Abstract

一种现代家具喷涂工艺,涉及家具喷涂工艺技术领域,包括以下步骤:步骤一:选用优质环保双贴面中密度纤维板为基材,用精密度推台锯下料;步骤二:根据客户要求,采用数控电脑雕刻机对基材进行刀型加工;步骤三:采用平面砂光机对基材表面进行打磨;步骤四:采用打边机对基材端部进行打磨;步骤五:将基材表面的碎渣利用鼓风机吹尽;本发明采用自动化数控设备,对家具进行喷涂处理,其色彩持久,保光保色,能有效防止家具变形开裂,并能对家具表面进行保护;有效提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性。另外,该喷涂工艺,操作安全,实现自动化操作,能够有效的进行喷涂,保证喷涂的效果,油漆利用率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及家具喷涂工艺技术领域。
背景技术
家具是家居中的重要组成部分,现代家居中的收纳、置物都离不开家具,同时家具也是家居装饰中最重要组成部分,由于家具上漆是一件非常重要的事情,这也是家具制造过程中必不可少的步骤。
目前的家具企业多数都采用人工喷涂,油漆的利用率有的不足50%,不仅成本高,而且对水和空气的污染非常严重,更加需要进行研究和改造,进一步设计规范喷涂方法,提高喷涂件的一次合格率,减少涂料的使用,提高喷涂的工作效率,这样也可以从很大程度上减少涂料的浪费,减少碳排放。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种现代家具喷涂工艺,工艺简单,操作安全,实现自动化操作,能够有效的进行喷涂,保证喷涂的效果,油漆利用率高。
本发明包括以下步骤:
步骤一:选用优质环保双贴面中密度纤维板为基材,用精密度推台锯下料;
步骤二:根据客户要求,采用数控电脑雕刻机对基材进行刀型加工;
步骤三:采用平面砂光机对基材表面进行打磨;
步骤四:采用打边机对基材端部进行打磨;
步骤五:将基材表面的碎渣利用鼓风机吹尽;
步骤六:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂底漆,喷涂后在烘干房中干燥1-2h,温度30-40℃,相对湿度为50-60%,风速为1-3m/s;
步骤七:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂中层漆,喷涂后干燥2-3h,温度40-50℃,相对湿度为50-60%,风速为1-3m/s;
步骤八:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂上层漆,喷涂后干燥1-2h,温度30-40℃,相对湿度为50-60%,风速为1-3m/s;
步骤九:固化后打包。
进一步地,在所述步骤(六)完成后,采用平面砂光机进行砂光。
进一步地,在所述步骤(七)完成后,采用平面砂光机进行砂光。
进一步地,在所述步骤(八)完成后,采用平面砂光机和异形砂光机相结合的砂光方式,打磨饰面。
有益效果:本发明采用自动化数控设备,对家具进行喷涂处理,其色彩持久,保光保色,能有效防止家具变形开裂,并能对家具表面进行保护;且该喷涂工艺有效提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性。另外,该喷涂工艺,工艺简单,操作安全,实现自动化操作,能够有效的进行喷涂,保证喷涂的效果,油漆利用率高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种现代家具喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:选用优质环保双贴面中密度纤维板为基材,用精密度推台锯下料;
步骤二:根据客户要求,采用数控电脑雕刻机对基材进行刀型加工;
步骤三:采用平面砂光机对基材表面进行打磨,以提高基材表面的平整度;
步骤四:采用打边机对基材端部进行打磨,以提高基材端部的平整度;
步骤五:将基材表面的碎渣利用鼓风机吹尽;
步骤六:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂底漆,喷涂后在烘干房中干燥1h,温度30℃,相对湿度为50%,风速为1m/s;
步骤七:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂中层漆,喷涂后干燥2h,温度40℃,相对湿度为50%,风速为1m/s;
步骤八:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂上层漆,喷涂后干燥1h,温度30℃,相对湿度为50%,风速为1m/s;
步骤九:固化后打包。

步骤八:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂上层漆,喷涂后干燥1.5h,温度35℃,相对湿度为55%,风速为2m/s;
步骤九:固化后打包。
其中,在所述步骤(六)完成后,采用平面砂光机进行砂光,提高漆膜表面的平整度。

步骤九:固化后打包。

步骤三:采用平面砂光机对基材表面进行打磨;
步骤四:采用打边机对基材端部进行打磨;
步骤五:将基材表面的碎渣利用鼓风机吹尽;
步骤六:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂底漆,喷涂后在烘干房中干燥1-2h,温度30-40℃,相对湿度为50-60%,风速为1-3m/s;
步骤七:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂中层漆,喷涂后干燥2-3h,温度40-50℃,相对湿度为50-60%,风速为1-3m/s;
步骤八:在无尘喷漆房中,采用自动喷涂设备对基材表面喷涂上层漆,喷涂后干燥1-2h,温度30-40℃,相对湿度为50-60%,风速为1-3m/s;
步骤九:固化后打包。
