本发明属于TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料制备的技术领域,具体涉及TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物表面用硬化防划伤涂料及其制备方法。本发明以玻璃粉和陶瓷微球来提供表面的硬化和防刮伤的要求,本方法简单易实施,可将此方法广泛应用到聚合物的表面硬化和防刮伤等领域。

一种聚合物材料表面用硬化防划伤涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料材料制备的技术领域,具体涉及一种TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料表面用硬化防划伤涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
热塑性弹性体(TPE)是一种具有橡胶的高弹性,高强度,高回弹性,又具有可注塑加工的特征的材料。TPE具有环保无毒安全,应用范围广,有优良的着色性,触感柔软,耐候性,抗疲劳性和耐温性,加工性能优越,无须硫化,可以循环使用降低成本,既可以二次注塑成型,与PP、PE、PC、PS、ABS等基体材料包覆粘合,也可以单独成型。因此,经常被用作在汽车门窗上的水切条材料,起到密封、去除玻璃表面上的水滴、水雾、灰尘及美观等作用。烯烃类TPE系是以PP为硬链段和EPDM为软链段的共混物,简称TPO。由于它比其它TPE的比重轻(仅为0.88),耐热性高达100℃,耐天候性和耐臭氧性也好,因而成为TPE中又一发展很快的品种。但TPO表面在使用的过程中容易被刮伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有耐刮擦功能的TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料,以增加抗磨组分的涂料涂覆在材料的表面。
1:本发明中的取环氧树脂环氧值为0.1-0.25,玻璃粉粒径为1.5-2.5um,陶瓷微球粒径为0.5-2.5um。
2:本发明中的固化剂包括脂肪族二胺和多胺、芳香族多胺、其它含氮化合物及改性脂肪胺还包括有机酸、酸酐、和三氟化硼及其络合物。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围
实施例1:
本取环氧树脂15份,玻璃粉15份,陶瓷微球15份,稀释剂9份,各类助剂15份,聚烯烃树脂35份,填料25份,混合构成A组分;
步骤2,B组分固化剂10份,偶联剂1份,促进剂1份;
步骤3,将AB组分等量混合均匀涂布在TPO的表面,固化两小时后可以达到TPO表面硬化防刮伤的作用其测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (7)

1.一种TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料表面用硬化防划伤涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,取环氧树脂20~30份,玻璃粉1~25份,陶瓷微球1~25份,稀释剂1~10份,各类助剂10~20份,聚烯烃树脂30~50份,填料20~30份,混合构成A组分;
步骤2,B组分固化剂5~15份,偶联剂1~3份,促进剂1~3份;
步骤3,将AB组分等量混合均匀涂布在TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料的表面,固化后可以达到TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料表面硬化防刮伤的作用。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料表面用硬化防划伤涂料制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1的玻璃粉和陶瓷微球的加和用量为15~30份,即玻璃粉和陶瓷微球的加入是和或的关系,所述混合方式为机械混合。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料表面用硬化防划伤涂料制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2的偶联剂为硅烷类的偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料表面用硬化防划伤涂料制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3在涂布之前表面要过碱性溶液清洗去油,烘干。
5.根据权利要求书1或2所述的TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料表面用硬化防划伤涂料制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1的陶瓷微球直径为10~15μm。
6.根据权利要求书1或3所述的TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料表面用硬化防划伤涂料制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2的偶联剂要添加在稀释剂里以求混合的均匀性。
7.根据权利要求书4所述的TPO、PVC、TPO与PVC的共聚物、TPO与PVC的共混物这四类聚合物材料表面用硬化防划伤涂料制备方法,其特征在于,所述碱性溶液为1-35%的氢氧化钠溶液。
