本发明公开了一种爆珠用香橙香精及其制备方法、爆珠和卷烟。本公开的爆珠用香橙香精通过各种原料的搭配可获得香橙香精的香味,由于没有采用精油作为香精的原料,因此本公开的爆珠用香橙香精化学成分和含量固定,不受生产条件、储存环境、生产厂家等外部因素的影响,有利于保证爆珠用香橙香精质量的稳定性。而且,本公开的爆珠用香橙香精的香味丰富,协调性好,可以很好地改善和修饰香气、降低甜腻感、掩盖杂气、降低刺激性、提高香气质和量、协调烟香、增加感官舒适度、改善吸味和余味。

背景技术
近年来,随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的迅速提高,各种新型香烟得到了快速的发展。爆珠香烟作为一种新兴的卷烟产品,消费者可在抽吸爆珠香烟的过程中捏破滤嘴中的爆珠,释放香味成分,达到补香、增加特征香的作用,提高吸烟者的抽吸体验。
爆珠加香与传统烟丝加香有很大不同,爆珠用香料不参与燃烧,以原香转移为主,避免了传统烟丝加香加料燃烧后产生的香气改变。香橙爆珠卷烟是新兴的爆珠卷烟产品之一。而且,香橙口甜润,具有和胃理气,生津化痰止咳功效,在捏破爆珠前后给消费者提供两种完全不同的抽吸感受,大大增加了抽烟者的愉悦感和趣味性。
现有爆珠用香橙香精多为香橙精油、其它天然精油和一些添加剂的混合物。精油作为植物提取物受植物生长环境温度、水分、土壤、光照等因素的影响,导致不同年份、批次和厂家的爆珠用香橙香精质量波动大,稳定性差,在一定程度上影响了爆珠用香橙香精在卷烟中的应用。而且,现有香橙爆珠香精还存在甜腻感过重、残留过大、滞口感显现、刺激性和杂气增加等问题。
因此,如何提供一种质量稳定,可有效提高香精与卷烟烟气的协调性及抽吸舒适性的爆珠用香橙香精成为本领域亟需解决的技术难题。

由以上评吸结果可以看出:置入了现有的香橙爆珠卷烟与空白卷烟相比,各项指标整体向好,但出现杂气及刺激性增加问题。本公开的香橙爆珠卷烟L1-L4质量稳定,不仅很好地解决了现有的香橙爆珠卷烟存在的刺激性和杂气等问题,而且使卷烟香气质进一步提升,香气量进一步增加,烟气甜润感和透发性进一步增加,烟气更加细腻,余味更加舒适。同时香橙相似程度、显著程度及吸烟者喜好程度也均有很高的提升,具有重要的实用价值。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的爆珠用香橙香精,其特征在于,所述爆珠用香橙香精不包括癸醛、对-伞花烃、β-蒎烯、(1R,3S,6S)-3,7,7-三甲基双环[4.1.0]庚烷、9-乙酰基四氢咔唑、辛醛、苯乙酸、癸酸乙酯、2-甲氧基-3-烯丙基-苯酚、十五醛、壬醛、1-甲基-3-亚甲基-8-异丙基四环[4.4.0.02,7]癸烷、正辛醇、辛酸乙酯、左薄荷脑、辛酸、癸酸和蒈烷。
4.一种权利要求1至3中任一项所述的爆珠用香橙香精的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料在15℃-35℃的条件下以50r/min-70r/min的转速搅拌20min-40min的步骤。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料在25℃的条件下以60r/min的转速搅拌30min的步骤。
6.一种爆珠,其特征在于,包括外壳和香橙香剂,所述香橙香剂包括溶剂和权利要求1至3中任一项所述的爆珠用香橙香精,所述溶剂和所述爆珠用香橙香精的质量比为(74198-82136):(17864-25802)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述溶剂为辛癸酸甘油酯。
8.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述爆珠中的香橙香剂的含量为15-25μL/粒。
9.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述爆珠的外径为3.3mm-3.6mm。
10.一种卷烟,其特征在于,包括权利要求6至9中任一项所述的爆珠。
