本发明属于压敏胶制备技术领域,具体公开了一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶配方及其制备方法,由如下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸单体5‑10份、丙烯酸酯单体20‑40份、溶剂100‑120份、引发剂1‑8份、添加剂1‑3份、消泡剂1‑2份。本发明提出的一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶配方及其制备方法,与现有技术相比,本发明在制作时采用丙烯酸酯单体聚合而成,同时选用聚酰胺酸溶液与油墨树脂的混合物制成添加剂,从而使得制得的压敏胶具有耐280℃的耐高温性能,还具有防腐蚀抗酸碱性的功能,且在粘接性强的基础上易撕拉剥离,使用方便,安全性高,能够满足玻璃深加工的艺术加工需要。

技术领域
本发明属于压敏胶制备技术领域,具体涉及一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
压敏胶是压敏胶粘剂的简称,是一类具有对压力有敏感性的胶粘剂,主要用于制备压敏胶带,一般压敏胶的剥离力(胶粘带与被粘表面加压粘贴后所表现的剥离力)<胶粘剂的内聚力(压敏胶分子之间的作用力)<胶粘剂的粘基力(胶粘剂与基材之间的附着力),这样的压敏胶粘剂在使用过程中才不会有脱胶等现象的发生,压敏胶按照主体树脂成分可分为橡胶型和树脂型两类,橡胶型又可分为天然橡胶和合成橡胶类,树脂型又主要包括丙烯酸类、有机硅类以及聚氨酯类,橡胶类压敏胶除主要成分为橡胶外,还要加入其他辅助成分。
在玻璃深加工领域中,尤其在半透明玻璃艺术加工过程中,需在玻璃非加工面贴上保护膜,然后,在加工面进行喷砂、蒙砂或酸碱蚀刻处理,以使玻璃表面形成凹凸立体感,达到玻璃艺术化,所制备的雾面化玻璃由于凹凸面有棱角或毛刺,需进行强酸或强碱腐蚀处理,达到玻璃表面手感光滑质地均匀的目的。这就要求所用到保护膜既要有很好的贴覆性能够防止强酸或者强碱侧渗而腐蚀玻璃非加工面,又要经受住喷砂工艺中的高温,在玻璃加工完后能轻易的从玻璃表面撕掉保护膜。
目前的保护膜上一般涂覆一层压敏胶使得保护膜具有粘性,传统的压敏胶在受高温喷砂后,存在融化后再粘附的特点,粘附性强,不易撕取。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶配方及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶配方及其制备方法,由如下重量份的原料组成:丙烯酸单体5-10份、丙烯酸酯单体20-40份、溶剂100-120份、引发剂1-8份、添加剂1-3份、消泡剂1-2份。
优选的,所述丙烯酸单体为分子量小于190的丙烯酸单体和分子量大于230的丙烯酸单体。
优选的,所述分子量小于190的丙烯酸单体选自3-(3-噻吩基)丙烯酸。
优选的,所述分子量大于230的丙烯酸单体选自3-(2-硝基苯基)-2-苯基丙烯酸。
优选的,所述丙烯酸酯单体选自2-氰基乙基丙烯酸酯。
优选的,所述添加剂是聚酰胺酸溶液与油墨树脂的混合物。
一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、先将丙烯酸单体与丙烯酸酯单体混合,搅拌均匀,制得单体溶液;
S2、然后将单体溶液的20%-30%加入反应釜,控制反应釜进行加热,加热温度80-85℃,再加入光引发剂并进行搅拌混合,反应0.5-0.8h,并恒温1-3h后再降温;
S3、待降温到室温后,加入添加剂、消泡剂,混合搅拌均匀,制得半成品;
S4、将制得的半成品蒸发掉溶剂,制得压敏胶;
S5、将制得的压敏胶均匀涂覆在PO基保护膜上,制得玻璃加工用保护膜。
优选的,所述反应釜具有加热、冷却、搅拌、蒸发的功能。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明提出的一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶配方及其制备方法,与现有技术相比,本发明在制作时采用丙烯酸酯单体聚合而成,同时选用聚酰胺酸溶液与油墨树脂的混合物制成添加剂,从而使得制得的压敏胶具有耐280℃的耐高温性能,还具有防腐蚀抗酸碱性的功能,且在粘接性强的基础上易撕拉剥离,使用方便,安全性高,能够满足玻璃深加工的艺术加工需要。

4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶,其特征在于:所述分子量大于230的丙烯酸单体选自3-[4-(苄氧基)苯基]丙烯酸、3-(2-硝基苯基)-2-苯基丙烯酸、2-乙酰氨基-3-(4-联苯)丙烯酸中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸酯单体选自丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、2,3-二羟基丙基丙烯酸酯、异丙基氰基丙烯酸酯、2-氰基乙基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、1,3-二(4-苯甲酰基-3-羟基苯氧基)丙-2-基甲基丙烯酸酯、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸1-[2-(羟基甲基)-2-[[(2-甲基-1-氧代-2-丙烯-1-基)氧基]甲基]-1,3-丙烷二基]酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶,其特征在于:所述添加剂是聚酰胺酸溶液与油墨树脂的混合物。
7.一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、先将丙烯酸单体与丙烯酸酯单体混合,搅拌均匀,制得单体溶液;
S2、然后将单体溶液的20%-30%加入反应釜,控制反应釜进行加热,加热温度80-85℃,再加入光引发剂并进行搅拌混合,反应0.5-0.8h,并恒温1-3h后再降温;
S3、待降温到室温后,加入添加剂、消泡剂,混合搅拌均匀,制得半成品;
S4、将制得的半成品蒸发掉溶剂,制得压敏胶;
S5、将制得的压敏胶均匀涂覆在PO基保护膜上,制得玻璃加工用保护膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗强碱耐高温易剥离型PO基保护膜用压敏胶制备方法,其特征在于:所述反应釜具有加热、冷却、搅拌、蒸发的功能。
