步骤二:将PVC树脂研磨成粉,与改性填料加入到反应釜中搅拌,20-30min,速度为200-300r/min,然后加入三氧化二锑、甲基纤维素、膨润土搅拌,以320-400r/min搅拌30-40min;温度升至70-80℃,加入高温颜料、纳米溶液,继续以400-450r/min搅拌40-55min,稳定升至98-103℃,保温40-50min,然后降至室温;
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二混合,以200-300r/min搅拌30-40min,温度升至60-70℃,加入成膜助剂、增稠剂、黏合剂、抗氧剂、稳定剂继续搅拌20-30min,升至120-130℃,保温10-20min,然后温度降至50-55℃;
步骤四:将步骤三送入热塑机中,进行密炼加工,温度控制在170-180℃,时间为3-5min;
步骤五:将步骤四送入压延机内进行压延,温度控制在150-160℃,然后进行冷却。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用三氧化二锑,提高了本发明的阻燃性能,添加了改性填料,其中包括云母粉、铝粉、石墨烯,提高了本发明的耐热性能,而且与纳米溶液共同作用下,大大提高了涂料的耐磨性能和强度,延长了使用寿命,加入膨润土,提高了涂料的附着能力,添加黏合剂,能够增加涂料的粘结性能,使得涂料的涂抹性能有所提高,增加高温颜料,能提高金属基材与涂料之间的粘结力、能够增加涂料的耐腐蚀性能和耐高温性能。

本实施例提供一种耐高温耐磨PVC塑料板, PVC塑料板表面设有一层耐高温耐磨涂层,耐高温耐磨涂层按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:30份,氯化聚乙烯12份、改性填料:16份,膨润土:6份,碳化硅微粉15、三氧化二锑:6份,PVC树脂:35份,纳米溶液:5份,高温颜料:9份,甲基纤维素:11份,成膜助剂:5份,增稠剂:4份;黏合剂:3份,抗氧剂:2份,稳定剂3份;

步骤二:将PVC树脂研磨成粉,与改性填料加入到反应釜中搅拌,25min,速度为250r/min,然后加入三氧化二锑、甲基纤维素、膨润土搅拌,以350r/min搅拌37min;温度升至78℃,加入高温颜料、纳米溶液,继续以420r/min搅拌52min,稳定升至100℃,保温46min,然后降至室温;
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二混合,以260/min搅拌36min,温度升至67℃,加入成膜助剂、增稠剂、黏合剂、抗氧剂、稳定剂继续搅拌28min,升至125℃,保温17min,然后温度降至52℃;
步骤四:将步骤三送入热塑机中,进行密炼加工,温度控制在175℃,时间为4min;
步骤五:将步骤四送入压延机内进行压延,温度控制在156℃,然后进行冷却。

步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二混合,以280/min搅拌33min,温度升至70℃,加入成膜助剂、增稠剂、黏合剂、抗氧剂、稳定剂继续搅拌28min,升至128℃,保温13min,然后温度降至54℃;
步骤四:将步骤三送入热塑机中,进行密炼加工,温度控制在178℃,时间为3min;
步骤五:将步骤四送入压延机内进行压延,温度控制在153℃,然后进行冷却。

3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温耐磨PVC塑料板,其特征在于,所述耐高温耐磨涂层按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:33份,氯化聚乙烯13份、改性填料:18份,膨润土:7份,三氧化二锑:7份,碳化硅微粉:16,PVC树脂:38份,纳米溶液:7份,高温颜料:11份,甲基纤维素:13份,成膜助剂:7份,增稠剂:6份;黏合剂:4份,抗氧剂:3份,稳定剂4份;
所述的成膜助剂为乙二醇乙醚;所述的增稠剂为硅藻土、聚氨酯和聚乙烯醇的混合物;所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;所述高温颜料为钛白粉;所述的改性填料按质量份数计包括以下组分 :云母粉:23、铝粉:0.8份铝粉:0.8、硅烷偶联剂:2、抗氧剂: 3、石墨烯: 0.7、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意所述的耐高温耐磨涂层制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照上述配比将有环氧树脂在150-200℃下熔融,然后加入氯化乙烯加热搅拌,待树脂溶好后,加入硅烷偶联剂,继续搅拌10-15min,加入碳化硅微粉,充分搅拌,采用超声波分散5-10min,得到溶液备用;
步骤二:将PVC树脂研磨成粉,与改性填料加入到反应釜中搅拌,20-30min,速度为200-300r/min,然后加入三氧化二锑、甲基纤维素、膨润土搅拌,以320-400r/min搅拌30-40min;温度升至70-80℃,加入高温颜料、纳米溶液,继续以400-450r/min搅拌40-55min,稳定升至98-103℃,保温40-50min,然后降至室温;
步骤三:将步骤一和步骤二混合,以200-300r/min搅拌30-40min,温度升至60-70℃,加入成膜助剂、增稠剂、黏合剂、抗氧剂、稳定剂继续搅拌20-30min,升至120-130℃,保温10-20min,然后温度降至50-55℃;
步骤四:将步骤三送入热塑机中,进行密炼加工,温度控制在170-180℃,时间为3-5min;
步骤五:将步骤四送入压延机内进行压延,温度控制在150-160℃,然后进行冷却。
