本发明涉及卷烟领域,更具体地,涉及一种爆珠用薄荷香精及其制备方法、爆珠和卷烟。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的迅速提高,各种新型香烟得到了快速的发展。爆珠香烟作为一种新兴的卷烟产品,消费者可在抽吸爆珠香烟的过程中捏破滤嘴中的爆珠,释放香味成分,达到补香、增加特征香的作用,提高吸烟者的抽吸体验。
爆珠加香与传统烟丝加香有很大不同,爆珠用香料不参与燃烧,以原香转移为主,避免了传统烟丝加香加料燃烧后产生的香气改变。薄荷爆珠卷烟是较早的爆珠卷烟产品之一。而且,爆珠用薄荷香精具有口感清凉特点,及疏肝理气、清咽利喉,利咽止痛、止痒等功效,在捏破爆珠前后给消费者提供两种完全不同的抽吸感受,大大增加了抽烟者的愉悦感和趣味性。
现有爆珠用薄荷香精多为薄荷精油、其它天然精油和一些添加剂的混合物。精油作为植物提取物受植物生长环境温度、水分、土壤、光照等因素的影响,导致不同年份、批次和厂家的爆珠用薄荷香精质量波动大,稳定性差,在一定程度上影响了爆珠用薄荷香精在卷烟中的应用。而且,现有薄荷爆珠香精还存在凉味过重,抽吸时对口腔和鼻腔刺激过大等问题。
因此,如何提供一种质量稳定,可有效提高香精与卷烟烟气的协调性及抽吸舒适性的爆珠用薄荷香精成为本领域亟需解决的技术难题。

在本公开的爆珠用薄荷香精的一种实施方式中,爆珠用薄荷香精不包括6,6-二甲基-2-亚甲基双环[3.1.1]庚烷、丙二醇、β-蒎烯、β-波旁烯、4-甲基-1-异丙基环己烯、临伞花烃、2-异丙基-5-甲基-9-亚甲基双环[4.4.0]癸-1-烯、1-丁基-2-乙基环丁烷、3-辛醇、3-甲基-6-(1-甲基乙烯基)环己-2-烯-1-醇、3,7,7-三甲基双环[4.1.0]庚烷、甲酸辛酯、γ-衣兰油烯、3,7,11,11-四甲基双环[8.1.0]十一-2,6-二烯、3,4,4,5,6,8-六氢-2,5,5,8-四甲基苯并呋喃、3,6-二甲基-5,6,7,7-四氢苯并呋喃酮、1,5,5,6-四甲基-1,3-环己二烯、3-壬醇、己醇、3-甲基环己酮和2,5-二乙基四氢呋喃。
在该实施方式中,将会对烟气产生不利的化合物及与卷烟风格特征冲突的成分从爆珠用薄荷香精中剔除,可避免该部分成分带来的不利影响。
本公开还提供了一种爆珠用薄荷香精的制备方法。
该制备方法基于本公开的爆珠用薄荷香精,将各原料在15℃-35℃的条件下以50r/min-70r/min的转速搅拌20min-40min。
通过选择合适的制备工艺条件,可有效避免各原料挥发,以及有效避免因高温快速长时间搅拌导致的爆珠用薄荷香精变质的问题。
在本公开的爆珠用薄荷香精的制备方法的一种实施方式中,将各原料在25℃的条件下以60r/min的转速搅拌30min。该工艺条件制得的爆珠用薄荷香精质量稳定,抽吸协调性好。
本公开还提供了一种爆珠。
该爆珠包括外壳和薄荷香剂。外壳可例如为明胶。薄荷香剂包括溶剂和本公开的爆珠用薄荷香精。溶剂可采用本领域常用的溶剂,例如辛癸酸甘油酯等。溶剂和爆珠用薄荷香精的质量比为(84606-89952):(10048-15394)。
本公开爆珠能够很好地与卷烟烟气协调、改善和修饰香气、改善香气质、提高香气量、掩盖杂气、增加甜润感、协调烟香、提高烟气浓度、增加感官舒适度、降低刺激性、改善吸味和余味。而且,本公开的爆珠还可有效减少现有的薄荷爆珠带来的滞口感和杂气等问题。
在本公开的爆珠的一种实施方式中,溶剂为辛癸酸甘油酯。
在本公开的爆珠的一种实施方式中,为了更有效地解决涩味过重,抽吸时对口腔和鼻腔刺激过大等问题,爆珠中的薄荷香剂的含量为15-25μL/粒。
在本公开的爆珠的一种实施方式中,为了更有效地解决涩味过重,抽吸时对口腔和鼻腔刺激过大等问题,爆珠的外径为3.3mm-3.6mm。
本公开还提供了一种卷烟。
该包括本公开的爆珠。具体实施时,卷烟的滤棒中可添加一粒爆珠,爆珠的位置距离滤棒的自由端的12.5mm处,以提供更好的抽吸体验。
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所使用的材料和试剂,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到,实验中使用的设备如无特殊说明,均为本领域技术人员熟知的设备。

按重量份计,将薄荷脑9.000份、薄荷酮2.500份、乙酸薄荷酯0.350份、桉树脑0.250份、胡薄荷酮0.220份、新异薄荷醇0.180份、石竹烯0.170份、右旋柠檬烯0.150份、长叶薄荷酮0.065份、异胡薄荷醇0.060份、α-蒎烯0.050份、α-松油醇0.030份、吉玛烯0.020份、β-依兰烯0.016份、γ-松油烯0.010份、β-月桂烯0.008份、2-甲基-5-异丙基双环[3.1.0]己-2-醇0.008份、α-松油烯0.006份、α-胡椒烯0.005份、1,5,5-三甲基-6-亚甲基环己烯0.0045份、α-衣兰油烯0.005份、4-甲基-1-异丙烯基环己醇0.005份、萜品油烯0.003份、百里酚0.003份、去氢白菖烯0.002份、α-水芹烯0.002份、丁酸乙酯0.030份、乙酸乙酯0.030份、戊酸戊酯0.020份、肉桂醛0.025份、香兰素0.020份、胡椒酮0.010份、香桧烯0.010份、芳樟醇0.010份、香芹酮0.010份、乙基香兰素0.005份、丁香油酚0.005份和莰烯0.002份在25℃的条件下以60r/min的转速搅拌30min,即得到爆珠用薄荷香精S1。
将爆珠用薄荷香精S1与辛癸酸甘油酯按质量比133:867混合后,得到薄荷香剂。接着将薄荷香剂制成薄荷爆珠D1。薄荷爆珠D1中薄荷香剂的含量为20μL/粒,外径为3.5mm。再将薄荷爆珠D1置入卷烟滤棒,接卷烟样品后得薄荷爆珠卷烟L1。
实施例2

实施例3

将爆珠用薄荷香精S3与辛癸酸甘油酯按质量比11679:88321混合后,得到薄荷香剂。接着将薄荷香剂制成薄荷爆珠D3。薄荷爆珠D3中薄荷香剂的含量为30μL/粒,外径为3.5mm。再将薄荷爆珠D3置入卷烟滤棒,接卷烟样品后得薄荷爆珠卷烟L3。
实施例4
按重量份计,将薄荷脑7.500份、薄荷酮1.800份、乙酸薄荷酯0.300份、桉树脑0.300份、胡薄荷酮0.200份、新异薄荷醇0.150份、石竹烯0.200份、右旋柠檬烯0.200份、长叶薄荷酮0.055份、异胡薄荷醇0.055份、α-蒎烯0.060份、α-松油醇0.035份、吉玛烯0.025份、β-依兰烯0.020份、γ-松油烯0.010份、β-月桂烯0.010份、2-甲基-5-异丙基双环[3.1.0]己-2-醇0.008份、α-松油烯0.007份、α-胡椒烯0.006份、1,5,5-三甲基-6-亚甲基环己烯0.005份、α-衣兰油烯0.005份、4-甲基-1-异丙烯基环己醇0.005份、萜品油烯0.004份、百里酚0.003份、去氢白菖烯0.002份、α-水芹烯0.002份、丁酸乙酯0.050份、乙酸乙酯0.045份、戊酸戊酯0.030份、肉桂醛0.025份、香兰素0.020份、胡椒酮0.020份、香桧烯0.020份、芳樟醇0.010份、香芹酮0.010份、乙基香兰素0.005份、丁香油酚0.005份和莰烯0.002份在25℃的条件下以60r/min的转速搅拌30min,即得到爆珠用薄荷香精S4。
将爆珠用薄荷香精S4与辛癸酸甘油酯按质量比11209:88791混合后,得到薄荷香剂。接着将薄荷香剂制成薄荷爆珠D4。薄荷爆珠D4中薄荷香剂的含量为40μL/粒,外径为4.5mm。再将薄荷爆珠D4置入卷烟滤棒,接卷烟样品后得薄荷爆珠卷烟L4。
对薄荷爆珠卷烟L1-L4、置入空白爆珠的空白卷烟样品(空白爆珠指不包含香精的爆珠)和置入了现有的薄荷爆珠的卷烟样品进行抽吸评价,结果详见下表。
由以上评吸结果可以看出:置入了现有的薄荷爆珠卷烟与空白卷烟相比,各项指标整体向好,但出现杂气及刺激性增加问题。本公开的薄荷爆珠卷烟L1-L4质量稳定,不仅很好地解决了现有的薄荷爆珠卷烟存在的刺激性和杂气等问题,而且使卷烟香气质进一步提升,香气量进一步增加,烟气甜润感和透发性进一步增加,烟气更加细腻,余味更加舒适。同时薄荷相似程度、显著程度及吸烟者喜好程度也均有很高的提升,具有重要的实用价值。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的爆珠用薄荷香精,其特征在于,所述爆珠用薄荷香精不包括6,6-二甲基-2-亚甲基双环[3.1.1]庚烷、丙二醇、β-蒎烯、β-波旁烯、4-甲基-1-异丙基环己烯、临伞花烃、2-异丙基-5-甲基-9-亚甲基双环[4.4.0]癸-1-烯、1-丁基-2-乙基环丁烷、3-辛醇、3-甲基-6-(1-甲基乙烯基)环己-2-烯-1-醇、3,7,7-三甲基双环[4.1.0]庚烷、甲酸辛酯、γ-衣兰油烯、3,7,11,11-四甲基双环[8.1.0]十一-2,6-二烯、3,4,4,5,6,8-六氢-2,5,5,8-四甲基苯并呋喃、3,6-二甲基-5,6,7,7-四氢苯并呋喃酮、1,5,5,6-四甲基-1,3-环己二烯、3-壬醇、己醇、3-甲基环己酮和2,5-二乙基四氢呋喃。
4.一种权利要求1至3中任一项所述的爆珠用薄荷香精的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料在15℃-35℃的条件下以50r/min-70r/min的转速搅拌20min-40min的步骤。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料在25℃的条件下以60r/min的转速搅拌30min的步骤。
6.一种爆珠,其特征在于,包括外壳和薄荷香剂,所述薄荷香剂包括溶剂和权利要求1至3中任一项所述的爆珠用薄荷香精,所述溶剂和所述爆珠用薄荷香精的质量比为(84606-89952):(10048-15394)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述溶剂为辛癸酸甘油酯。
8.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述爆珠中的薄荷香剂的含量为15-25μL/粒。
9.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述爆珠的外径为3.3mm-3.6mm。
10.一种卷烟,其特征在于,包括权利要求6至9中任一项所述的爆珠。
