背景技术
近年来,随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的迅速提高,各种新型香烟得到了快速的发展。爆珠香烟作为一种新兴的卷烟产品,消费者可在抽吸爆珠香烟的过程中捏破滤嘴中的爆珠,释放香味成分,达到补香、增加特征香的作用,提高吸烟者的抽吸体验。
爆珠加香与传统烟丝加香有很大不同,爆珠用香料不参与燃烧,以原香转移为主,避免了传统烟丝加香加料燃烧后产生的香气改变。陈皮爆珠卷烟销量大,广受消费者欢迎。而且,陈皮口感酸甜,有和胃理气、化痰止咳功效,陈皮提取物与卷烟烟气协调性好,这也是卷烟制造业和消费者热衷陈皮爆珠卷烟的主要原因之一。
现有爆珠用陈皮香精多为陈皮精油、其它天然精油和一些添加剂的混合物。精油作为植物提取物受植物生长环境温度、水分、土壤、光照等因素的影响,导致不同年份、批次和厂家的爆珠用陈皮香精质量波动大,稳定性差,在一定程度上影响了爆珠用陈皮香精在卷烟中的应用。而且,现有陈皮爆珠香精还存在香气协调性差、滞口感显现、刺激性和杂气多等问题。
因此,如何提供一种质量稳定,可有效提高香精与卷烟烟气的协调性及抽吸舒适性的爆珠用陈皮香精成为本领域亟需解决的技术难题。

对陈皮爆珠卷烟L1-L4、置入空白爆珠的空白卷烟样品(空白爆珠指不包含香精的爆珠)和置入了现有的陈皮爆珠的卷烟样品进行抽吸评价,结果详见下表。
由以上评吸结果可以看出:置入了现有的陈皮爆珠卷烟与空白卷烟相比,各项指标整体向好,但出现杂气及刺激性增加问题。本公开的陈皮爆珠卷烟L1-L4质量稳定,不仅很好地解决了现有的陈皮爆珠卷烟存在的刺激性和杂气等问题,而且使卷烟香气质进一步提升,香气量进一步增加,烟气甜润感和透发性进一步增加,烟气更加细腻,余味更加舒适。同时陈皮相似程度、显著程度及吸烟者喜好程度也均有很高的提升,具有重要的实用价值。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的爆珠用陈皮香精,其特征在于,所述爆珠用陈皮香精不包括3-烯丙基-6-甲基苯酚、三乙酸甘油酯、癸醛、乙酸异番薄荷酯、辛醛、1-甲基-4-烯丙基-苯、3,6-二甲基-2,3,3,4,5,7-六氢香豆素、巴伦西亚橘烯、马鞭基乙醚、2,4,4-三甲基-3-羟甲基-5-(3-甲基-丁-2-烯基)-环己烯、1,1-二乙氧基乙烷、二十二酸庚酯、蛇麻烯、丁香酚、3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯酸乙酯、1-甲基-4-丙烯基-2-环己烯-1-醇、反式-5-甲基-3-(1-甲基乙烯基)-环己烯、苯甲醛、十四醛、二苯硫醚和N-异丙基-3-苯基丙胺。
4.一种权利要求1至3中任一项所述的爆珠用陈皮香精的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料在15℃-35℃的条件下以50r/min-70r/min的转速搅拌20min-40min的步骤。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料在25℃的条件下以60r/min的转速搅拌30min的步骤。
6.一种爆珠,其特征在于,包括外壳和陈皮香剂,所述陈皮香剂包括溶剂和权利要求1至3中任一项所述的爆珠用陈皮香精,所述溶剂和所述爆珠用陈皮香精的质量比为(72438-79186):(20814-27562)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述溶剂为辛癸酸甘油酯。
8.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述爆珠中的陈皮香剂的含量为15-25μL/粒。
9.根据权利要求6所述的爆珠,其特征在于,所述爆珠的外径为3.3mm-3.6mm。
10.一种卷烟,其特征在于,包括权利要求6至9中任一项所述的爆珠。
