1, in which a subject used the test sample of example 5 to macroscopically improve and compare D0 (left) and D28 (right) wrinkles on one facial area, and wrinkles on the forehead, canthus, under the eyes, and at the position of a normal line after D28 were reduced, so that it was found that the skin cream having the functions of brightening, tightening, and anti-wrinkle, prepared in example 5, had the effects of tightening and anti-wrinkle on the skin.
Claims (10)
1. A composition with functions of brightening, firming and resisting wrinkles, which is characterized by comprising the following components: folium agaves Sisalanae extract, thallus laminariae extract, peach resin extract, fructus Hordei vulgaris extract and Poria sclerotium extract.
2. The composition with brightening, tightening and anti-wrinkle functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition comprises 1-10% by mass of the extract of agave americana, 1-10% by mass of the extract of undaria pinnatifida, 1-10% by mass of the extract of peach resin, 1-10% by mass of the extract of barley, 1-10% by mass of the extract of sclerotium of poria cocos, and the balance of a solvent.
3. The composition with brightening, tightening and anti-wrinkle functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the too deficient agave extract is multi-branched agave inulin, and the sugar base number is 6-29.
4. The composition with brightening, tightening and anti-wrinkle functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the peach resin extract is prepared by: soaking resin secreted from peach tree bark in 50-70 wt% sodium citrate solution at 50-60 ℃ for softening, then carrying out ultrasonic microwave treatment with the ultrasonic frequency of 40-50 kHz and the power of 80-90W for 10-15 min for 1-2 times, filtering to remove water, mixing the resin with NaOH with the concentration of 8-10% and ethanol with the concentration of 60-70%, carrying out ultrasonic microwave operation under the same conditions again, placing in a refrigerator for 24 hours, taking out and filtering to obtain a precipitate, dissolving with water to obtain a supernatant, freezing, and drying to obtain the peach tree resin extract.
5. The composition with brightening, tightening and anti-wrinkle functions as claimed in claim 4, wherein the solid-to-liquid ratio of the resin to the sodium citrate solution is 1: (1-2) mg/mL.
6. The composition with the functions of brightening, firming and anti-wrinkle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mixed solid-liquid ratio of the resin after filtration to NaOH and ethanol is 1:
(1~2):(1~2)mg/mL。
7. The composition with brightening, tightening and anti-wrinkle functions as claimed in claim 2, wherein the solvent comprises water and/or a polyol.
8. Use of the composition with brightening, firming and anti-wrinkle functions as defined in any one of claims 1-7 in cosmetics.
9. The composition for cosmetic use according to claim 8, wherein the composition with the functions of brightening, firming and anti-wrinkle accounts for 0.5-30% of the weight of the cosmetic.
The cosmetic is available in the form of solution, jelly, lotion, cream, etc.
10. The cosmetic composition of claim 9, wherein the composition is used in a cosmetic application, and the composition accounts for 5-20% of the weight of the cosmetic composition.
