本发明属于磁疗技术领域,具体涉及一种释放远红外线的能量石及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
磁性是物质的属性之一。人体也具有一定的磁性,现已发现人脑、心脏、皮肤和其他器官的电流活动都产生有磁场,甚至连头发上的毛囊也产生有磁场。近年来由于现代磁学和生物学的发展,出现了生物磁学这门边缘科学,现已获知磁性物质和磁场对生物学的生理机能都有一定的作用和影响,这种作用和影响叫生物的磁效应。科学实验已证实,磁性物质和磁场对生物的分子、细胞、神经、器官及整个活体的各个层次均显示出不同的影响。磁疗就是利用人体内部的这种生物磁效应来调整和恢复人体内各种不平衡或不正常的机能状态来达到保健的目的。
远红外辐射是指波长介于可见光与微波之间的电磁辐射,也叫热辐射。其短波方面界限一般为0.75μm,长波方面界限约为1000μm。远红外辐射在材料、医疗保健、生活等多领域应用广泛。因为远红外线能够深入人体的皮下组织,所以利用远红外线反应,使皮下深层皮肤温度上升,扩张微血管,促进气血循环,复活酵素,强化血液及细胞组织代谢,对细胞恢复年轻有很大的帮助并能改善贫血;调节血压:高血压及动脉硬化一般是神经系统、内分泌系统,肾脏等细小动脉收缩及狭窄所造成;远红外线扩张微血管,促进气血循环能使高血压降低,又能改善低血压症状;远红外线深透力可达肌肉关节深处,使身体内部温暖,放松肌肉,带动微血管网的氧气及养分交换,并排除积存体内的疲劳物质和乳酸等老化废物对消除内肿,缓和酸痛之效果卓越。当远红外线作用于水时,产生共振,把某些缔合分子的氢键打开而变成小的水分子团,即远红外线辐射会形成较强的辐射宽带,水在远红外线辐射能量的作用下,说的缔合大分子团发生裂解分离,由原来的数十个或更多分子组成的水分子团簇变成由5-8个水分子组成的小团簇,经过远红外线的辐射的水的特质发生变化,变为弱碱性小分子团。然而,目前现在市场上存在磁性保健用品,无法集中能量,磁效应较弱,疗效甚微。

为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种磁效应明显、疗效好的能量石。所述能量石能促进人体肠胃蠕动、补充人体矿物质和微量元素,促进气血循环、稳定血压、增强身体平衡度、改善睡眠、提高人体免疫力;缓解关节疼痛;美容护肤,延缓衰老;此外,所述能量石还具有明显的降解农药残留、改善水质的功效。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种能量石,原料组分包括:麦饭石粉8-12重量份、电气石粉8-12重量份、托玛琳石粉8-12重量份、锗石粉3-7重量份、玉石粉8-12重量份、砭石粉8-12重量份、火山石粉8-12重量份、金刚石粉8-12重量份、碱性长岩石粉8-12重量份、橄榄石粉3-7重量份、锂辉石粉3-7重量份、辉长岩石粉3-7重量份。
进一步优选所述能量石的原料组分包括:麦饭石粉10重量份、电气石粉10重量份、托玛琳石粉10重量份、锗石粉5重量份、玉石粉10重量份、砭石粉10重量份、火山石粉10重量份、金刚石粉10重量份、碱性长岩石粉10重量份、橄榄石粉5重量份、锂辉石粉5重量份、辉长岩石粉5重量份。
所述能量石释放出的远红外线的波长为2-30μm,发射率为0.90。
一种制备所述能量石的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取锗石粉、玉石粉、砭石粉、火山石粉、金刚石粉和碱性长岩石粉并进行充分混合,得到混合物料;
(2)向所述混合物料中加水制成浆液,并用酸液调节所述浆液的pH为4-5,之后将所述浆液在70-80℃温度下研磨20-30min,再用碱液调节所述浆液的pH为中性,经喷雾干燥,得到预混料,待用;
(3)所述预混料与余下原料混合均匀后压制成型,之后进行高温烧制,即得所述能量石。
步骤(2)中,所述混合物料与水的质量比为1:(2-4)。
步骤(2)中,所述酸液为浓度为1-2mol/L的盐酸溶液,所述碱液为浓度为0.5-1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
步骤(3)中,所述高温烧制的温度为1200-1400℃,所述高温烧制时间为10-12h。
所述能量石在制备降低农药残留产品中的应用。
所述能量石在制备改善水质产品中的应用。
所述能量石在制备保健产品中的应用。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明所述的能量石,采用多种矿物材料按照适合配比混合而成,形成的能量石,在上述各组分的协同作用下,能够辐射适合强度的磁场能量,与人体磁场相匹配,在人体内部产生生物磁效应,可改善气血循环,增强肠胃蠕动,调节血压,缓解关节疼痛,补充人体所需的矿物质及微量元素,调节自律神经,改善睡眠,增强人体平衡度。改善微循环系统,激活生物分子活性,改善水质,活化细胞提高组织再生能力,美容护肤延缓衰老,增强人体新陈代谢,提高身体免疫力;同时本发明所述能量石能够降解水果蔬菜农药残留、保鲜提鲜;还具有改善水质的功效;所述能量石具有强度高、吸水率低、耐磨性好、抗震性好等优点,市场价值大。
2、本发明所述的能量石的制备方法,通过将锗石粉、玉石粉、砭石粉、火山石粉、金刚石粉和碱性长岩石粉进行充分混合,得到混合物料;向所述混合物料中加水制成浆液,并用酸液调节所述浆液的pH,之后将所述浆液在一定温度下研磨,再用碱液调节所述浆液的pH为中性,经喷雾干燥,得到预混料;将所述预混料与余下原料混合均匀后压制成型,随后进行高温烧制,最终制备得到的能量石,使得各种矿物组分充分发挥协同作用,能够辐射波长为2-30μm的远红外线,与人体磁场相匹配,在人体内部产生生物磁效应,有效促进人体肠胃蠕动、补充人体矿物质和微量元素,促进气血循环、稳定血压、改善睡眠、提高人体免疫力;本发明中采用高温烧制的方式可以去除其中的杂质,使得能量石的纯度更高,功效更强。
3、本发明所述能量石应用范围及其广泛,可用于医疗、保健、美容、日常生活、建筑等多个领域,例如:本发明中所述能量石可放入煮水容器中用于改善水质,所述能量石发射的红外线可以将大分子团转变为小分子团,以便于更容易让人体吸收;将所述能量石添加进面膜或水中,制备为美容面膜或能量水,能起到激活细胞延缓衰老的作用;用所述能量石制成不同容器可保鲜去除农药残留;在建筑领域中,所述制备能量石的预混料可以在墙面瓷砖等做涂料,释放大量的远红外线增加屋内含氧量负离子等;将能量石制成饰品或镶嵌在黄金珠宝上对身体能起到平衡和保健作用。

下面实施例中以1重量份代表1g。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种能量石,原料组分包括:麦饭石粉8重量份、电气石粉8重量份、托玛琳石粉8重量份、锗石粉3重量份、玉石粉8重量份、砭石粉8重量份、火山石粉8重量份、金刚石粉8重量份、碱性长岩石粉8重量份、橄榄石粉3重量份、锂辉石粉3重量份、辉长岩石粉3重量份。
进一步,所述能量石的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取锗石粉、玉石粉、砭石粉、火山石粉、金刚石粉和碱性长岩石粉并进行充分混合,得到混合物料;
(2)向所述混合物料中加入2倍质量的水制成浆液,并用浓度为1mol/L的盐酸溶液调节所述浆液的pH为4,之后将所述浆液在70℃温度下研磨20min,再用浓度为0.5mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液调节所述浆液的pH为中性,经喷雾干燥,得到预混料,待用;
(3)所述预混料与余下原料混合均匀后压制成型,之后在1200℃下高温烧制10h,即得所述能量石。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种能量石,原料组分包括:麦饭石粉12重量份、电气石粉12重量份、托玛琳石粉12重量份、锗石粉7重量份、玉石粉12重量份、砭石粉12重量份、火山石粉12重量份、金刚石粉12重量份、碱性长岩石粉12重量份、橄榄石粉7重量份、锂辉石粉7重量份、辉长岩石粉7重量份。
进一步,所述能量石的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取锗石粉、玉石粉、砭石粉、火山石粉、金刚石粉和碱性长岩石粉并进行充分混合,得到混合物料;
(2)向所述混合物料中加入4倍质量的水制成浆液,并用浓度为2mol/L的盐酸溶液调节所述浆液的pH为5,之后将所述浆液在80℃温度下研磨30min,再用浓度为1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液调节所述浆液的pH为中性,经喷雾干燥,得到预混料,待用;
(3)所述预混料与余下原料混合均匀后压制成型,之后在1400℃下高温烧制12h,即得所述能量石。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种能量石,原料组分包括:麦饭石粉10重量份、电气石粉10重量份、托玛琳石粉10重量份、锗石粉5重量份、玉石粉10重量份、砭石粉10重量份、火山石粉10重量份、金刚石粉10重量份、碱性长岩石粉10重量份、橄榄石粉5重量份、锂辉石粉5重量份、辉长岩石粉5重量份。
进一步,所述能量石的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取锗石粉、玉石粉、砭石粉、火山石粉、金刚石粉和碱性长岩石粉并进行充分混合,得到混合物料;
(2)向所述混合物料中加入3倍质量的水制成浆液,并用浓度为1.5mol/L的盐酸溶液调节所述浆液的pH为4.5,之后将所述浆液在75℃温度下研磨25min,再用浓度为0.75mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液调节所述浆液的pH为中性,经喷雾干燥,得到预混料,待用;
(3)所述预混料与余下原料混合均匀后压制成型,之后在1300℃下高温烧制11h,即得所述能量石。
实验例
一、本发明实施例3所得能量石降解农药残留的效果试验
试验过程
1、准备一颗含有农药残留的白菜,剥下一片菜叶,将同一片菜叶分成两部分各取10克待用;
2、准备两个相同的洗菜盆,加入同等质量的水,1号盆放入能量石,2号盆未放入能量石;
3、将取好的两份白菜叶分别放入1号盆和2号盆内,浸泡20分钟;
4、20分钟后取出两份白菜叶,分别将两份白菜叶剪成1平方厘米的小块放入小烧杯内,分别加入10毫升缓冲液,轻微震荡1-2分钟;
5、过滤或静置3-5分钟后取上清液,经1号盆浸泡过的白菜提取的上清液2.5毫升放入1号试管,2号盆浸泡过的白菜提取的上清液2.5毫升放入2号试管,3号试管加入2.5毫升缓冲液做空白对照;
6、所有试管分别依次加入酶100ul,显色剂100ul,摇匀,37℃培养10分钟;
7、培养后依次加入底物100ul,摇匀后立即倒入比色皿中,然后立即放入仪器内,空白对照3号试管放入第一通道,2号试管放入第二通道,1号试管放入第三通道,按检测键等待检测结果,结果以酶被抑制的程度(抑制率)表示,当蔬菜样品提取液对酶的抑制率≥50%时,表示蔬菜中有高剂量有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类农药存在,试验结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,加入实施例3所得能量石浸泡的蔬菜对酶的抑制率为零,未使用能量石浸泡的白菜农对酶的抑制率为83.3%,表示蔬菜中有高剂量有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类农药存在,充分表明本发明说书能量石去除农药残留的效果。
二、本发明实施例3所得能量石保鲜提鲜的效果试验
试验过程
1、将两个同等大小、同品种的苹果分别切开,放入两个不同的容器中,一个是普通容器,一个是能量石容器;
2、两个容器盖上盖子,存放十天左右;
3、对比两个容器中苹果的存放情况,并记录下来,试验结果如表2所示。

由表2中的内容可以看出,本发明实施例3所得能量石对水果的保鲜提鲜效果明显,充分证实了本发明实施例3所得能量石的保鲜提鲜功效。
三、实施例3所得能量石释放远红外线的波长范围测试
1、参照相关技术文件
法向全辐射发射率检定校准/系统操作规范NIM-ZY-GX-FS-212、ASTM E408-71(2002)用检验仪表技术进行表面总法向发射率的标准试验方法
2、测试环境条件
温度:(24±1)℃湿度:(46±3)%RH
3、测试使用的计量基(标)准装置(含标准物质)/主要仪器
法向全辐射发射率检定校准系统,测量范围为0.01-1.00,不确定度/准确度等级为0.01(k=2),证书编号为GXfs2018-1052,证书有效期限至2020年4月8日。
4、测试结果

由表3可以得出,本发明实施例3所得的能力石能够发射波长为2-30μm的远红外线,次波段的远红外线容易被人体吸收,且可以令水分子活性化,具有促进气血循环、稳定血压、增强身体平衡度、改善睡眠、提高人体免疫力等一系列保健功效,并能够有效改善水质。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种释放远红外线的能量石,其特征在于,原料组分包括:麦饭石粉8-12重量份、电气石粉8-12重量份、托玛琳石粉8-12重量份、锗石粉3-7重量份、玉石粉8-12重量份、砭石粉8-12重量份、火山石粉8-12重量份、金刚石粉8-12重量份、碱性长岩石粉8-12重量份、橄榄石粉3-7重量份、锂辉石粉3-7重量份、辉长岩石粉3-7重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能量石,其特征在于,原料组分包括:麦饭石粉10重量份、电气石粉10重量份、托玛琳石粉10重量份、锗石粉5重量份、玉石粉10重量份、砭石粉10重量份、火山石粉10重量份、金刚石粉10重量份、碱性长岩石粉10重量份、橄榄石粉5重量份、锂辉石粉5重量份、辉长岩石粉5重量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的能量石,其特征在于,所述能量石释放出的远红外线的波长为2-30μm,发射率为0.90。
4.一种制备权利要求1或2任一项所述的能量石的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取锗石粉、玉石粉、砭石粉、火山石粉、金刚石粉和碱性长岩石粉并进行充分混合,得到混合物料;
(2)向所述混合物料中加水制成浆液,并用酸液调节所述浆液的pH为4-5,之后将所述浆液在70-80℃温度下研磨20-30min,再用碱液调节所述浆液的pH为中性,经喷雾干燥,得到预混料,待用;
(3)所述预混料与余下原料混合均匀后压制成型,之后进行高温烧制,即得所述能量石。
5.根据权利要求4所述的能量石的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述混合物料与水的质量比为1:(2-4)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的能量石的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述酸液为浓度为1-2mol/L的盐酸溶液,所述碱液为浓度为0.5-1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
7.根据权利要求4所述的能量石的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述高温烧制的温度为1200-1400℃,所述高温烧制时间为10-12h。
8.权利要求1-3任一项所述的能量石在制备降低农药残留产品中的应用。
9.权利要求1-3任一项所述的能量石在制备改善水质产品中的应用。
10.权利要求1-3任一项所述的能量石在制备保健品中的应用。
