本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆,涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种能够吸附清除蔬菜表面农药残留,消灭蔬菜表面霉菌,延长蔬菜保鲜周期的陶瓷洗菜盆,主要用于清洗蔬菜。
技术背景:
市面上尚未流通家庭用功能性洗菜盆。
发明内容:
本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆目的在于在不借助清洁剂的情况下,提供一种能够吸附清除蔬菜表面农药残留,消灭蔬菜表面霉菌,延长蔬菜保鲜周期的陶瓷洗菜盆。
本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆的实现,通过对组成配方的反复试验,获得该发明导热迅速的陶瓷内胆。具体来说,本发明电饭锅用快速导热陶瓷内胆其特征在于主要由电气石12-14%,麦饭石13-15%,火山能量石19-21%,高岭土15-17%,透辉石11-13%,玉石6-8%,沸石4-6%,累托石6-8%等组成。
在本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆中:
电气石:是一种天然环状结构的硅酸盐矿物质,含有铝、铁、镁、钠、锂、钾等元素,具有抗菌杀菌,放射远红外线功能。在本发明中主要是实现放射远红外线功能。
麦饭石:又称长寿石、健康石,是一种天然的药物矿石,含有人体所必需的钾、钠、钙、镁、磷常量元素和锌、铁、硒、铜、锶、碘、氟、偏硅酸等十八种微量元素。麦饭石内含有大量锆石,能释放对人体有益的远红外线,常温下远红外线辐射率>0.88~0.92,常温下抑菌率(大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌)>90%。在本发明中主要是实现放射远红外线功能。
火山能量石:火山能量石是火山爆发后火山岩浆所形成的火成岩,它经过长年的风吹雨打或海水洗刷后,变成光滑的鹅卵石状的黑色石头。它取材于大自然的天然矿体中,含有大量人体所需的“微量元素”。
高岭土:是一种非金属矿产,是一种以高岭石族粘土矿物为主的粘土和粘土岩。陶瓷工业是应用高岭土最早、用量较大的行业。高岭土在陶瓷中的作用是引入A12O3,有利于莫来石的生成,提高其化学稳定性和烧结强度,在烧成中高岭土分解生成莫来石,形成坯体强度的主要框架,可防止制品的变形,使烧成温度变宽,还能使坯体具有一定的白度。同时,高岭土具有一定的可塑性、粘结性、悬浮性和结合能力,赋予瓷泥、瓷釉良好的成形性,使陶瓷泥坯有利于车坯及注浆,便于成形。高岭土还具有从周围介质中吸附各种离子及杂质的性能,并且在溶液中具较弱的离子交换性质。
透辉石:为柱状、针状晶体,无吸附水,层间水,烧失量很低仅为0.22%~1.4%,而粘土的烧失量高达17%左右。透辉石坯体吸水率低,它属于瘠性材料,能有效减少陶瓷坯体的收缩。
玉石:玉石中含有多种对人体有益的微量元素,如钙、硒、锡、锌、铜、铁、锰、镁、钴、铬、镍、锂、钾、钠、钛等。还可以产生特殊的光电效应,形成特殊的电磁场,与人体自身的生物磁场谐振,从而提升人体的新陈代谢,提高人体的各项生理功能。另外玉石本身含有多种中微量元素,能通过皮肤让人吸入,从而平衡人体的各项技能,达到祛病保健的功效。
沸石:具有吸附性,离子交换性,催化和耐酸、耐热性,因此被广泛用于吸附材料用料、离子交换剂、气 体干燥净化等等。在本发明中主要用于实现分子筛功能。
累托石:具有高温稳定性,耐火度高达1650℃,并能在500℃状态下保持结构稳定。还具有高分散性和高塑性,塑性指数可高达50,易粘结成形,烘干或烧结不产生裂纹。在本发明中主要用于产品成型时增加坯体可塑性,降低坯体耐火度。
本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆的生产工艺,基本与陶瓷产品相仿,工艺无特别要求,其特征主要在于原料配方,由电气石12-14%,麦饭石13-15%,火山能量石19-21%,高岭土15-17%,透辉石11-13%,玉石6-8%,沸石4-6%,累托石6-8%等组成,将原料按规定比例混配装入球磨机中进行30小时精细研磨,至颗粒要求比在0.2g以下为合格泥浆,泥浆经320目振动筛筛分,留用筛下泥浆进行滤水成泥饼,再经搅泥机真空负压10kp挤出泥条,泥条切段,滚压成型,成型坯体经1180℃氧化焰烧制8-9小时完成。
本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆耐磨损,耐腐蚀性,长时间使用,无划伤。
本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆使用非常简便,只需倒入清水,无需配合任何蔬菜清洗剂等辅助产品,即可发挥作用。
本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆能够吸附清除蔬菜表面农药残留。
本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆持续放射远红外线和负氧离子,消灭蔬菜表面霉菌,延长蔬菜保鲜周期。
本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆,具有放射负氧离子和远红外线的功能,负氧离子放射量为800-1500个/s.cm3,远红外波长5-14um,发射率0.90。
具体实施方案
实施例1:利用本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆,与采用蔬菜清洗剂的普通洗菜盆做清洗蔬菜比较,用本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆洗出的蔬菜没有农药残留,没有致病类蔬菜霉菌及大肠杆菌等,保鲜时间可延长3-7天。普通洗蔬菜盆洗出的蔬菜不能彻底清除农药残留和蔬菜霉菌及大肠杆菌等,洗后加速蔬菜变质。使用添加蔬菜清洗剂的普通洗菜盆洗出的蔬菜会有微量蔬菜清洗剂残留。

1.本发明家庭用能量洗菜盆,其特征在于原料配方主要由电气石12-14%,麦饭石13-15%,火山能量石19-21%,高岭土15-17%,透辉石11-13%,玉石6-8%,沸石4-6%,累托石6-8%等组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家庭用能量洗菜盆,其特征主要在于将原料按规定比例混配装入球磨机中进行30小时精细研磨,至颗粒要求比在0.2g以下为合格泥浆,泥浆经320目振动筛筛分,留用筛下泥浆进行滤水成泥饼,再经搅泥机真空负压10kp挤出泥条,泥条切段,滚压成型,成型坯体经1180℃氧化焰烧制8-9小时完成。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的家庭用能量洗水果盆,其特征在于不会因产品外形、大小、颜色的改变而影响其功能的实现。
4.根据权利要求1、2、3所述的家庭用能量洗水果盆,其特征在于用做清洗蔬菜。
