Abstract
The invention discloses anti-wrinkle essence which comprises the following functional components in percentage by mass: 0.03-0.3% of small molecule sodium hyaluronate, 0.3-3% of acetyl chitosamine, 0.3-3% of galangal (ALPINIA GALANGA) extract, 91-3% of acetyl tetrapeptide, 1-5% of Chondrus CRISPUS (Chondrus CRISPUS) extract, 0.5-2% of ABELMOSCHUS (Hibiscus ABELMOSCHUS) seed extract, 2-6% of glycerol and 2-6% of butanediol. The galangal rhizome extract adopted in the invention is a natural plant active ingredient capable of promoting the synthesis of macromolecular hyaluronic acid. The hyaluronic acid gel can convert small molecular or fragment hyaluronic acid in skin into macromolecular hyaluronic acid, and effectively solves the problem that hyaluronic acid is difficult to absorb. The essence disclosed by the invention has excellent clinical manifestations on moisturizing, anti-aging, wrinkle-removing and other skin care effects.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-wrinkle essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hyaluronic acid is an important moisturizing component in human skin. With the increase of age and the influence of various internal and external factors, the self-synthesis capacity of the skin is reduced, and the absence of hyaluronic acid can reduce the water-locking capacity of the skin, so that the skin is dry, loose, wrinkles and the like. Proper supplementation with hyaluronic acid can reduce these phenomena and delay the aging process of the skin. However, hyaluronic acid has a relatively high molecular weight and is difficult to be absorbed by the skin through cosmetics, and can only be injected into the underlying layers of the skin by medical means. Hyaluronic acid with small molecular weight has the similar action as polysaccharide humectant, has no effect of filling tightly, and has no ideal anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effect.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to supplement hyaluronic acid and hyaluronic acid precursors which are easy to absorb for skin and help the skin to synthesize more macromolecular hyaluronic acid, thereby achieving the purposes of moisturizing and resisting wrinkles.
In order to meet the aim, the invention selects two hyaluronic acids or precursors of small molecular hyaluronic acid and acetyl chitosamine which are easily absorbed by the skin, and extracts components capable of improving the activity of hyaluronic acid protease from galangal to help the synthesis of macromolecular hyaluronic acid on the bottom layer of the skin, thereby effectively solving the problem that the hyaluronic acid is difficult to absorb. The invention also compounds the moisturizing and anti-aging components such as acetyl tetrapeptide, the extract of the Chondrus crispus, the extract of the abelmoschus seeds and the like so as to enhance and improve the effect of the anti-wrinkle essence. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

Chondrus CRISPUS (Chondrus CRISPUS) extract: 1 to 5 percent
Abelmoschus esculentus (HIBISCUS ABELMOSCHUS) seed extract: 0.5 to 2 percent
Glycerol: 2 to 6 percent
Butanediol: 2 to 6 percent.
Furthermore, the auxiliary component is composed of one or more of a thickening agent, a preservative and an aromatizing agent, and the mass percentage of the auxiliary component is 0.5-2%.
Further, the preparation method of the anti-wrinkle essence comprises the following steps: (1) adding water, glycerol, butanediol and thickener into a stirring pot, stirring, heating to 80 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling; (2) cooling to 40 ℃, sequentially adding the rest components into a stirring pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product.
The small molecule sodium hyaluronate disclosed by the invention has the INCI name: sodium hyaluronate, which is a sodium hyaluronate with a molecular weight of less than ten thousand, is more easily absorbed by the skin and HAS a good moisturizing effect compared with macromolecular sodium hyaluronate, and importantly, under the action of HAS-2 (a macromolecular hyaluronic acid synthase), the sodium hyaluronate can be converted into macromolecular hyaluronic acid, so that the firmness and elasticity of the skin are improved.
The acetylcysteine, INCI name, described in the present invention: the acetyl chitosamine is an active ingredient of plant origin, which can react with glucuronic acid to synthesize hyaluronic acid monomers, which are also essential substances for the synthesis of macromolecular hyaluronic acid. In addition to being an endogenous hyaluronic acid, the acetyl chitosamine also has whitening and anti-aging effects.
The galangal rhizome extract disclosed by the invention has the INCI name: the galangal (ALPINIA GALANGA) extract is an active ingredient of plant source, and can stimulate and enhance the activity of HAS-2 (a macromolecular hyaluronic acid synthetase) and improve the synthesis rate of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, so that the macromolecular hyaluronic acid in the skin is multiplied, and the effects of moisturizing, resisting aging and removing wrinkles are achieved.
Acetyl tetrapeptide-9, INCI name described in the present invention: acetyl tetrapeptide-9, an active ingredient with a definite mechanism of action, can significantly increase the gene expression of type I collagen, promote collagen synthesis, improve the firmness of the skin, and reduce wrinkles.
Chondrus crispus extract as described in the present invention, INCI name: chondrus CRISPUS (Chondrus CRISPUS) extract is a plant-derived active ingredient, and has strong hydration and moisturizing ability, synergistic effect with hyaluronic acid, and can significantly improve skin elasticity and skin texture.
The INCI name of the abelmoschus manihot extract is as follows: abelmoschus manihot (Hibiscus ABELMOSCHUS) seed extract is a plant-derived active ingredient, and can activate FGF-2 (fibroblast growth factor-2), promote collagen synthesis, and make healthy and young skin.
Glycerol, INCI name described in the present invention: glycerin, a commonly used humectant.
The butanediol of the invention, INCI name: butylene glycol, a commonly used humectant.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. for the necessary moisturizing component of the skin, namely hyaluronic acid, the invention adopts a method of combining exogenous and endogenous, greatly improves the effective utilization rate of active components, obviously increases the synthesis capacity and the quantity of hyaluronic acid in the skin on the premise of safety and high efficiency, and improves the self moisturizing and water locking capacity of the skin, thereby reducing wrinkles and smoothing the skin.
2. In the above process, small molecule hyaluronic acid and chitosamine are exogenously supplied, galangal is endogenously excited, and Chondrus crispus extract is used to further enhance the synergistic effect.
3. Collagen fibers are a structural component of skin elasticity and are an important marker for testing whether skin is aged. In the invention, the acetyl tetrapeptide-9 and the abelmoschus manihot extract can respectively promote the expression of type I collagen and fibroblast growth factor-2, compared with the method of simply supplementing collagen to the skin, the endogenous stimulation has half the effort, and can effectively improve the skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles.

Examples 1 to 3:
the anti-wrinkle essence liquid compositions A, B, C in examples 1-3 are respectively prepared according to the following active raw materials in percentage by mass in the following table 1, and the preparation method is as follows:
(1) adding water, glycerol, butanediol and thickener into a stirring pot, stirring, heating to 80 deg.C, stirring, and cooling.
(2) Cooling to 40 ℃, sequentially adding the rest components into a stirring pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product.

The anti-wrinkle essence products prepared in examples 1 to 3 were clinically tested by 25 volunteers aged 40 to 65 years, and data collection and questionnaire survey were performed at weeks 4, 6 and 8, respectively. Data acquisition mainly comprises skin water content, canthus wrinkle depth, shadow area of nasal wing wrinkle gully and the like, questionnaire survey is subjective evaluation of volunteers on using the test product, and main evaluation items comprise: mild comfort, moisture retention, skin elasticity, gloss, etc., with a score from the lowest 1 to the highest 5, and finally, statistics and comparison of the available questionnaires.

Questionnaire results show: more than 95% of subjects think the product is very mild and comfortable, more than 90% of subjects think the product is more moist and moist after using the product, and 85% of subjects think the glossiness and the elasticity of the skin are obviously improved.
