Technical Field
The invention relates to a daily-use fine chemical product, in particular to a high-permeability moisturizing composition, a skin moisturizer and a preparation method.
Background
The skin is the largest organ of the human body and plays an important role in preventing water loss of the human body, external pollution, irritation and the like. With the internal and external reasons such as age, working pressure, living habits, ultraviolet irradiation, environmental pollution and the like, the skin is more severely deficient in water.
Skin care products on the market at present mainly focus on products such as moisturizing water, lotion, cream and the like. These products are mostly made by adding emulsifiers, thickeners and conditioning ingredients to a moisturizing solvent based on water and alcohol. The moisturizing component mainly comprises water and polyhydric alcohol, while the water is volatile, and the polyhydric alcohol is relatively difficult to volatilize but is easy to generate skin irritation.
Many moisturizing components mainly comprising water and polyhydric alcohol have low permeability, stay on the skin surface, and are prevented from further penetration after the skin stratum corneum is soaked and foamed after contacting the skin. There are also products that aim to increase the residence time of moisturizing ingredients, mainly by adding ingredients such as carbomers that increase viscosity to form a high viscosity serum, but this also reduces the freshness of the skin care product.
Sensitive skin has a certain relationship with the structure of the skin itself and the immediate state of the sensory nerves in addition to the influence of contact and action of specific substances and specific irradiation, and also needs to have better adaptability to the sensitive skin for high-permeability moisturizing ingredients.
With the improvement of living standard, the product is environment-friendly, has low stimulation, and can effectively penetrate skin and keep moisture, so that the product is more easily accepted by the market.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a moisturizing composition with high permeability which can effectively promote the permeation of active ingredients and has low skin sensitization.
The invention also aims to provide a high-permeability moisturizing skin care lotion containing the high-permeability moisturizing composition, wherein the skin care lotion has small irritation to skin and can moisturize for a long time.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the high-permeability moisturizing skin care lotion, which can obtain the high-permeability moisturizing skin care lotion with uniform components and thin texture.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a high permeability moisturizing composition comprises Chondrus crispus extract, acetyl chitosamine, polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, organic salt and sea salt.
The high permeability moisturizing composition forms a network structure in the stratum corneum by the high water absorption and retention of the Chondrus crispus extract to maintain the water inside the skin; the polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester has better hydrophile lipophilicity, forms water locking anchor points on the surface of the skin and promotes the permeability of mineral components, organic nutrient components and alcohol solvents to the skin cuticle; the acetyl chitosamine has promoting effect on the generation of hyaluronic acid; the organic salt and sea salt provide environment similar to normal saline for skin, provide microelements such as magnesium, zinc, copper and the like for cells, effectively activate the activity of the cells, and reduce bacterial proliferation caused by high concentration of nutrient components on the surface of the skin; the high-permeability moisturizing composition has high repairing, moisturizing and nursing effects synergistically.
Further, the polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester is jojoba wax PEG-120 ester and/or PEG-75 shea butter glyceride. The two polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters have a relatively proper hydrophilic-lipophilic HLB balance value, can effectively preserve moisture, promote the permeability of effective components, promote the absorption of active substances by skin, and can effectively improve the skin. When the fatty acid molecules are inserted into the hydrophobic structure of lipid bilayer of stratum corneum lipid, the bilayer is twisted due to the cis structure of the unsaturated hydrophobic chain, so as to form a fine flowing channel easy to permeate, and effectively influence the ordered arrangement of the lipid structure of stratum corneum, thereby promoting the percutaneous absorption of active substances.
Further, the organic salt is one or more than two of organic magnesium salt, organic copper salt and organic zinc salt. The three organic salts can effectively activate the cell activity for the skin and provide permeable trace elements for the cell metabolism. More specifically, the organic salt is one or more of magnesium aspartate, copper gluconate, and zinc gluconate. The three organic salts have good affinity with cells, can effectively permeate into skin, promote metabolism of the skin and repair the skin.
Specifically, the high-permeability moisturizing composition is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 2.0-10.0 parts of Chondrus crispus extract, 0.2-0.7 part of acetyl chitosamine, 0.1-1.0 part of polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, 0.15-0.30 part of organic salt, and 0.05-0.2 part of sea salt.
The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

The high-permeability moisturizing skin care lotion can be directly used on the surface of skin and is suitable for most of skin, including sensitive skin. After the skin care product is used, the skin care product has good skin feel and smooth feel, can keep the skin moist for a long time after being used, promotes the generation of hyaluronic acid and cell metabolism of the skin, effectively resists wrinkles and removes wrinkles after being used for a long time, and improves the elasticity and luster of the skin.
Further, the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone; the solvent includes water, butanediol, and 1, 2-hexanediol. In addition, the solvent 1, 2-hexanediol used in the skin care lotion can be used as a solvent and a preservative simultaneously, so that the using amount of p-hydroxyacetophenone is reduced, and the skin care lotion is reduced in irritation to the skin.
Further, the high-permeability moisturizing skin care lotion is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 4.0-6.0% of Chondrus crispus extract, 0.4-0.5% of acetyl chitosamine, 0.2-0.4% of Hojoba wax PEG-120 esters, 0.2-0.4% of PEG-75 shea butter glycerides, 0.07-0.13% of magnesium aspartate, 0.05-0.1% of copper gluconate, 0.01-0.05% of zinc gluconate, 0.4-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1.0-5.0% of butanediol, 0.2-1.0% of 1, 2-hexanediol and water for 100%.
The third purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of high-permeability moisturizing skin care lotion comprises the following steps:
1) adding 5-20 times of solvent into polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester and antiseptic, stirring and dissolving;
2) dissolving Chondrus crispus extract and acetyl chitosamine in 3-6 times of solvent;
3) dissolving organic salt and sea salt in 3-6 times of solvent;
4) adding the solution obtained in the step 2) into the solution obtained in the step 1), and finally adding the solution obtained in the step 3) and the rest of solvent.
The preparation method can effectively and uniformly disperse the effective components in a pre-dissolving manner, and finally obtains the skin care lotion with uniform texture and stable system, and the skin care lotion is stable and is not easy to produce oil or precipitate under the high-temperature and high-humidity environment.
