布料是装饰材料中常用的材料,包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料,布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用,常常是整个销售空间中不可忽视的主要力量,大量运用布料进行墙面面饰、隔断、以及背景处理,同样可以形成良好的商业空间展示风格,随着纺织业的不断提示,人们在纺织品的功效性和产品质量品质的要求进而不断提高,现有的服装布料在制作过程中除杂效果较差,同时使用过程中的布料除臭功能较差,影响人们的穿着使用。

针对背景中的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种提高服装布料制作过程中的除杂效果,同时提高服装布料使用过程的除臭功能的除臭式服装布料制作工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种除臭式服装布料制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、开松选材:对原棉进行开松,将原棉开松成约0.1mg的棉束,同时选择较长的棉束,并人工预先清除棉束中含有的杂质;
B、清棉:将步骤A中选择的棉束使用开清棉联合机进行除杂、混棉,最后制成棉卷;
C、处理:将步骤B中制成的棉卷通过梳棉机进行分梳,将棉块分解成单纤维状态,使纤维伸直呈平行状态;
D、精梳:将步骤C中的纤维进行进一步除杂,将纤维中的棉结、杂质和纤维疵点清除,排除一定长度以下的短纤维,提高纤维的长度整齐度和伸直度,将棉条拉细到一定粗细,得到粗条;
E、并条和粗纱:将步骤D中的粗条通过并条机进行牵伸拉长抽细,得到熟条,将熟条均匀地牵伸,拉长抽细,将牵伸后的须条加以适当的捻回,使纱条具有一定的强力;
F、织布成型:将步骤E中得到的熟条通过织布机制成坯布;
G、除臭剂制备:将亚铁和高铁的混合硫酸盐,硫酸亚铁,硫酸铁和铝、钠、钙、镍的氧化物粉剂溶于水并通过混合机混合成为胶体溶液,用亲水聚合物使之稳定,并稀释100-200倍,得到除臭剂。
H、浸泡:将步骤G中得到的除臭剂放入至浸泡设备中,然后将步骤F中制成的坯布展开浸泡在除臭剂中进行除臭浸泡,浸泡时间为0.5-1小时,浸泡温度为90-100摄氏度。

I、烘干定型:将步骤H中浸泡除臭后的坯布通过烘干定型设备进行烘干定型,制成布料。
优选的,通过开清棉联合机清除混在原棉中的杂质和棉结,使除杂程度达到100%。
优选的,所述混合机的混合搅拌速度为80r/min。
优选的,所述烘干定型在温度为160℃的条件下进行。
优选的,所述的胶体溶液的粘度为1000cps。
本发明能够较为高效的将原棉中的杂质清除,提高服装布料制作过程中的除杂效果,以便于服装布料成品制作时候的使用,并且可以通过除臭剂的浸泡,提高服装布料使用过程的除臭功能,减少了对人们在穿着过程中的影响。
在烘干之前经过S1、通过烧毛机对坯布的正反两面进行烧毛,烧毛时的火焰温度为1250-1300℃,车速为140-160m/min,烧毛级数为6级;
S2、将S1中烧毛后的坯布放入3-4g/L的淀粉酶中堆置,保持温度为65-70℃,保温2-3h;
S3、将S2中退浆后的坯布放入清洗装置中清洗15-30min。
通过烧毛机对坯布的正反两面进行烧毛,可以去除织物表面的绒毛,获得光洁的表面,防止沾染灰尘,然后将坯布放入淀粉酶中堆置退浆,通过清洗装置清洗坯布,洗去坯布表面残留物质,清洗效果好。

Claims (6)
1.一种除臭式服装布料制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、开松选材:对原棉进行开松,将原棉开松成约0.1mg的棉束,同时选择较长的棉束,并人工预先清除棉束中含有的杂质;
B、清棉:将步骤A中选择的棉束使用开清棉联合机进行除杂、混棉,最后制成棉卷;
C、处理:将步骤B中制成的棉卷通过梳棉机进行分梳,将棉块分解成单纤维状态,使纤维伸直呈平行状态;
D、精梳:将步骤C中的纤维进行进一步除杂,将纤维中的棉结、杂质和纤维疵点清除,排除一定长度以下的短纤维,提高纤维的长度整齐度和伸直度,将棉条拉细到一定粗细,得到粗条;
E、并条和粗纱:将步骤D中的粗条通过并条机进行牵伸拉长抽细,得到熟条,将熟条均匀地牵伸,拉长抽细,将牵伸后的须条加以适当的捻回,使纱条具有一定的强力;
F、织布成型:将步骤E中得到的熟条通过织布机制成坯布;
G、除臭剂制备:将亚铁和高铁的混合硫酸盐,硫酸亚铁,硫酸铁和铝、钠、钙、镍的氧化物粉剂溶于水并通过混合机混合成为胶体溶液,用亲水聚合物使之稳定,并稀释100-200倍,得到除臭剂。
H、浸泡:将步骤G中得到的除臭剂放入至浸泡设备中,然后将步骤F中制成的坯布展开浸泡在除臭剂中进行除臭浸泡,浸泡时间为0.5-1小时,浸泡温度为90-100摄氏度。
I、烘干定型:将步骤H中浸泡除臭后的坯布通过烘干定型设备进行烘干定型,制成布料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除臭式服装布料制作工艺,其特征在于,通过开清棉联合机清除混在原棉中的杂质和棉结,使除杂程度达到90%~100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种除臭式服装布料制作工艺,其特征在于,所述混合机的混合搅拌速度为10~100r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种除臭式服装布料制作工艺,其特征在于,所述烘干定型在温度为150-160℃的条件下进行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种除臭式服装布料制作工艺,其特征在于,所述的胶体溶液的粘度为500-1000cps。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种除臭式服装布料制作工艺,其特征在于,在步骤I之前再经过
