Abstract
The invention relates to a deep water replenishing compound and a preparation method thereof, wherein the deep water replenishing compound comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.05-1 part of hyaluronic acid, 0.04-2 parts of transdermal fibronectin, 0.06-4 parts of ergothioneine, 4-40 parts of a dispersing agent and 5-60 parts of a solvent. The preparation method of the deep water replenishing compound comprises the following steps: dispersing the hyaluronic acid sodium and the ergothioneine by using a dispersing agent according to a ratio, then adding the mixture into a solvent, stirring the mixture until the mixture is completely dissolved, finally adding transdermal fibronectin, and completely stirring the mixture to obtain the deep water replenishing compound. The deep water replenishing compound provided by the invention takes hyaluronic acid as a main efficacy substance for skin water replenishing, and is added with transdermal fibronectin to promote penetration, so that deep water replenishing is realized, and finally ergothioneine is supplemented, so that the skin barrier is improved and repaired, the water in the skin is locked, and not only can a comfortable skin feel be provided, but also the skin health is facilitated.

Background
Water is a source of life, and a series of skin problems such as dry skin, tight feeling, scurf, pruritus and the like can be caused by water shortage, and skin aging, wrinkles and color spots can be accelerated by long-term water shortage, and the skin becomes rough, dark and inelastic. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is also known as Hyaluronic Acid, and commercial Hyaluronic Acid is usually sodium hyaluronate. The polysaccharide is widely present in extracellular matrixes of tissues of human beings and vertebrates and capsules of certain streptococci, has a molecular structure of straight-chain high-molecular polysaccharide consisting of N-acetylglucosamine and D-glucuronic acid disaccharide units repeatedly, and has an average molecular weight of 103-107 Da. Carboxyl groups and other polar groups in the HA molecule can combine with water to form hydrogen bonds, and 1 gram of HA can hold 1000 times its weight of water. It is the substance with the best moisturizing performance for cosmetics found in nature at present, and is known as an ideal 'natural moisturizing factor'.
Transdermal Fibronectin (FN) is a protein active widely found in the human body and is the major non-collagenous glycoprotein in the intercellular matrix and basement membrane of the skin. FN consists of two monomers with molecular weight of 250 kDa, and has multiple functional fragments. Can be tightly combined with fibrin, heparin, collagen, DNA, cell surface receptor and other substances in vivo.
A good moisturizing product can not only increase the water retention of the horny layer in a short time, but also ensure that the skin can be moisturized for a long time. Therefore, healthy skin condition and a strong skin barrier are the prerequisite to ensure long-term moisturizing of the skin.
Ergothioneine (EGT), known as 2-mercapto-L-histidine trimethyl inner salt, is a rare natural chiral amino acid and is an important physiologically active substance in organisms. EGT not only has strong antioxidant properties, but also repairs DNA damage, inhibits apoptotic reactions and enhances cell viability. EGT is used as a skin protective agent and added into a moisturizing product, which is helpful for repairing and improving skin barrier and promoting skin moisturizing virtuous cycle.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a deep water replenishing compound prepared from hyaluronic acid, transdermal fibronectin and ergothioneine, which has a remarkable water replenishing effect and can be used as a water replenishing functional additive of a skin care product.

As a preferable scheme, the deep water replenishing compound consists of the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-0.8 part of hyaluronic acid, 0.1-1 part of transdermal fibronectin, 0.1-2 parts of ergothioneine, 5-20 parts of a dispersing agent and 6-40 parts of a solvent.
As a most preferred scheme, the deep water replenishing compound consists of the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 part of hyaluronic acid, 1 part of transdermal fibronectin, 0.8 part of ergothioneine, 6 parts of a dispersing agent and 30 parts of a solvent.
Preferably, the dispersant is glycerol.
As a preferred embodiment, the solvent is deionized water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the deep water replenishing compound, which comprises the following steps: dispersing sodium hyaluronate and ergothioneine by using a dispersing agent according to a ratio, then adding the mixture into a solvent, stirring the mixture till the mixture is completely dissolved, finally adding transdermal fibronectin, and completely stirring the mixture to obtain the deep water replenishing compound.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the natural moisturizing factor hyaluronic acid is adopted, so that the skin moisturizing cream has excellent moisturizing performance, can nourish skin and repair injury, and can provide a lubricated skin feel; when the moisturizing cream is used together with transdermal fibronectin, the permeability of moisturizing factors can be further enhanced, and deep water replenishing of skin is realized; although the addition of the ergothioneine does not have great assistance to the effect of instant water supplement, the addition of the ergothioneine is beneficial to repairing and improving skin barriers and shaping healthy skin, so that the water supplement effect is more long-acting and lasting; (2) in the invention, the deep skin water supplement is realized by mutually coordinating three components, namely hyaluronic acid, transdermal fibronectin and ergothioneine; (3) the deep water replenishing compound disclosed by the invention can realize deep water replenishing of the skin, can improve the health state of the skin after long-term use, and is a safe and effective water replenishing compound.

The preparation method of the deep water replenishing compound comprises the following steps: dispersing sodium hyaluronate and ergothioneine by using a dispersing agent according to a ratio, then adding the mixture into a solvent, stirring the mixture till the mixture is completely dissolved, finally adding transdermal fibronectin, and completely stirring the mixture to obtain the deep water replenishing compound.
Adding the deep water supplementing compound into the essence, wherein the adding amount of the deep water supplementing compound is 5%.
Example 2
The difference between the example 2 and the example 1 is that the raw material ratio is different, and the other parts are the same.

As can be seen from table 1, example 1 is the best mode, and by comparing example 1 with examples 2 and 3, it can be seen that different material ratios affect the properties of the composite; comparing the comparative examples 1-6 with the blank group, the three components of hyaluronic acid, transdermal fibronectin and ergothioneine have synergistic effect, and are mutually coordinated to realize the water supplement of the deep layer of the skin, and for the compound, the three components are not enough; the compound has remarkable effect on improving skin moisture content.

The method for preparing the deep water replenishing compound according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the method for preparing the deep water replenishing compound comprises the following steps: dispersing sodium hyaluronate and ergothioneine by using a dispersing agent according to a ratio, then adding the mixture into a solvent, stirring the mixture till the mixture is completely dissolved, finally adding transdermal fibronectin, and completely stirring the mixture to obtain the deep water replenishing compound.
