技术领域
本发明蛋羹罐,涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种能去除蛋羹的腥涩味,增加卵磷脂、钙、锌、磷、铁、维生素A、维生素D及B族维生素等有益元素含量,降低胆固醇含量,提高蛋白质、蛋黄素消化吸收率,使口感香润顺滑的陶瓷罐。主要用于做蒸蛋羹容器。
技术背景:
市面上蒸蛋用容器一般有塑料、陶瓷、不锈钢等材质,其本身只是做为容器使用,并不具有其他功能。
市面上尚未流通此种专门针对提高蛋羹营养物质含量,促进消化吸收的功能陶瓷蛋羹罐。
发明内容:
本发明蛋羹罐目的在于能去除蛋羹的腥涩味,增加卵磷脂、钙、锌、磷、铁、维生素A、维生素D及B族维生素等有益元素含量,降低胆固醇含量,提高蛋白质、蛋黄素消化吸收率,使口感香润顺滑的陶瓷罐。
本发明蛋羹罐的实现,通过对组成配方的反复试验,获得该发明功能型蛋羹罐。具体来说,本发明蛋羹罐其特征在于主要由六环石17-19%,麦饭石19-20%,绿松石10-11%,岫玉5%-7%,独山玉5%-6%,凹凸棒土11-13%,硅藻土5%-7%,沸石8-9%,紫袍玉9%,长石5%,水晶粉2-3%,蒙脱石7-8%,高岭土6-8%等组成。
在本发明蛋羹罐中:
六环石:由于其自身特殊结构和物理特性,可以产生生物电、永久释放负氧离子和远红外线,并且自身含有微量元素“锗”及人体必需的钙、镁、钠、钾、铁、硒、锌等营养元素,是具有四大能量的聚合体,为本发明的主体原料。
麦饭石:又称长寿石、健康石,是一种天然的药物矿石,含有人体所必需的钾、钠、钙、镁、磷常量元素和锌、铁、硒、铜、锶、碘、氟、偏硅酸等十八种微量元素。麦饭石内含有大量锆石,能释放对人体有益的远红外线,常温下远红外线辐射率>0.88~0.92,常温下抑菌率(大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌)>90%。在本发明中主要是实现放射远红外线功能。
绿松石:是铜和铝的磷酸盐矿物集合体。
岫玉:含有多种对人体有益的微量元素,如钙、硒、锡、锌、铜、铁、锰、镁、钴、铬、镍、锂、钾、钠、钛等。还可以产生特殊的光电效应,形成特殊的电磁场,与人体自身的生物磁场谐振,从而提升人体的新陈代谢,提高人体的各项生理功能。另外玉石本身含有多种中微量元素,能通过皮肤让人吸入,从而平衡人体的各项技能,达到祛病保健的功效。
独山玉:在岩石学分类中属基性岩类中的辉长岩一玄武岩类。矿物成分主要为基性斜长石、辉石,少量橄榄石、角闪石、黑云母,可有微量钾长石、石英出现。独山玉化学成分属钙铝硅酸盐岩类,SiO2含量45-52%,称基性岩,富TiO2,一般含量>1%
硅藻土:是一种硅质岩石,用硅藻土生产出来的产品,可以自动调节室内温度,松散密度为0.3-0.5g/cm3,孔隙率达80-90%,能吸收其本身重量1.5-4倍的水,是热、电、声的不良导体,富含有机质,发热量为3333-5719J/g,是空气调整转换的极佳天然物料。
沸石:具有吸附性,离子交换性,催化和耐酸、耐热性,因此被广泛用于吸附材料用料、离子交换剂、气体干燥净化等等。在本发明中主要用于实现分子筛功能。
紫袍玉:层次分明,手感细腻柔润,色泽自然和谐,密度高,耐酸碱,硬度适中,雕刻性能好,形态多样,各具特色并含有促进人体健康的多种微量元素,它的矿物成份为绢云母、氧化铁为主,并含有绿泥石、锐钛矿、金红石、电气石,化学成份以Si、Al、Fe3+、K为主,并含有微量Mg、Mn、Cr、Na、B等矿物成分。
长石:是一种含有钙、钠、钾的铝硅酸盐矿物,它有很多种,如钠长石、钙长石、钡长石、钡冰长石、微斜长石、正长石、透长石等。它们都具有玻璃光泽,颜色多种多样。富含钾或钠的长石主要用于陶瓷工业、玻璃工业及搪瓷工业。
水晶粉:水晶的化学成分主要为二氧化硅,水晶的化学稳定性相当好;水晶的硬度很大,其摩氏硬度为7。这些决定了水晶不会腐烂变质,具有耐久性。
蒙脱石:是一类具有天然纳米结构的无机超高分子量硅酸盐聚合物,是粘土类矿物中晶体结构变异最强的矿物之一,通过衍射仪慢速扫描的试验结果表明为天然纳米材料,具有强吸收性。
高岭土:高岭土是一种非金属矿产,是一种以高岭石族粘土矿物为主的粘土和粘土岩。因呈白色而又细腻,又称白云土。其质纯的高岭土呈洁白细腻、松软土状,具有良好的可塑性和耐火性等理化性质。
本发明蛋羹罐的生产工艺,基本与陶瓷产品相仿,工艺无特别要求,其特征主要在于原料配方,由六环石17-19%,麦饭石19-20%,绿松石10-11%,岫玉5%-7%,独山玉5%-6%,凹凸棒土11-13%,硅藻土5%-7%,沸石8-9%,紫袍玉9%,长石5%,水晶粉2-3%,蒙脱石7-8%,高岭土6-8%等组成。将原料按规定比例混配装入球磨机,经25小时不间断球磨成相当细度颗粒的泥浆,再经吸铁机吸除物料中的杂质后,转用350目的振动筛过筛,再次筛选出残留杂质及不合范围颗粒物料,留用筛下的泥浆,陈腐数日后,在模具中成型、修坯、干燥、入窑经1200℃-1230℃氧化焰烧制成品。
本发明蛋羹罐可以有效除蛋羹的腥涩味,使其口感更加香润顺滑,蛋香更加独特,营养更丰富。
本发明蛋羹罐可以持续放射远红外线和负氧离子,同时从锅体溶出大量的天然矿物质成分揉入蛋羹中,增加卵磷脂、钙、锌、磷、铁、维生素A、维生素D及B族维生素等有益元素含量。
本发明蛋羹罐可以降低蛋羹胆固醇含量,溶解高蛋白,提高蛋白质、蛋黄素消化吸收率。
本发明蛋羹罐,具有放射负氧离子和远红外线的功能,负氧离子放射量为800-1500个/s.cm3,远红外波长5-14um,发射率0.90。
本发明蛋羹罐耐高温高压,耐磨损。
本发明蛋羹罐蒸蛋不粘底,清洁简单。
具体实施方案
实施例1:利用本发明蛋羹罐蒸蛋,与采用普通陶瓷碗在同等条件下做蒸蛋比较,测得营养成分变化如下。

1.本发明蛋羹罐,其特征在于原料配方主要由六环石17-19%,麦饭石19-20%,绿松石10-11%,岫玉5%-7%,独山玉5%-6%,凹凸棒土11-13%,硅藻土5%-7%,沸石8-9%,紫袍玉9%,长石5%,水晶粉2-3%,蒙脱石7-8%,高岭土6-8%等组成。
2.根据从权利要求1所述的蛋羹罐,其特征主要在于将原料按规定比例混配装入球磨机,经25小时不间断球磨成相当细度颗粒的泥浆,再经吸铁机吸除物料中的杂质后,转用350目的振动筛过筛,再次筛选出残留杂质及不合范围颗粒物料,留用筛下的泥浆,陈腐数日后,在模具中成型、修坯、干燥、入窑经1200℃-1230℃氧化焰烧制成品。
3.根据权利要求1、2、3所述的蛋羹罐,其特征在于用蒸蛋羹。
