本发明涉及卷烟领域,更具体地,涉及一种爆珠用茴香香精及其制备方法、爆珠和卷烟。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的迅速提高,各种新型香烟得到了快速的发展。爆珠香烟作为一种新兴的卷烟产品,消费者可在抽吸爆珠香烟的过程中捏破滤嘴中的爆珠,释放香味成分,达到补香、增加特征香的作用,提高吸烟者的抽吸体验。
爆珠加香与传统烟丝加香有很大不同,爆珠用香料不参与燃烧,以原香转移为主,避免了传统烟丝加香加料燃烧后产生的香气改变。茴香味爆珠卷烟是最早的爆珠卷烟产品之一。爆珠用茴香香精具有口感清香的特点,还具有理气散寒、杀菌止痛、利胆胃等功效,在捏破爆珠前后给消费者提供两种完全不同的抽吸感受,大大增加了抽烟者的愉悦感和趣味性。
现有爆珠用茴香香精多为茴香精油、其它天然精油和一些添加剂的混合物。精油作为植物提取物受植物生长环境温度、水分、土壤、光照等因素的影响,导致不同年份、批次和厂家的爆珠用茴香香精质量波动大,稳定性差,在一定程度上影响了爆珠用茴香香精在卷烟中的应用。而且,现有茴香爆珠香精还存在涩味过重,抽吸时对口腔和鼻腔刺激过大等问题。
因此,如何提供一种质量稳定,可有效提高香精与卷烟烟气的协调性及抽吸舒适性的爆珠用茴香香精成为本领域亟需解决的技术难题。

对茴香爆珠卷烟L1-L4、置入空白爆珠的空白卷烟样品(空白爆珠指不包含香精的爆珠)和置入了现有的茴香爆珠的卷烟样品进行抽吸评价,结果详见下表。
由以上评吸结果可以看出:置入了现有的茴香爆珠卷烟与空白卷烟相比,各项指标整体向好,但出现杂气及刺激性增加问题。本公开的茴香爆珠卷烟L1-L4质量稳定,不仅很好地解决了现有的茴香爆珠卷烟存在的刺激性和杂气等问题,而且使卷烟香气质进一步提升,香气量进一步增加,烟气甜润感和透发性进一步增加,烟气更加细腻,余味更加舒适。同时茴香相似程度、显著程度及吸烟者喜好程度也均有很高的提升,具有重要的实用价值。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的爆珠用茴香香精,其特征在于,所述爆珠用茴香香精不包括乙酸大茴香酯、对-伞花烃、1,5,9,9-四甲基-1,4,7,-环十一三烯、2,6,10,10-四甲基双环[7.2.0]十一-2,6-二烯、2-甲氧基-3-丙烯基苯酚、3-羟基苯甲酸乙酯、β-人参烯、2-异丙基苯酚、外式-7-烯丙基双环[4.2.0]辛-2-烯、1-(4-甲氧基苯基)-1,2-丙二醇、9-溴代壬酸乙酯、1,2-甲氧基-4-(1,2-二甲氧基乙基)苯、(4-甲氧基苯基)-(2-硝基环己基)甲醇和1-(对甲苯基)乙醇。
4.一种权利要求1至3中任一项所述的爆珠用茴香香精的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料在15℃-35℃的条件下以50r/min-70r/min的转速搅拌20min-40min的步骤。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料在25℃的条件下以60r/min的转速搅拌30min的步骤。
6.一种爆珠,其特征在于,包括外壳和茴香香剂,所述茴香香剂包括溶剂和权利要求1至3中任一项所述的爆珠用茴香香精,所述溶剂和所述爆珠用茴香香精的质量比为(66989-76442):(23558-33011)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述溶剂为辛癸酸甘油酯。
8.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述爆珠中的茴香香剂的含量为15-25μL/粒。
9.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述爆珠的外径为3.3mm-3.6mm。
10.一种卷烟,其特征在于,包括权利要求6至9中任一项所述的爆珠。
